This place is hands down a must-try boba shop. My husband and I always order from here through Uber Eats, and we finally decided to visit in person. Let me tell you ,every time we get their drinks, it's always a hit! Their boba teas aren't overly sweet. They make them just sweet enough so you can enjoy them without worrying about too much sugar, and you can adjust the sweetness level to your liking. I love the atmosphere of this place ,very cozy and spacious too. It's perfect for hanging out with a group of friends or a solo date if that's more your vibe. I haven't tried their desserts yet, but I definitely plan to next time I stop by for boba. The service is very quick, and the workers are really friendly as well. Stopped by Feng Cha to pick up a drink after work. I got my usual Mango Fantasy. The drink was good; however, at first sip, I was taken aback as some of the boba balls were very hard. I mentioned that to the person that made the drink and they offered to make another one. But I didn't have time to wait since I waited for 20 minutes already and didn't want to hit the rush hour traffic. Boba was either undercooked, overcooked and got burnt, or mixed from an old batch? Who wouldn't want fresh tea on a warm day? I came here because I was in the mood for a delicious fresh fruit tea and luckily this place was right around the corner from the mall. I ordered the citrus Lord, which was the lemon and orange and a jasmine tea and I don't like overly sweet drinks, so I did ask the cashier for his recommendation for sweetness level, and he said 75%. When I took the first sip of my drink, my drink was way too sour, but thankfully the barista offered to sweeten it up a bit to balance out the sour flavor and once he did that my drink was perfect. Amazing Drink & Amazing Customer Service. I arrived but my drink was not ready when it quoted me 5 mins. I waited for a minute but I had to move my car closer bc I had thought my drink would be quick pick-up. I told the guy working, that I was waiting on my drink. It's been a while since my last review and since I was in the area, I decided to stop in and get the dirty crème brûlée boba w tea. I initially went to the website to place an order and had options such as DoorDash, caviar, GrubHub, etc. I chose DoorDash, but when I arrived, my order had been canceled even though the cashier at the location says they always confirm. They did not see my order and it showed that it had been canceled and blamed it on DoorDash. Honestly, I don't even know what happened so I had to re-order while I was in the location. Such a solid boba spot and they've been around for a while! I went in the evening and the boba was still a really soft and nice texture, which is great because some places can be really hit or miss when it comes to evening time. The milk tea flavor was also not water down or overly saturated with just milk and I had a really nice and rich flavor. Feng Cha provides an artsy / trendy atmosphere despite being a hole in the wall Tea spot in the corner of a busy plaza. They use good quality tea that is noticeable in their beverages. The boba is soft and chewy and was a great addition to both the Strawberry Overload and Mango Green Tea. The store was empty when I came in. I was welcomed into the store and helped by a nice employee that made my drinks quickly and even brought them out to where I was sitting despite being able to just call out my order being ready. The green tea pocky sticks were a good addition, but the cake was small and had a circular hole in it. It was also a bit more on the dense side and not as fluffy as I had hoped. That said it was spongy and the green tea sauce on top was tasty. The flavor of the green tea was authentic and not artificial tasting. I've been to multiple feng chas before and the jasmine apple green tea is my go-to order, but this is the first location where my drink looks practically radioactive :( previous times I've had this drink, it's a light light pale green apple color (Natural looking color!) but this clearly has had 10 too many pumps of green apple syrup. That said, I super DON'T appreciate the way the person taking my order treated me like I didn't know anything about what I wanted. I asked no ice, and the kid made a major fuss over it and didn't let up until I relented. They don't recommend ordering your drink without ice, but I always do because otherwise I get three negative effects--1) I'm left with half of the drink that I don't get to enjoy because the cup is half full of ice 2) the boba doesn't stay as soft because of how cold the ice is and 3) the flavor is off. Ice sucks. If you like the ice, keep getting it--that's up to you, but for me, I don't want to be made to feel stupid for having a preference. Don't come here! Would give zero stars if I could: such a waste of money! We came on a weekday evening, and there were two workers. We asked for advice on drinks and were told "idk never tried it," .... we were treated as an inconvenience, despite the place being completely empty. We again tried to ask about the sweetness of the drinks and were told they run sweet, which we don't mind and ordered them still sweet. It was ~$13 for two tea based drinks with boba, and it took 30 MINS!! 30 minutes for two drinks with an empty store...when we finally received our drinks they were not sweet at all (we ordered 75%) I think the sweetness was never added (tasted like unsweetened tea), AND they forgot boba in one of our drinks. We also used the terminology listed for 75% sweet "less" and had to correct the worker who put in 25% which was listed as "light." The breezes are pretty much blended drinks or smoothies. Mango Breeze comes with cheese foam, which is slightly salty and balances out some of the sweetness. Discovered Feng Cha this week and already went there twice! Both my fiancé and I are hooked on their Dirty Boba! I wasn't sure how I'd like just milk with brown sugar without any tea but it's absolutely delicious! And I love how this is a caffeine free option to enjoy any time in the day. I get mine with 25% sweet or even less (it's still pretty sweet) and less ice. My partner gets his with 50% sweet regular ice. Both are yummy - depends how sweet you like yours. Boba tastes fresh and with the perfect amount of bite. I get satiated with just half a cup and usually finish mine the next day after keeping it in the fridge - I add ice and a bit of coffee, and another delicious drink is created! Boba taste remains the same the next day, unlike boba in other places that get hardened after keeping the drink in the fridge. Highly recommend this place!
