I ordered from Good Burger on a whim because I was looking for something different (non-chain). I'm glad that I did because the food was fresh, hot and delicious. We tried two different burgers (classic cheeseburger and mushroom burger) and both were very satisfying. Each burger was well-dressed and tasty. French fries and onion rings were also above average. To be fair, I've gotten a few sandwiches here in the past and they were pretty good and were ready fast. But one of the things that's important when you order food for pick-up is being able to rely on getting the order right. I ordered a codfish burger online. In the comment box, in all caps, I put NO PICKLES. When I picked up the order, the ticket was taped to the box and on it in all caps was NO PICKLES. I hate pickles, they taste like garbage and overpower the taste of everything else in a sandwich. When I sat down to dig in and opened the box, what do you suppose was the FIRST thing that I saw sliding out of the sandwich? Easy guess, right? I asked for ONE THING... as a booby prize, they were stingy with the tartar sauce too. I -think- there's some in there, but it's really hard to tell. gotta love the name, and i agree! it's a new burger joint replacing Aurora Burger (who had the misfortune of opening smack in the middle of 2020). friendly counter help. the drive-through was steady. by the time i left, about 50% occupancy. the interior is clean and bright. the ladies room was spotless. i ordered the mushroom burger with only onion and house sauce and the homemade chili. a hefty 1/3 lb burger loaded with sliced mushroms in a good bun was delivered. when i say "good bun", i don't mean the currently popular brioche-style bun that is too much bread that ruin the beef patty to bun ratio. the bun held up to the 1/3 lb patty, the mushrooms, and the house special sauce. house special sauce: this was a very good sauce applied with a light touch so it did not make the bun soggy. it was not the thousand island type sauce or a ketchup-mayo-sriraccha sauce commonly presented as "house special sauce". i normally decline the special sauce, but i will keep this one. the chili was room temp. rather than asking for it to be warmed up i took it home and reheated there. the chili was GOOD! i might have been there too early for the chili pot to get up to temp. It was definitely heartbreaking that Grinders closed, but Good Burger is a nice replacement. I had the Double Cheese Burger and it did not disappoint. It's a big burger! I normally don't like it when I feel like I'm going to have to have a shower because the burger is a mess, but I looked past that in this case. Ok food, but the prices are high and your order takes 3 times as long as they tell you. I placed an online order for pick up and they confirmed it would be ready in 15 minutes. After arriving 20 after I ordered, my food wasn't ready and they said they needed more time. While waiting, we watched two different people who went through the drive thru get their food before us. I understand being short staffed, but they're not handling customers in the right order. Additionally, 45 minutes after ordering, I still don't have my food. Then I got the food but my order was wrong. I ordered a "Classic Chicken Burger" and they made a Classic Burger. I stopped by Good Burger on a Saturday afternoon to grab a quick lunch and was very impressed and full by the end of my visit. The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! The prices were also reasonable! I'm from the city of Seattle so finding a burger and fries for $13 was amazing. You get a basket of fries with your big burger and everything was cooked perfectly. I had the teriyaki chicken burger. It was fantastic! Fresh and well prepared. The portion was large. I ordered it with the sweet potato fries and couldn't finish it. The servings of fish were huge, but so dry and flavorless that I didn't eat them. I ate one bit of shrimp but the texture didn't seem right so I didn't eat the rest. My husband got a bacon burger with two patties and was impressed with the size of the patties. He though they tasted frozen though, which is a bummer. My previous experiences with Good Burger has been mostly positive. Their burgers were great, but the wait time was typically over 15 to 20 minute wait each time. However, today, I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and waited inside for over 45 minutes before I finally went to the counter and asked for a refund. I asked the guy working the front what the hold up was, and he told me there were several online orders. I then asked to speak with the manager and he told me the manager would be in sometime next Tuesday the following week. Very frustrating situation all around. Good burger but be prepared to wait an hour or so for it. They prioritize online orders over the people who are dining in, despite the fact that they can advise doordash/uber of the estimated wait time. read more

Been here 3 times now. Burgers have always been really good. Not mind blowing, but solidly good. Big, a little sloppy, didn't cut any corners. However, and I'm not sure if they need to change the oil or I got a bad batch, but the fried on the 3rd trip tasted burnt. Normally, their friend stuff is seasoned well and crispy.
