Visited around 10:30AM on a Saturday. Walked in while all staff were in a meeting (so imagine the awkwardness as I was ordering on a kiosk while the store workers were in a big meeting lol). Food and drink was prepared VERY QUICKLY. Popcorn chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy/tender on the inside. It was perfect. Drink was as expected (ordered 25% sugar and it was lovely). I ordered milk tea and it comes with boba and jelly as default, so I had to request it off. I noticed that when you order on the app, you're able to uncheck the boba and jelly default so you don't have any add-ons on the drink, but I couldn't figure out how to do it on the kiosk... so as soon as I ordered, I walked to the counter to let the employees know. Wifi is very fast and reliable, the password is printed on the receipt along with the restroom code. Care is big with enough tables and outlets for studying. Normally just come for the hot foods. Fried tofu, popcorn chicken, and mozzarella sticks are all our go to's. Fried tofu was surprisingly good especially with the spicy power. Popcorn chicken is solid but I have gotten it many times and it can definitely be a hit or miss. Mozzarella sticks seem like just some frozen ones they fry but hey I still love it. The drinks were not memorable but I did spill mine and they were kind enough to replace it for me. Thanks again! Came here and was visiting, took my daughter here to get some drink. We never tried this place and we had ordered matcha and aloha drink and it was good. They also have some small appetizer as well. I have super fond memories of this place. I used to come here all the time back when I was a student, and I haven't really been back since I moved home, so I hadn't had the chance to stop by again. I went this time with friends, and one person in the group used to come here with me all the time. We decided it would be a good choice to grab some drinks and just chill. I also wanted to note that they only take cards, so leave the cash at home! It definitely has a small parking lot and limited seating, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stay for a bit. You might arrive and find no seats since it seems like a popular spot to study and hang out. When we went, all the seats were filled, and we were lucky enough to snag a spot. Just as we were debating whether to leave and find somewhere else, a group had just left, so we quickly made our way to the table. I'd also say that all the trash bins were full--completely topped off with trash. The cans were filled to the brim, and people were basically playing Tetris trying to stack their trash on top. The drinks were about the same as I remember--still a bit sweet, but good and a solid choice, especially when studying. I typically get my drinks around 50-60% sweetness since the normal 100% is too much for me, but if you're a fan of super sweet drinks, this place might be for you. This small but cozy little tea spot is nestled in a shared parking lot, and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it! But what a treat it was to find this while I was working nearby. I had no trouble grabbing a close parking spot. Upon entering, I was met with a quiet and cozy spot with warm wood tones and plenty of seating. A couple groups of people were enjoying their drinks and studying or working. There are bar-height tables, regular tables for groups, and shorter floor seating tables, I imagine like more traditional seating in places like Japan. I placed my order at a kiosk; there was no line so I walked straight up. I ordered the roasted oolong milk tea, which comes with boba. My drink was ready after just a few minutes, and the staff who handed it to me were friendly. Other than receiving my drink, there was no staff interaction. The drink was perfect and well balanced! Stopped by around noon and noticed it was busier than usual,, likely with students back and using the space to study. The Lunaria Milk Tea with honey boba was surprisingly unique (think root beer without the carbonation), and the Spooky Latte had a cozy chai-pumpkin spice flavor with a creamy, floral touch. They forgot the boba at first, but the staff fixed it right away without any hassle. The Extra Spicy House Fries weren't actually spicy, but packed with flavor, and the Popcorn Chicken paired perfectly with the sweet & sour sauce. Some things to note: the number they call in-store doesn't match the one from your online order, so keep an eye on the counter. So I wanna say first off the star off is all because of the lack of parking rather than the quality of the area itself. Finding parking is virtually impossible most of the time. The area is very cozy. They have a couple tables to sit chairs are OK but not super comfortable. There's a lot of people there to study, which is awesome and then there is also a place where you can sit on the ground and just hang out. For lack of better ways, Asian style? I love that the food comes out fresh and is always crispy. My favorite is either fries or mozzarella sticks. My boyfriend's favorite is the crispy tofu or the popcorn chicken. It's also awesome that they have combos where you can get food and a drink! This is one of my boyfriend's favorite place to get drinks and we usually order ahead and just pick up and go since it's parking is crazy still The service here is pretty decent. I haven't really had a lot of interaction. There was one person that was really happy and they were like singing and dancing and it was just a great time. I'm sure their service is also amazing. Think this deal might've been limited but we did the BOGO Basics, where you get buy one, get one free of a basic drink (we got the Thai Orange drinks for only $6) -- so good! I also got the Brown Bear Boba because it used to be my favorite. This time around though, it was kind of too milky and the brown sugar flavor wasn't really coming through. Service was good. We ordered online for pickup, so it was just grab and go. The inside feels very home-y, and you can always expect students to be in there studying. I came here during happy hour and got their deal for buy one get the other drink for $2. which only applies to fresh teas and milk teas. We got the Tropical Beach, Seaside, and Sunset drinks. Our drinks came out in about 10 minutes which wasn't bad since we had 8 drinks total. Tropical Beach (3/5) - The drink was sweet enough at 70% and came with lychee jelly. However, the strawberry flavor wasn't very prominent making the entire drink taste a little watered down overall. Sunset (2/5) - This drink was pretty disappointing and also tasted watered down at 70% sweetness. I think having the base as green tea would've made the drink better since the black tea overpowered the other flavors. It came with crystal boba, aloe vera, and basil seeds though so that was nice. Seaside (4/5) - This was probably the best drink of the ones we got. The pineapple was most prominent and there was a good balance between the tea and fruit flavors. The drink also came with crystal boba, lychee jelly, and basil seeds. There is an option to order online (Toast app) as well as a drive through making it super convenient to place your order. The store overall is decorated really nice and modern and there's plenty of seating. The drinks are pretty consistent between this location and their Santa Ana location however the drinks taste premade but still a good option to have in the area. Boba for breakfast? Yes, please! Whoever came up with the idea to open earlier deserves a raise. It's quite rare for boba shops to open earlier than 11 AM which is annoying, to be honest. My sister and I are definitely using this place to study from now on. The menu offers a decent range of drink options as well as light food options. * Lychee Green Tea: 9/10 - light flavor and comes with chia seeds * Passionfruit Green Tea: 8/10- sweet and tart * Honey Boba (Topping): 7/10 - soft and chewy but got hard after a couple of hours The interior is pretty spacious and they have a decent amount of seating. The only downside about the shop is that they're located in a tiny plaza with limited parking. I have no idea what it'd look like at peak hours so try your best to carpool if you plan on meeting friends! Our favorite part was that they had boba ready early in the morning -- which never happens. Usually, boba shops don't have boba cooked until about 30 minutes after they open so we were impressed. I've had boba here a couple times, it's a great study spot. Be aware it's always full, which goes to show that the drinks here are great but also because people just linger here with their laptops so expect to wait for a seat. It also feels really stuffy but that's my opinion. They don't accept cash so make sure you're prepared with card. This is the 2nd location we've tried; and we like it more then the Dragonfly in Garden Grove! It's seems newer, more well lit, with cute faux vintage light fixtures. I loved their Moonlight Tea (Earl Grey with milk and grass jelly), Tropical Beach (strawberry & lychee with yummy fruit bits), and popcorn chicken. $20 for 3 items, pretty good deal for the quality. They have 3 seating opt: 1) community floor seating with no shoes allowed near fake fireplace across from register; 2) community style high chair long table top; and 3) six 4 top tables right when you enter. We arrived late at night, but the parking lot might be difficult to navigate during the day time or peak hours. Service we quick and friendly. Will be back for more tea soon. read more

This used to be one of my favorite spots for tea... I would visit 1-2 per week and spend about $20 for two drinks. For my past 2 visits, I've had negative experiences and for how much it costs, I might need to find a new boba spot. To keep it brief here was my experience: * Unless you go to the front counter and order the Matcha gon' banana, the drink usually barely tastes like banana. Instead just weak matcha. The last 2 times I've ordered this drink, it has been weak and had just a trace of banana flavor. Now that I've ordered it today with extra banana cream and boba - there is no boba * Their fruit teas are a hit and miss depending who is working. Today I ordered the aloha which has green tea. This is a good spot to study. It has a cute Japanese style tables you can sit on the floor with your shoes off or option for the regular tables. The drinks are good. The popcorn chicken was probably the highlight of the whole order. Definitely recommend the popcorn chicken. The bad, since people do study here, there is very limited parking. There is a reserve to go parking right in front but I have a feeling it's not really enforced since I was the only one waiting for a drink and the same car was there before and after I left.
