My washing machine was not working for a few days. i emailed Good Guys on Sunday and they responded later that day to say they had a few slots open on Monday. They called me Monday and came out between 1pm and 3pm. Rich said it's probably a clog in the machine and if not we will go from there. Fantastic customer service from Tim. I left a message regarding my need for a new dishwasher gasket. He called back within a reasonable amount of time, got me a quote and set up an appointment. Most times I either never get a call back, get outrageous price quotes or would be told to just buy a new appliance. I was sick of this kind of treatment. A++++ Rich did an outstanding job in fixing my 16 year old dryer. The belt was broke but he soursed the maintence kit all the way in San Marcos amd drove back to Poway. Now my dry is like new. I end up returning the washer and dryer that I purchased online from CostcO.com related to the delivery service (XPS) rating was horrible. Plus Rich said the my dryer was fine due to the fact that the older dryers were made so much betteR than the newer ones. But parts are sometimes are to come by. We have a 7 year old Bosch dishwasher that was having issues. Then dishes were coming out dirty after 4-5 hrs of a cleaning cycle. We called Good Guy appliance and he gave me some tips over the phone. We tried it, but it did not solve the issues. So we called him back and he was able to come the same day to troubleshoot. Forget being able to community with them. They were assigned by my home warranty company, I darn not call them on my own accord. It's been 2 weeks since the tech came and supposedly order the parts I needed. They scheduled me for the part to be installed, then said one of the parts was missing. This was on a Friday morning, its now Tuesday and the tech said they just ordered the part. Mind you, I called them on the Friday the tech came to follow up on my part being ordered in a timely manner, however, no-one answered or called me back. I've called their office on 3 occasion and have yet to receive a return call. Find another company to give your money to. read more

I compared prices with other places and they were the most reasonable! I called to get my oven fixed and they said to try something at home and it worked!
