It's national boba day so was coming here for the pin! Came in 15 minutes past opening and it was pretty crowded. Given the circumstances, it made sense for the crowd and the wait time, but it was kind of too long. I think there were only 2 people working at the time, but they were still really friendly given the workload. They have an ordering kiosk to be more efficient. Everyone was given an expected 10 minute wait; we waited for about 20 minutes (for 3 drinks). Besides that, our drinks were great! My QQ Passionfruit green tea came with coconut jelly and boba. i loveee the drinks here! i always get the pearl milk tea half sweet. the reason why i gave it 3/5 stars is because of the customer service. there was this woman who came up to the front asking for a remake since her drink didn't taste quite right. this is quite common with boba places and i've never seen a boba place be rude about this. however, the woman (owner) said "well that's how it tastes". how rude is that! i could tell the customer was uncomfortable since she kept offering to pay for it. she did end up getting a remake but the process could've been a lot smoother. while waiting for a drink a heard her yell at her employee :( he asked if yogurt/milk went inside the drink and she aggressively said no. there was a lot of attitude given to his simple questions and it made me being there uncomfortable. read more
