I really don't leave reviews but this experience kinda' raddled me. I purchased several vehicles through this dealership, and I've always felt that I was treated fairly. I recently was looking to purchase a vehicle and started working with a sales person there. After I deciding what I wanted, I was told I would need to even put more money down then I felt comfortable doing. OK fair enough. Later that evening. we found a another vehicle, a little more mileage, but a lot less money, at a different dealership. Well, since earlier, I was told that I would have to put more money down than what I wanted to at Good Chevrolet. we decided to go with the other dealership. I called the sales person to let them know that we found another vehicle, and thanked him for the help, I stated I would come to them at my next purchase and continue to shop Good Chevrolet. The sales person became very agitated practically yelling at me that I didn't give him an opportunity to compete for my business and that what I did was very disrespectful to him. I was a little nonplussed and honestly shocked by this response. I thought it would be more of a happy I found looking for in my budget and to please remember them for my next purchase. it was just really shocking that this sales person came back at me this way, and telling me how disrespectful I was in, not giving them an opportunity to compete for my business. I responded it was me who chose to even call back and let them know that I had found another vehicle. That I could've just not called and if they called me once I realized it was Good, I could've just let the phone go to voicemail or not picked it up at all that I wanted to be open and honest and let them know. Hey, I found a vehicle in my price range. Thank you for showing me what you had. Not to communicate with them at all, would've been the disrespectful thing to do. He Finally capitulated that this was Could have been his fault because he did not make clear the numbers he presented to me were estimates, but still it was more than I was comfortable spending. In our conversation, at the dealership, he kept going back to an office and spoke with someone named Oscar, I believe This was when he returned, he stated I would have to put more money down or I would have to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Never the less this was totally out of my budget I've purchased several cars at this dealership And always walked away as happy as you could purchasing a vehicle from the auto dealership. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Dishonest, TERRIBLE customer service + standards! First off, Both of my parents bought 2 cars at $50,000 within 48 hours. My dad has mentioned the smell of oil the last two times he's gotten an oil change- both times the maintenance team said it's probably just a spill from getting it changed and nothing to be worried about. (Keep in mind this is when he was in the warranty) his first oil change out of his warranty he brings up the conversation he previously had and now they say that he has a oil leak that has obviously been there for a long time. Then one of the maintenance managers say that majority of their maintenance team was doing dishonest things which lead them to get fired. She write some of our information and says she's gonna get it to her manager, which did not reach out to us like he was supposed to. After calling two separate times I finally got in touch with him and he said he cannot do anything to help because the old maintenance team didn't write anything down about the interaction. Keep in mind all of this was after admitting that his whole team was dishonest and frequently did not pay attention to anything a customer would bring up. This shows terrible management, customer service, and employees! As of now, I will continue to escalate the situation and make sure everybody sees how TERRIBLE they treat customers. I had a disappointing experience with Andrey Shanazarov. We had previously discussed that I would come in on Friday to purchase the car, and he told me he would hold it for me until then. However, the vehicle was sold before I arrived. When I followed up, he stated that he assumed I did not have the down payment, even though we had already clearly discussed the payment details beforehand. Additionally, the interaction left me feeling as though I was being racially profiled, which made the situation even more concerning. I negotiated online for a car they had listed online, moved funds to cover the purchase, called my bank to allow the larger debit transaction and arranged for a friend to drive me to the dealership. Arrived to find the first statement to be "this car needs an alignment". That started a game that wasted my time the day I visited and then after giving a deposit for a week after. It's been a year now I've been waiting for my 2017 Chevy Traverse to replace the "SAFETY RECALL" on driver's air bag inflator to be replace by this Dealership. Their neglecting the safety issue that it may explode during deployment due to a manufacturing defect. They schedule me three times, one last year on my maintenance service and two times last month, ever since I got this "SAFETY RECALL" notification from this Dealership, after I waited at their waiting area for 2 hour, Service will say to me that they have no replacement parts for my vehicle. Why schedule and tell me on text messages that you have the replacement part for my vehicle? You don't value your customers and you don't care about the safety of the driver. He mentioned it so I looked online and they were able to print out the discount code for me (to give them). That probably took the most time, because I was not prepared. NO nonsense, NO pressure, NO upselling unneeded extended warranties or other add ons. Got to the finance person (which is usually when the most pressure for extras are brought out) and same-NO upselling or other extras were even brought up. When there was a little waiting time we chatted about other things, like motorcycles and vacations. What a refreshing change, would definitely go back if I ever want another Chevrolet. read more

Bought a car here in 2019. Upon purchase, they mixed me up with someone else who had the same name. I was assured it was fixed. Time for tabs to show up. Uh oh. They went to the wrong person. Assured the mix up was fixed. Every oil change, every maintenance appointmen I go in to have them get my information right. Every time they put it in and somehow, some way, it never sticks. But today took the cake. I was told the appointment would take 1.5 - 2 hrs. 3.5 hrs in, the car hadn't been pulled in. Upon finally finding someone to ask what the deal was, it got pulled in. I ended up getting picked up, so they said I'd get a call when it was ready. I never heard anything by the time we went back a couple hours later. They told me it was done and they had tried calling me. Surprise! It wasn't the right number. Then, to finish off this incredible customer service extravaganza, they couldn't find the keys. I contacted them and was transferred to a salesperson named Julisa. We negotiated over the phone as I live over an hour away and didn't want to waste a trip if we weren't going to mutually agree on a final number. We quickly reached an agreement on a number to purchase the vehicle. This happened on Thursday. I told her I would be down at the dealership first thing Saturday morning to sign paperwork and leave with the vehicle. That plan was acceptable to Julisa who confirmed our final number for the vehicle and confirmed what time I would be at the dealership on Saturday. Friday morning I was contacted and informed they had sold the vehicle that morning to somebody else despite our agreement! They can't refute this. I have receipts (text messages and voicemail). I bought my car 3 years ago from this dealership, and within 3 years, and just 2 months after my warranty expires, conveniently I need a new engine control module, which sickens me. I explained to the service department that this isn't sitting well with me considering the circumstances. I also reached out to Chevrolet/GM directly to open a case. The dealer is saying they haven't heard from GM, and GM is saying they haven't been able to reach the dealership. I think it's crazy that I'm getting the runaround. I didn't get the runaround when I forked over my money for this car. Do right by your customers! I've bought my last two cars from here and I will not be buying another. I take care of my cars. Oliver said it was a "wash." the car I wanted was priced at 23k (is actually worth 17k at the time). The car I traded in was worth about 14k. After all was said and done, somehow I walked out of there with higher payments than before and owed 26k. So he basically stole my old car, jacked up the price of the new one and somehow had me believing they were taking 14k off the price of the 23k car. I was willing to do that. A wash? Apparently what that means is I pay 10k over the bluebook value and loose the value of my old car. Completely took advantage of me, my kindness and quite frankly my ignorance. That part is on me. I trusted him. I think because I was ex Microsoft or something, it makes him feel smart to bend tech employees right over. Perhaps he was turned down at one of the big tech firms, who knows, but it felt and still feels personal. These guys are super slick and will use every trick in the book to squeeze every last cent out of you. I am amazed that people with such low moral standards are able to conduct business for so long, but I guess thats the system for you. Dropped my car off, took the shuttle to work, no work was completed. Made another appointment for Tuesday, dropped car off again, still no work completed. Wednesday, well, third time was a charm and work was completed. Now giving me the runaround on whether this was covered by warranty. Service rep gave me the brush off. "Call Chevy customer assistance," he says (he gave me the number for roadside assistance, not customer service). Submitted a message on the Good Chevy webpage "Contact Us". No reply. Sent email to service manager. No reply. Escalated to Chevrolet Customer Service per Warranty manual's 'Customer Satisfaction Procedure.'... We'll see. This place is why people call the dealer "the stealer." 1) I bought a car and had my own financing setup. I did not tell them that, and they offered me a loan from the company I had already been pre-approved by to buy the vehicle for an additional 2% interest rate. Lame. 2) I took this same vehicle to them when I was having issues with rough idle, shifting issues (and more) that was indicative off well-known issues with the 5.8L V8 with the Active Fuel Management (AFM). This is the functionality where the engine drops from 8 to 4 cylinders...which was a really big problem in the early years of this technology. I had previously had work done for these same codes and symptoms at ANOTHER dealer while on travels. Dealer diagnosed that the lifters had fallen which was a common issue with this engine (with AFM). One side (4 of the 8 cylinder's) had fallen and they immediately recommended I replace the failed lifters as well as the other side. Reason being, they may be right behind and the labor associated with tear-down drive scale economies to where it was a no-brainer to do both sides. They fixed it and car ran great for a few thousand miles. HOWEVER - when I took the vehicle to GOOD CHEVROLET in renton, they immediately diagnosed as an "INTERNAL FAILURE" and that I needed a new motor for $8.500 USD. We were going to pull the trigger on that (because first time with this stealer), until there were SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES and they could not get a new or certified re-built engine. All of the sudden, it was only a "LIFTER" issue (as previously solved for by the out-of-town dealer. WTF? Parts and labor were covered under warranty from the recent/previous work, but they still got us for $3,800 USD. 3). Transmission on the same vehicle will not shift from first...2000 miles later. Take it in to Good and we have another "INTERNAL FAILURE." No other characterization and need a new tranny for $8,400 USD. 4) The dealership is also very obviously a shade of it's former self. I don't even suspect...but know it is because of how they conduct business. I can't even think of how my folks have been conned out of their hard earned here. VERY CURIOUS to hear about other folks experience with wholesale "INTERNAL FAILURES." read more

Update: My car had been fixed and yes it was indeed caused by their incompetence technician messed up my connectors and no it's not caused by the microcomputer that good Chevrolet claimed. It cost me $1000 to fix it. Lesson learned. They did another oil change 1 month ago and my car started to stall. It has stalled 6 times in the last month. Just checked the oil level, it's less than 1/4. Called. Refused to take a look. Then engine light went on P0011, dirty oil. WTF! I need to buy another new car recently and I know where not to go. It's an understatement to say that their service department is a nightmare. Will never go back. The good Chevrolet should be called Evil Chevrolet. They will mess up your car. Mixed thoughts right now. I was looking for a very specific car (Camaro ZL1) and they had one in stock that was priced competitively. Just to set this up, I lead sales and bus dev for one of the biggest companies in the world, so when I deal with car salesmen I try to have some empathy...they're just trying to sell some cars, not broker a $50MM joint venture. These guys stayed late on a Sunday (after hours) to finish the deal, so thats the fourth star in my rating. I could tell the salesman was frustrated with all my questions and my unwillingness to succumb to their standard sales process. He did a good job though, fairly responsive, was patient with me. But he left before I met with the finance manager, probably thinking the deal wasn't going to close. Whatever who cares. Finance manager was nice, fast, only pitched me the extended warranty once and didn't push hard when I said no thank you. Car had some scratches that they said they would fix since it's new, so far they have been responsive and willing to get the car back in. Based on all the 1 star reviews, I'm a bit nervous to bring the car back in. We'll see..will update the review after. If you come here to buy a car, know your numbers. Have good credit. Do your research. Don't be afraid to say no or ask for what you want. Do your research. Have realistic expectations...this isn't Ferrari or Mercedes. Be nice. read more

Surprised not surprised the transmission went out . But she bought the fancy extended warranty so they gave her a refurbished one when the transmission on this also went out at the 95k ish mile mark. And guess what it's been back in the shop not one more time but two with the same issue. And they won't fix it properly they have been bullying her to accept a subpar car back she pays 600 a month for a car that she hasn't used because it's sitting at their dealership a lot for months on end while she takes a bus to work and has to deal with the stress of the customer service debacle at Not so Good chevrolet. I'd say two stars is a bit high for the rating on this place @chevroletUsa you should be embarrassed letting them continue to rip people off. I brought my Colorado truck in to have one of the rear windows replaced and got the truck back and there's glass still in the door, like a lot. which means the color panel has to come off and it cleaned out. I'm reviewing service! I want to make that distinction upfront because I see some inconsistency in stars ratings. As far as service goes, I've been treated very well here. Scheduling online was easy for when I wanted to drop it off. The rental they let me use last time was lovely. This time, I learned they have a pick-up service. I didn't leave my house and from the moment I scheduled, I got text updates about when the pick up would happen, what was happening during service, and even an update at the end regarding what to expect as far as payment goes. Since I sent it in for recalls and a multi point inspection that was complimentary, it was free, but if I had to pay, I could have paid during car drop off. So yes, service is great.
