Jims is a staple. They have very flavorful sauce which stands out on their pizza. Mozzarella sticks are good as well. The subs are put together well. The meatball is a standout. Delivery is quick and the workers who take the orders are very nice. read more

Ordered there for 3 yearsss.. i ordered and a no contact delivery as usual. A hour later the delivery guy shows up with no mask. He knocked a few times and i asked who is it? He said jims pizza , i said please just leave at the door( which was already said) he said oh my god! And tosses it down! Unbelievable! So i call and manager was not there and they said he will call me tomorrow and he didnt so i had called and he said ok what do u want me to do? delivery guy said he did none of this! When is a minimum charge for a delivery not really the minimum? When you order from Jim's. We had seen an ad in the local paper and checked out the website and decided to give them a shot. There aren't a lot of restaurants in Sutton, let alone any that actually deliver. We made our selections and I called in the order. The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant while taking my order. A few minutes after we got off the phone, he called back. His boss wanted a $22. minimum to deliver to us. Funny, I could swear the website stated only an $8. minimum. I added an appetizer to make it work rather then fight it. The driver was a bit on the rude side not to mention the fact that he couldn't follow directions and went to the wrong door. Oh well at least he arrived within the time frame given. The one thing that saved this place was the food. We shared the two meals and app amongst three of us and there was more then enough to go around. Guess I should be happy I had to add to the order or there might not have been enough. We started with chicken fingers. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and all around very tasty, it was a great way to start. The Chicken Queassadillias was very good. Against my better judgment we also had the BBQ Ribs. They were OK, but nothing to rave about. Pretty much what you'd expect from a pizza joint. All in all the food here was very good and the only thing that saved this review from being a disaster and in spite the negatives, we would order from here again. read more

I ordered from Jim's skeptically because it was the only place open and available for delivery and had iffy reviews. I am out of state and it was my sisters birthday. I wanted to surprise my sister with some pizza and wings since I couldn't be in town to celebrate with her. I called in and asked them to make the pepperoni on the pizza heart shaped for her. They sure tried and even wrote happy birthday on the pizza box for her! Delivery was very quick, prices were very reasonable and my sister said the food was good and fresh. Been ordering from Jim's for years. I had written a previous favorable review, but something has happened to my Yelp account and all of my reviews have suddenly vanished into thin air. Anyway, I just ordered form Jim's again tonight. I have to say, recent pricing and delivery times have really hurt these guys. The food is pretty good still, but they are now charging $20 for a large pizza and taking over an hour to deliver it - cold. Tonight, the sad-looking little delivery driver showed up an hour and twenty minutes late. He was unfriendly and quiet. I kiddingly asked him what the holdup was. He just shrugged, handed me the cold pizza, took the money, turned around and walked off. Might be my last order from them. Too bad. There are so few places with good food left in the area. I've ordered from this place before and the food was good- I am not sure why we don't order from them- but since Lakeview Pizza has seem to become very comfortable with our money and shitty with their customer service, I decided to give Jim's a try again. I'm so glad I did. The food was still excellent. We had the wings mozzarella sticks and a BLT- it was delicious and their delivery was fast. I think they can use a little help with tone over the phone - I'll chalk that up to being a Massachusetts thing. I'm from Philly- we have a rep for being tough but not rude.- especially when the people who call in to order food keeps you working. read more

The delivery staff is awesome. Jim's doesn't get that everyone wants double cheese. We ordered 1/2 cheese, they have screwed this up consistently. This place is terrible I have been there a few times and the pizza I ordered actually had a rusty screw in it I'm not lying. We called the board of health but they didn't care at all we called them and while we were telling them they hung up . So in conclusion poor management not safe and overall bad food. read more

Wow, really surprised by the negative reviews here. We prefer Jims pizza to any other pizza in Millbury, Sutton, and Grafton. Plus, their chicken quesadillas and fish and chips are really good as well. Haven't tried the subs yet because the above dishes never fail to satisfy. read more

I've ordered from Jim's many times. Their delivery time is generally much longer than they tell you it is going to be. Almost every time I've ordered it has taken well over an hour to receieve the food. I live 6 minutes from their establishment so I know it shouldn't take that long. Their Mary's Pizza is pretty good. The first time I ordered there I got a chicken salad grinder and it made me vomit. I gave it three because I like their pizza...I feel like that's a generous review. read more

The reviews here are kind of dated. This is our Sutton go to place for take out. Tonys had disappointed many times so we tried out Jim's. The place is clean and the people friendly. Our food is always hot and tasty. I love the fried seafood here. The bacon cheese fries are amazing. Lots of yummy bacon bits and cheese. Not the gooey nacho kind but cheddar cheese :) read more

I ordered a pizza and broccoli bites they told us about hour for delivery. Well 1hr 45 min later we called and was told that the pizza is on the way but they forgot the bites. It only takes one bad experience to turn you away, but the fact that they dont sound like they care makes it worse!! Ordered here for over 1 year without issues and now have one. Always ordered over phone, this time the wife tried online. We had a 45min delivery time and received order 1h 40min later. Called after an hour, 5min 5min, called again 20 minutes later, just left just left. I didnt blame the delivery person and unfortunately paid with credit card like I always have, but no tip tip line this time for the online order, only a letter size printout of an email receipt. Having no cash on me, I called back and he said 1min 1min.....I said stop and listen to me demanding my total bill go towards the tip of the driver and that they have lost a custom unless they figure out a way to fix it. I have had pizza delivered from this restaurant 4 or 5 times in the last month, and have never tipped the driver less than $10. Last night we ordered food for delivery and the person on the phone told us we will have our pizza in about 30-40 minutes. An hour later I called to check on the status of our order and the man that answered the phone told me we live too far and they wont deliver to us, and then he hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager and the manager was the man that had just hung up on me. After a few minutes of me having to explain to him why that was not a good way to do business, he finally agreed to deliver to us and said it would be here in 40 minutes. Almost an hour later a car pulls up on our front lawn. And I'm not just talking a couple tires off the drive way. This guy who barely spoke a word of English drove straight across the middle of our front lawn and handed us cold pizza and a sub that gave my boyfriend a stomach ache. When we talked to the owner he insisted that I was not hung up on, and he didn't see what the problem was. If you order pizza, it's fine but both the calzones and subs are not good. Employees don't listen to how you place your order; they do what ever they want! Calzones have one layer of meat... ONE LAYER! They are all bread. Extra cheese... ya you order it, they charge you for it but no extra cheese. I just got a steak and cheese. I asked for peppers, onions and extra cheese... I got peppers and onions on 1 side of the sub an no extra cheese at all. The sub was soggy and was so gross. I wouldn't give it to my dog! Their Subs are short on fillings/meat and the quality of the Meats/Cold cuts is low. The Pizza is what Really stands out as LOUSY, the Dough is something horrible that I have never experienced in my life, and I have had a lot of Pizza in the last 50 years. Granted, my baseline is the Italian North End of Boston, so I'm already biased when it comes to any kind of so called Greek Pizza (I don't even think these guys are Greek) but their Pizza is the worst I have ever had.
