The owners are passionate about their mission and so dang nice that you'll be on cloud nine after visiting the space. All of their food is organic and vegan; basically food that you can feel good about! No artificial preservatives, what you see is what you get. My recommendations are the Acai Berry Blast smoothie and the Bliss Bowl, which is spicy tofu deliciousness! I took my first ever yoga class at Fresh Jax. To be honest, I had no clue what I was in for. Afterwards, I felt as if I achieved nirvana. I felt calm and relaxed, almost to the point of a high-like state. For newbies like myself, Fresh Jax has my stamp of approval! Although, they do offer advanced classes for experienced yogis, too. Truly, an eye-opening experience.
