I work near downtown Detroit and the clinic is at Sterling Heights. I work full time and have to squeeze in time for health appointments. As no where it has been mentioned that the clinic is inside the Corwell Hospital, I had to drive around the Dequinder Road a number of times despite following GPS. I took leave from work to reach early and called the Doctor office about my appointment time . I somehow reached the Eye Care after a lot of moving around the entire Hospital. I reached by 3:11pm and the receptionist at first declined to acknowledge that a referral has been sent. She stated that she asked the Doctor and he said that I should take another day in most discourteous manner , apparently, making the Patient feel that ' Doctor is doing a favor to me and doing free social service'. The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go.
