The only issue I've had over the years was one of the older guys behind the counter charging us for something much more expensive than what we actually asked for, and we had to drive all the way back to get a refund. The premium beef is between the lean and normal beef in terms of fat to meat ratio. It's well marbled. They ran out of normal beef tongue so we had to get the premium. Pricey but delicious and definitely our favorite. Although I've never had bad beef tongue before. Overall, everything was fresh, containers were labeled, and service was quick. Prices are fair as it is still a lot more economical than going to a restaurant. They take credit card with a minimum purchase. Parking is available and shared among all the shops in the plaza.
