Stopped by Gongcha on my way home from work to get a drink after a hard day at work. The owner and I chatted and she recommended that I should get a taro milk tea with Oreo cookies crumbs on top. They've only been open a couple of days so far, but I plan to practically move in! A little disappointed in this location as I usually go to the colonial location. I got 2 matcha lattes with 30% sugar as I know that it would be just a tad sugary but I can't say that for this location. I swear it felt like there was 100% sugar plus.. my husband didn't even drink his. Really sad to say that I won't be returning! read more

We went during their grand opening. I got the brown sugar milk tea with 50% sugar and boba, less ice. My husband got the passion fruit yogurt slushie with boba, less ice. Both were very delicious! I was pleasantly surprised with the passion fruit yogurt drink! The only thing is this is probably the most expensive boba drink I've ever had. read more

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and very informative. They are so helpful and knowledgeable on helping you decide what the menu offers. And their selection is outstanding. I had the mango milk from the slush series and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend had the oolong milk tea with tapioca and she really enjoyed that drink. The staff and owners were really nice and the interior of the store was clean and modern. I could definitely see us coming back to try some of their other drinks! Meh. Ordered three different drinks and it was kind of bland. On top of that they forgot to add the boba in one of my drinks. Not happy.

i stopped by and i always get tea with matcha foam but they told me they didn't have it, so i said okay and ordered regular foam. 5 minutes pass by and a couple comes in and orders matcha foam. my drink was still good but it was upsetting because i love my matcha. read more

I ordered the drink in this morning. But I don't know why the lady who made the order ( Asian ). Her name is Helen Nguyen on the recipes wasn't happy with me and my friend. she was attitude and mean to us event we did not do anything. Her faces looks so serious and might not happy something. We paid already but she said I tried one more time to make a purchase, my friends said the transaction went through would she check it again ? I am a frequent customer with was unsatisfied my drinks I came around 2pm on 9/29 and I got less pearls compared to my last visits. Halfway thru the drink there wasn't any pearls left at the bottom this was a large too. read more

I tried to order 4 drinks, all with boba until the owner said that there is no more boba. I said okay and asked to replace the toppings of all drinks with white boba. However, for some reason, the cashier only put white boba for one drink and another type of boba for a mango drink. I thought that the other 2 drinks would have boba, but nothing was added. I was confused when I got my receipt, seeing the drinks without boba on 2 of them. To make things worse, we waited 30+ minutes for our order, which shouldn't be the case for 4 drinks. Some people ordered only 1 drink and took about 15 minutes. There's a screen that only said the price of your order, but it didn't list out any drinks with toppings that we ordered. If you want people to see what they ordered, get the screen to have the list of the order. I'm really disappointed. I was actually happy that there's a Gong Cha near my place but seems like it's not worth it. read more
