We recently moved about 10 minutes away from good guys. This is the second order I've gotten from them in the past month that something was wrong. This time my pizza was missing half its toppings. No cheese no sauce no pepperoni on half the pizza. Last time we paid over 45$ for delivery and the entire order was wrong. Paid for a sausage pizza and a bacon pizza a pepperoni and a plain were delivered. At this point the food is good but completely unreliable. It would be nice for the owners to contact me. I would like to give them another chance to make it right and continue being good customers. I'm closer to village now anyway, their food is just as good and I've never had a problem getting exactly what I ordered. Good guys is just open later. read more

Good guys is the best pizza in the Worcester area hands down. We moved to Leicester about 18 months ago and good guys quickly became our go-to pizza joint. The sausage and onion pizza is the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile, and even threw in a brownie the last time we picked up. So this was our second visit, figured we'd give them another try. My wife's Margherita Pizza had a very soggy crust. It was supposed to have a drizzle of sauce on it but it was more poured on than drizzled. My steak & cheese grinder was very peppery; not too bad for me but many would not care for it. Also, the paper plates it was on was rolled into the sandwich and that half of the sandwich was stuck to it and pulled apart when I tried to separate. We did order BBQ chicken wings which were quite good. Yay! We're definitely fans of Good Guys! Everything we've eaten from this fairly-new pizza joint has been very good to outstanding. We have food delivered to our home most of the time, but occasionally pick up at the restaurant (positive experiences with friendly and prompt service and they always get the orders right). We especially like their fish and chips on Fridays (orders are quite large---a very good value). The haddock filets are almost big enough to serve two and the delightful fries are lightly dredged in seasoning; the small amount of coleslaw that comes with the order is average---not a problem for me as I am not a huge fan of this side dish. We've had several combination pizzas, all of which were pretty generous with fresh toppings. We've also sampled calzones, Italian meat, steak and cheese, and pastrami grinders---all very, very good. We will continue our patronage at Good Guys and trust that they will continue with their outstanding quality of food and great service. We hope they will be around for a long, long time and look forward to trying more of their tasty bites. read more

This is the 3rd time we've gotten food from Good Guys. I must say that the food here is delicious. Best pizza place I've eaten at thus far. Today I branched out from the pizza the hubs always gets and ordered a meatball grinder.... Best decision ever! You know how you eat a typical meatball sub and the meatballs are so big they just slide out of the bread and make it all soggy? Well not this one. They cut the meatballs in half.... I Always take the sandwich apart and do this myself! I was so happy to see it was already done as I've yet to come across this. The sub roll was also delish, it was crispy and golden brown on top (I had it toasted) and even having it delivered, the bread was not soggy. I can honestly say that this was one of the best meatball subs I have ever had, if not the best. Oh and hubs loved the buffalo chicken pizza. Also, you must try their chocolate cake, it's heavenly. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again from this place to just have another disappointment. I call and order a calzone he repeats it back as I ordered it perfectly fine. It arrives and has broccoli on it. Both times before that they forget my drink. This time I have my drink but my Order is wrong. I have my fiancé call and informs them that the order is wrong again they argue saying that I asked for broccoli when HE REPEATED THE ODER JUST HOW I WANTED IT. I ordered $100.00 in food they show up late the food is cold. The order is wrong and forgot our soda. I called the place of business and was insulted in a $15.00 credit. He than proceeds to tell me he will do $20. My salads he got wrong cost more than that. I will never go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone. read more

This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had, we called in a order around 530pm after waiting an hour and a half we called them and were told the delivery guy was on his way so we waited another half hour and called back, now their driver was broke down so we asked about our food they said another person was going to deliver our food when he showed up another 45 minutes later he had the wrong order which wAs chicken tenders and we ordered burgers we refused the order and was told to keep it on the house we said we didn't want the order we wanted what we ordered so they finally called us and said it would be another 45 minutes this was around 9pm we finally got our food at 945 which was 4 hours after we ordered and they took 5 dollars off our order and food was cold too very frustrating won't order from there again read more

This pizza delivery service is excellent. As of this writing, I am a visitor from Vermont to Leicester staying in a second floor apt. in Leicester. When I called Good Guys Pizza to order dinner for my family over the weekend, they listened carefully, were courteous and repeated the order back to me perfectly. The two delivery guys that came to us brought our food with a friendly smile and cheerful attitude. Our orders were a great value for what we paid -- delicious white pizza carefully prepared one night, and perfect-sized subs with great fixings the second night. I'm glad I found their menu - which is a nice mix of American, Mediterranean and Italian standards - or I'd still be wondering what we were going to have for dinner! read more

Totally poor customer service. Web site listed "specials" I called and mentioned this, was told I needed a "mailed coupon". Went to pay and guy gave me a menu that had the "coupon" he wouldn't except!!! Ridiculousness! Told I had to use "coupon" next time! Coupon in menu doesn't say to use on next purchase at all! How can someone lie over a coupon and not take the web or "menu listed special" that has the coupon inside!
