Went to planet tea for boba last week on a recommendation from someone and was disappointed, so I decided to check Yelp this afternoon and found this place. Their boba is much better. I ordered the strawberry smoothie with boba and it didn't taste as overly sweetened despite being at 50% sweet. But the star of the show was the boba. Consistent and perfectly chewy. I think I found my spot when I'm in the area. read more

Gong Cha is a well-established boba institution and I was happy to find there was one located near my area. I came during the holiday season where they had a promotion with their snowman cups. I ordered the pearl milk tea with reduced sweetness. The drink and the boba were both on point with the quality I've come to expect from them. Outside of that, the staff was really nice and friendly and made my drink quickly. The store itself has some indoor seating for you to sit at. It also wasn't a crowded when I went which can be nice if you're looking for quiet spot to enjoy your drink. read more

Stopped by Gong Cha for a tea after I ate and Spicy Noodles House. The noodles restaurant receipt is valid for 10% off at Gong Cha the same day. Got the Peach Green Tea with mini pearls, with 30% less sugar. Very flavorful. Love those mini pearls. This Gong Cha location appears to be a family-owned franchisee. Service was really good and the family was friendly. I will return soon to try other flavors. read more

The staff at the counter was super friendly and got our drinks ready really fast! The shop was clean with plenty of open seating. We got a large Wintermelon Tea with pearls and a large Creme Brulee Strawberry Milk Smoothie with pudding. Both drinks were delicious and filled all the way to the top. The topping-to-drink ratio was just right, though I would've preferred a bit less ice in the Wintermelon Tea (I asked for 25% ice). 3.5/4 stars. After a shopping trip near the surrounding area, I stopped by here before they closed for a drink because I was so thirsty! Ended up getting some fruit tea. They are heavy on the toppings, so I felt like I barely got any tea, but the taste of the tea was good. I also got an adorable boba keychain that was 50% off which made it around $6. Got the brown Sugar Boba Milk Shake with boba because we had such a great experience last time. The boba bad a nice soft chewiness that I like. While I still enjoyed the drink very much, the drink was slightly sweet. Next time will get less sweet. Give it 4 star. I also got my family a few to try and they also enjoyed it very much. Also got matcha smoothie, soy milk sub. The drink was good, with good matcha taste. Give it 3.5-4 stars Plenty parking. Staff was friendly and place is clean. Would definitely be back. read more

Came here at the best time because they had so many Peanuts and Snoopy merch. I got the Thai tea which was super yummy and I got a free Snoopy straw topper for spending a certain amount. I also got a cute purple boba plushie an even the tops on the drinks had different Peanuts designs. The drinks here are always good and have great quality in the taste. We were really excited to try this place as I've had it originally in Taiwan a few times in LA. It was always delicious and fresh. So we decided so we to try this location in Santa Ana because it's close by. What a major disappointment. We ordered the wintermelon and oolong tea with boba. The boba tasted days old and soggy with a funky after taste. Even worse, after a few sips, my stomach started dancing so we immediately threw the drinks away. Too bad! read more

Amazing boba, texture not too chewy and soft. The quality of their drinks are incredible as well -- which I find is the hardest aspect for most bubble tea shops to land. I ordered the Creme Brulee Matcha Milk Tea from their Moustache Series because I wanted to play it safe - and never have I had such an incredible quality milk tea. Every one I've had has been overly milky with not enough flavor. This was the opposite, tasted more like a matcha latte if anything. Service was warm and helpful as well. Overall, great vibes and I will definitely be returning to try more drinks from their impressively diverse menu. read more

Another boba place to satisfy my boba craze lol. This is located in a fairly big lot with a bunch of options for food ranging from sushi, Chinese food and even Dave's across the lot. I came here though strictly for the boba! Walking in, the inside and ambiance of the place is pretty spacious and calming. The person who helped me at the front greeted me kindly. I didn't really need assistance cause doing some research online I heard their one of their specialty drinks was their QQ Passionfruit GreenTea which came with various jellies. I opted for that drink and it was ready in a matter of minutes. First sip and wow this drink is delicious! I got half the sugar and I felt like it was a perfect balance! Overall this place is pretty good and offers a massive amount of variety with their drinks. If it is your first time, I would highly recommend getting the QQ Passionfruit! It's national boba day so was coming here for the pin! Came in 15 minutes past opening and it was pretty crowded. Given the circumstances, it made sense for the crowd and the wait time, but it was kind of too long. I think there were only 2 people working at the time, but they were still really friendly given the workload. They have an ordering kiosk to be more efficient. Everyone was given an expected 10 minute wait; we waited for about 20 minutes (for 3 drinks). Besides that, our drinks were great! My QQ Passionfruit green tea came with coconut jelly and boba. Next time I would probably ask for less or no coconut jelly because it's kind of sweet. read more

When entering you see drink favorites marketed and on the wall they show different strains of teas, the process they go through as well as where the teas they use come from. Overall I thought it was a beautiful set up and I'm so happy to see this store here in our shopping center. Gina was super friendly and was kind enough to see if we were local they have a card to utilize for discounts at the other stores which I thought was a cool thing to offer. The drinks we got were delicious and amazing in flavor but light as well. I loved the marble strawberry with boba and 50% sweet was perfect it literally tastes like strawberry milk with the freshest boba. I think it would be the best summer drink! We ordered 15 large milk teas with cream brulee topping but it wasn't torched at all by mistake but the store owner Gina apologized very sincerely and she ask for another chance to cover her mistake and we order today again and they made it perfect today! not only torched the cream brulee perfectly caramelized but also put all drinks in the ice bucket to keep drinks fresh! plus all drinks taste very delicious! Nice convenient spot next to a lot of other restaurants, fast food, and a Target. Quick service and a nice small area to sit down. Went to Gong Cha over the weekend after some shopping and was pleased with the service. The location has a new manager who was very kind while greeting us and gave us a chance to try out their mochi nuggets (which were great!). The workers were also friendly and made our drinks very quickly. The atmosphere felt quaint and wholesome. I usually go to the Gong Cha in Irvine, but whenever I am in the area, I will definitely stop by! Their milk teas and fruit teas are always a treat during the day. It was nice to have a personalized touch to our drinks, which is uncommon at most boba places. read more

My drink was exactly what I wanted it to be citrusy Matcha bubbly it was perfect. For some reason, parking in this lot was really difficult although it is a large lot. A lot of the spaces were filled up. I think it's because it's next to Plums Café and I saw a lot of people eating over there but other than that, this is a solid coffee shop.

I got the Roasted Oolong Tea Latte with whole milk at 75% sweetness level and heavy tea and I really really enjoyed it. The sweetness was just right, the tea flavor stood strong and I could tell how good the tea quality was in every sip, very fragrant and aromatic. Both drinks tasted good, but they were definitely not worth the nearly 50-minute wait. The overall aesthetic of the shop was good. The drinks have potential, but the ordering and pickup process needs significant improvement to match the demand and provide a better customer experience.

I like every drink I've ever had from here and like to stop by when I'm in the area. My issue is with the customer service. Whenever I am there for an online order, staff ignore guests trying to pick up, even though they're right in front of them. They also don't greet you or say anything really. Between waiting 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me (while trying to get their attention) , and having a conversation with myself to get my drink, the whole place feels very unwelcoming.

If you were a fan of Orobae's rising phoenix oolong milk tea before they closed, this is probably the closest thing I've found to it. The service was quick and friendly. The inside of the shop is super cute with a clean, minimalist vibe. I'd definitely order the phoenix oolong again. It's easily one of my favorite drinks I've had here so far!!

Stopped by Feng Cha to pick up a drink after work…read more I got my usual Mango Fantasy. The drink was good; however, at first sip, I was taken aback as some of the boba balls were very hard. I mentioned that to the person that made the drink and they offered to make another one. But I didn't have time to wait since I waited for 20 minutes already and didn't want to hit the rush hour traffic. Boba was either undercooked, overcooked and got burnt, or mixed from an old batch? Service was good though. Only one person working at the time but they were very polite.
