The workers deserve a raise! The menu is consistent and the same as their other locations, which is nice. I recommend getting their flavored and milk teas if you're not familiar with the franchise. * Halo Halo: 10/10 - perfectly made and toppings were well-cooked There were only 2 workers working when we came, and it was quite crowded, so we waited for about 10 minutes for our drinks. Only 1 of the workers was making all the drinks, and there seemed to be a lot to be done, so we were understanding. Even though it was quite hectic, he still made our drinks perfectly, and we enjoyed them. Compared to other locations, the interior was kind of small, but they had a decent amount of seating. This place is pretty good. I ordered the Matcha without sweetener and I really liked it. I feel most places you have to tell them not too sweeten it because if not, it comes back with sugar. This place you can actually tell them how much sugar to put in if you want any at all. I had a few iced teas from here too, and they are all good. The staff is very friendly as well. read more

Ordered a matcha red bean ice BLENDED with ice cream on DoorDash. What I got was a matcha mess. By the color and taste, it was not blended with ice cream because it was straight up matcha tea and it wasn't even blended! There were huge chunks of ice in there. Refer to the picture. It's as if they didn't have a blender and just smashed the ice in a ziplock and dumped it in a cup. As for the red bean at the bottom?? Looks like less than a tablespoon worth. Sharetea has a large selection of options, service was quick, and I was even able to use a Yelp check in offer! I ordered the Wintermelon tea, and while I didn't like it as much as Bako's lemon wintermelon tea, it was still very good and met my craving for a refreshing tea. Sharetea always delivers good boba, no matter which location :-) Came here after shopping and it was the perfect respite! I got the Mango Passionfruit with aloe drink with 50% sweetness...HOWEVER it was waaaay to sweet...So I asked if there was a way to remake it and the friendly workers happily made me a new one! They explained it's super sweet bc the drink is made with real fruit jams so there's no need to add extra sweetness. I highly recommend getting 0% sweetness. I usually love sharetea but this location just didn't deliver like sharetea usually does. I got the taro milk tea with mini pearl boba and their taro milk tea tasted bland, not as much taro, and their mini pearl boba didn't taste as good, it tasted kinda old. Customer service was nice but the drinks weren't really good at this location. read more

When I'm in the area, I always make sure to drop by this Sharetea. Their menu has a range of unique and delicious flavors. My usual order is their classic black milk tea with boba. The boba is consistently soft and chewy. The boba shop is always nice and spotless. There is a good amount of seating inside. Plenty of parking is available. Customer service is also great, the employees are always helpful and friendly. read more

this is a really nice Boba tea spot near South Coast Plaza. My favorite drink is the strawberry lychee frozen drink with ice cream. I was interested in the line of 'dog' themed teas, but there was no info on them at all on the menu on the wall or in their descriptions on the kiosk. And the guy working the counter wasn't friendly or welcoming so I didn't ask him. If Yelp allowed half stars, I'd say a solid 3.5 stars. read more

Hmmm... might've just been an off day. I've been to other Sharetea locations and enjoyed their drinks. This specific visit, it took about 10 minutes for someone to help me with my order. I was doing a drink run for the coworkers & had a list for 6 drinks total. 4 of the drinks they were unable to fulfill due to lack of supply? Or so I was told. None of the frozen bliss options or the tiger milk boba. Just ended up with their fruit teas - which are still really good, hence the 3 stars. Will give this location another try. read more

I don't understand what happened to this ShareTea location. I was a loyal customer for more than 5 years and compared to the other store locations they always deliver with excellent service. There's an employee who is getting overworked with 5-10+ customers and he is the only ShareTea employee. There is no reason for someone to be working a solo mission to complete over 10-15 orders, the bartender with the glasses had to run back and forth between the register to put labels on drinks while also making drinks. What kind of management is this? Management should take this seriously and care about their workers if they want to succeed. read more

Super chill vibes. Very friendly staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating too. Lime mojito: 4/5 I asked for 50% sugar and it was refreshing. There is a slight bitter aftertaste, but I like it. My husband thought it was too tart. Coffee milk tea: 3/5 I asked for 50% sweet. I tasted more milk tea than I did coffee. I was expecting a stronger coffee taste. Boba was cooked to perfection. Cute little shop in a nice, social, location. We ordered the "golden retriever" (signature black milk tea with boba, mini boba, and grass jelly), the ice blended mango with ice cream, the ice blended strawberry with lychee bits and ice cream, strawberry fresh milk, and taro ice blended with pudding. The staff was really friendly and informative and the drinks were done relatively quickly. They didn't get our requested sugar levels right but the kids did not complain, haha. I don't think the ice cream really added anything to my drink. The overall favorites from everyone were the mini boba and the pudding. read more

Tried out another Sharetea but this location is in Costa Mesa near the South Coast Plaza. My family and I ordered our usual teas, mine is the Mango Green Milk Tea which was good and consistent in flavor to the other Sharetea location we go to in Irvine. The store itself was dark and not very clean and inviting. The customer service was just okay but they weren't very friendly and the music didn't match the atmosphere. It was like underground rock from the 90s or something. Overall I'd probably skip this Sharetea if your looking for a good boba spot. read more

Disappointing. Ordered the handmade taro milk tea with less ice. I asked for half sweet because it says you can request the amount of sweetness, but they told me I can select zero or 100% but not half. So I went with zero. This is the first place I've ordered taro where it comes out white, not purple. You could taste the taro pieces but it was more watery overall, not like other taro milk teas I've had. My son ordered the Thai tea and said it wasn't sweet at all, despite being full sweet and less ice. He didn't even finish a quarter of it. Normally he finishes it all. I've been coming in for a couple of years on and off and have noticed the poor employees struggling to run the store by themselves. Management needs to offer more support to their employees. The drinks are great and the service is super friendly but it's hard to watch one single person try to get through the long line by themselves. You're better off going to other boba shops with a full staff. read more

If you're paying over $10 for an açaí bowl, I feel like it should be good. I gave this place a 2 because I'm not coming back. To end on a positive note, my husband liked his mango smoothie. If you want a recommendation for an amazing açaí place, go to Berry Brand in Tustin. I've tried the Nekter location near UCI, and that one tasted good. That was maybe a year ago, though.

It had that perfect balance of tart and sweet that's so hard to find. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because it didn't have that artificial aftertaste at all. The staff was incredibly energetic and helped me navigate the menu since it was my first time trying their citrus blends. The shop itself was spotless and had a really chill vibe, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected for a single drink, even though it wasn't super crowded. That being said, the quality of the juice made it worth the wait. I'll definitely be back to try more of their lime-based drinks soon!

I ordered a Strawberry Wave, an Evergreen, a Lava Flow and a Piña Cool-ada for me. Wow, how refreshing and tasty. The service was quick and the young lady who took my order was very kind. When I asked for a second cup holder to make sure the bottom did not break through, they immediately gave me one. The shop is clean and had a little bench so you can comfortably wait for your drinks. I will definitely be coming back to this Juice it Up.

Clean flavors, not overly sweet, and very ingredient-forward. The textures in the #4 especially made it stand out. Service was efficient and welcoming. My buddy got the Iced Tofu Brown Sugar Moon ball and this was great. Perfect sweetness for me and I really liked the custard ball sitting on the drink. I kind've broke it up and mixed it around to get that pudding/custard. If you don't like that grassy taste or haven't had a drink similar to theirs, I would go with this one!

I think this was a really nice option to have, since I liked some drinks but not some of the ingredients used, so customizing my own smoothie was a great option to have.
