These are easily the best doughnuts I've ever had. The original glazed is my favorite. They're light, fluffy, and always fresh. I've tried a lot of doughnuts over the years, but none come close. I've started grabbing one almost every week because they're just that good.

Super cute donut and coffee shop. The name is well-known! First time going & my family loved it. Walking in you see all the donuts, so many to choose from. We got a few but my fav was the creme brûlée donut. My husband & I got iced coffee and although it isn't super sweet, it was still enjoyable. The workers didn't make a big deal when I asked for extra vanilla in my coffee as well, which was nice! We will definitely be back again!

Cute little shop in Jax. I ordered a variety of their donuts for my work office. All of my coworkers enjoyed the pecan pie donut the most. I love when bakeries have seasonal flavors! The employees were very helpful and sweet. They recommend which donuts to try. I hope to stop by again while im in downtown Jax to try new flavors they might have.

Donuts!!! Day & Time: Tuesday at noon Order Type: carry out Service: fast & friendly Ambiance: coffee shop vibe Conclusion: I got a 6 pack and they weren't really my speed. I just don't think I am the target audience for the dough of these donut.

Drinks special with lemonade and orange juice

Great little local donut shop! Despite being a small store in San Marco, Good Dough really does donuts right. The employees were all super sweet as well, which made the experience even better. I tried the Brown Butter ($3.49) which was incredibleeee - the flavor was sweet but not too sweet, and the fluffy inside was perfection. I also got the Fried Chicken Doughwich ($9.50) which was yummy but too difficult to eat with my hands or the flimsy plastic forks and knives they have. I would probably pass on it in the future and try a different Doughwich. The Ham, Egg, and Cheese Doughwich ($8.50) was simple but delicious (and much easier to eat!). They had a drink special that they considered their version of a non-alcoholic mimosa (fancy orange juice with lemonade lol) and it was tasty! Bright and sweet. My main suggestion for Good Dough is to make the eating experience better with better utensils and napkins! The Fried Chicken Doughwich could have used some real silverware and all of the delicious donuts make more of a mess than cocktail napkins can handle! Can't wait to be back for more!

Wasn't a huge fan. Batter isn't sweet like a donut, it's more so like a piece of sourdough in the form of a donut with a variety of sweeteners on top. The dough itself is good, just not as a donut As a stand alone bread it would be phenomal

This was my first visit. I've had their donuts before when they did a drop-off near me so I knew how yummy they are. I knew I had to try the Fried Chicken Doughwich at this visit. Y'all, this sandwich was fantastic! The donut was delicious of course but the fried chicken blew me away. It's buttermilk-marinated & beer-battered, so it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I totally forgot from reading the menu in advance that the sandwich comes with hot sauce. I decided to try a bite with it before removing it. While it was too hot for me unfortunately, it was had a great unique flavor. I took home a key lime pie old fashioned donut (seasonal) & a brown butter raised donut. Both were delicious, but brown butter held on to its title of My Favorite Good Dough Doughnut

Came in on a weekday morning and was immediately welcome. The space has a clean look. There were lots of different options from St. Patrick Day festivities. I opted for the matcha vanilla and coffee. The matcha wasn't pronounced as I hoped and texture more dense. The coffee though was bold, love. Definitely will try again while in the area.

What a great treat! I finally got the chance to grab a doughnut after making candles across the street. The doughnuts are lighter than expected, and not nearly as sweet, so they were perfect! They serve coffee and espresso to complement your doughnuts!

It's my first time going to good dough. I love donuts, and my partner loves coffee. I didn't realize parking was behind the shop, so I parked across the street. When I first walked into the spot, I noticed it was cozy and a little old-school. The workers were very friendly. Since it's October, we wanted to try any October theme products. I got myself the pumpkin cinnamon roll and pumpkin creme brulee layer. The pumpkin cinnamon roll was delicious. I wasn't a fan of the brulee; the pumpkin creme inside and the brulee on top wasn't my cup of tea. I would definitely come back. They have many options there, and I want to try some more!

I celebrated national Donut Day at Good Dough with six different donuts. The employees are always so helpful and friendly in donut selection. The brown butter is my personal favorite. I love how bright the shop is from by the big window in the front. They have adorable merch available for sale too.

Can I give 6 stars? WOW! I went to Good Dough with the intention of getting dessert. Since it was lunchtime and I found myself suddenly famished, I thought I'd try a sandwich. I ordered the Fried Chicken Doughwhich. LOOK AT THIS SANDWICH! Since I hadn't read the description thoroughly (my bad), I was a little surprised when the fried chicken came out on a donut DRIPPING with heavenly glaze. Then I bit in. Oh my goodness. The fresh doughnut was perfect, and the sweet glaze melded perfectly with the fried-just-right chicken. The combination was absolutely delectable, and I may have moaned audibly. The only "downside" of this sandwich was that it was so filling, I didn't have room for dessert. (I had been warned of this.) I also ordered a shakerito, which was a perfect complement. All of this was ordered from a truly charming woman that genuinely seemed to love her work. I will definitely be back. I think I'll have to try everything on the lunch and dessert menus.

Came back when I was in town for work and it's still just as good! The staff is always so friendly…read moreand the food always hits the spot. I got the pabellon arepa and taqueños to go and there was a very short wait (they make the arepas fresh!), but it was so good. I also enjoyed house made mango juice which was very refreshing on a hot summer day. Parking is a bit tight, but there's more parking within walking distance. All in all, a very authentic, local spot.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my bestie trying out their Arepas! It was a little after lunch rush but…read morestill had a good number of customers in the restaurant. The server was really friendly and recommended some great options for us. We ordered the following: 1) THE QUEEN - classic Venezuelan "chicken salad" with their home-made avocado mayo, cilantro and sliced avocados (also known as the Reina Pepiada). Fresh with a great balance of umami flavors! The cilantro green sauce was an amazing add-on with a little spicy kick! 2) PORKO LOCO - slow cooked pork marinated in red wine with queso blanco. Tender, moist, and very flavorful. Amazing! 3) CACHAPA - soft crispy pancake made with sweet corn and fried cheese in the middle. Flavor bomb of sweet and savory! 4) EMPANADA (BEEF) - tender, shredded beef with great flavor of savory. The dipping sauce was white, tangy, vinegary, creamy with a slight spiciness. Delicious! 5) SOURSOP JUICE - rare to find restaurants with this drink. Ate the actual fruits in my homeland in SE Asia. The juice was milky/creamy, sweet with an earthy taste. Great health benefits eating or drinking soursop -- antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, etc. Other notable item was the Passion Fruit Juice however, I did not try it. My bestie really liked it. Overall, wonderful experience at the restaurant of the food, service and great interior feeling creating a great ambiance. Definitely will visit again and try out more menu items.
