By the way, their tortilla chips are made of this same homemade goodness. I can see why there was a line out the door until I finished my meal. However, food was still good, particularly the Al Pastor tacos and green tamales! I just wish they automatically gave condiments for the tacos instead of having to request limes and hot sauce/ salsa. This is a simple, no fuss restaurant. Food is good, staff is friendly. Their tres leches was not fluffy and soaked to a sickly sweet level- and that's coming from a sweet tooth! Additionally- the lighting was a bit strange. Despite going at 12:30ish, the restaurant was dim with most tables being lit with red lightbulbs which was very off-putting. Hopefully this can be taken in consideration in any future changes!
