We ordered the number #2 family dinner for 2 people which was chicken chow mein, where there was I think three pieces of miniature pieces of chicken, sweet-and-sour pork, three very small pieces, over cooked and very hard, I had to use a knife on it, fried rice was OK not a whole lot of it for two people, egg foo young, I'm not a real fan of so I can't really comment on that. The service was very good. We had different people coming up asking how everything was and commenting on how delicious it looked. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands.
