After tasting the potato soup, I checked the nutrition information and was surprised by the sodium levels. The recommended daily limit for most healthy adults is 2,300 milligrams. The potato soup alone contained nearly three-quarters of that amount, while the Market Bowl exceeded the recommended daily limit in a single meal.
