I like Sharetea, really love their Golden Retriever drink and regular milk teas. Consistency from location to location which is nice. The location here is a bit odd though, kind of hard to see from the parking lot, (they do have a large lot) once you walk up, it almost looks closed, but there is an open sign, so we went in. They have some very bright machines in front you can win prizes from, but it makes the rest of the store look so dim. I would suggest to the owner to turn on more lights inside or get brighter ones so they look open, probably would increase business, we almost did not go in. This is just like another other Sharetea, but this location has food! Whenever my husband and I go here, they usually take awhile to make our drinks or food. I usually get the Berry Lychee Burst with Black Tea 0% Sugar and Less Ice (0% sugar I believe just means they don't add additional sugar on besides the fruit syrups). The popcorn chicken is pretty good and portion is big. The last time we went, the employee felt bad we waited so long, she made us extra chicken. Also, because they take awhile to make drinks and food, we always get drawn to their claw machines. read more

Ordered a matcha red bean ice BLENDED with ice cream on DoorDash. What I got was a matcha mess. By the color and taste, it was not blended with ice cream because it was straight up matcha tea and it wasn't even blended! There were huge chunks of ice in there. Refer to the picture. It's as if they didn't have a blender and just smashed the ice in a ziplock and dumped it in a cup. As for the red bean at the bottom?? Looks like less than a tablespoon worth. I don't understand what happened to this ShareTea location. I was a loyal customer for more than 5 years and compared to the other store locations they always deliver with excellent service. There's an employee who is getting overworked with 5-10+ customers and he is the only ShareTea employee. There is no reason for someone to be working a solo mission to complete over 10-15 orders, the bartender with the glasses had to run back and forth between the register to put labels on drinks while also making drinks. We ordered the "golden retriever" (signature black milk tea with boba, mini boba, and grass jelly), the ice blended mango with ice cream, the ice blended strawberry with lychee bits and ice cream, strawberry fresh milk, and taro ice blended with pudding. The staff was really friendly and informative and the drinks were done relatively quickly. They didn't get our requested sugar levels right but the kids did not complain, haha. My family and I ordered our usual teas, mine is the Mango Green Milk Tea which was good and consistent in flavor to the other Sharetea location we go to in Irvine. The store itself was dark and not very clean and inviting. The customer service was just okay but they weren't very friendly and the music didn't match the atmosphere.
