Went for good beer and some dinner. Didn't expect a floor show as well. Greeted by Yusuf, server extraordinaire. Great service including recommendations and quick wit. He had us laughing our ***sees off. Which was helpful because the food was delicious so we are a lot! Table ordered burgers, salads, spaghetti and meatballs and the white bbq fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. House made dressing was delicious. Burgers perfectly seasoned and cooked.Tried several beers. My personal favorite was the Hawaiian sour. Went to grab lunch, while waiting for a table we saw a spot open at the bar. Sat down and got immediate service. He had a great attitude and helped us with drink choices. The ambience was laid back, with a choice of inside or outside. We chose inside since it was a warmer day outside. Our server Julia was wonderful throughout the entire meal. She even asked if we wanted our checks split (which most places make a big deal out of that.) We ordered a flight with two beers and two ciders, they were really delicious and nice to try more than one drink. We also ordered The Cheese pizza, the cheese with the basil was so good (if I wasn't full I would have probably ordered a second one.) Cant wait to return and try more food and beverage. read more

Walked in around 4pm. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Server was average. Had the Buffalo wings. Too much sauce. The flats were cooked but the drums were underdone. Celery wasn't cleaned. Dirt all over it. No wet naps served with them either. Also had the crab and shrimp cake. It was ok. Came with a typical mango salsa. Mangos were frozen. Obviously aren't in season right now. Had the orange wheat. That was the highlight. It was good. Not sure if I'll be back. They better up their food. Tons of competition is moving in. read more

Part of the beautiful new downtown area in Lakewood ranch. This brewery has tons of seating and an awesome aesthetic with a very unique assortment of flavor profile pairing for their craft brews. The staff is super friendly and hospitable and the restaurant's outdoor seating offers a great view of the water. The Nashville hot chicken wings taste more like sweet Thai chili with a hint of Nashville dry seasoning mixed in but if you've ever had real Nashville hot chicken I don't recommend getting this specific flavor if that's what you want cause these wings while they were good tasted nothing like real Nashville hot chicken. You don't ever see chili flakes in a wet sauce on Nashville hot chicken seasoned chicken. The wings were a good size and good for what they were just weren't the flavor profile that was noted on the menu. The beer was pretty good and the menu is super diverse with many types of food for whatever you're feeling and not just brew bites. I will definitely be back as it was a good experience just wish they would put a more accurate flavor for the "Nashville hot" chicken flavor. read more

My family and I had a really good time at Good Liquid the other night. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. If it is cool enough, the outdoor area has a wonderful view of a lake! The berry jalapeno beer is one of the best beers I've ever had and their own distilled vodka is smooth as silk. I had previously written a review regarding my 2nd visit to GLB not being good. Previous to that visit, I had already made reservations to have mine and my grandmothers birthday here. I'm glad we kept our reservations! Samantha, our server was GREAT and PATIENT !! We were still waiting for others to arrive and I know some guest in our party can be a bit hard to deal with. But she was AMAZING and made the experience great. Myself and my family enjoyed the food, drinks, and we sat outside and enjoyed the view. They were accommodating to my grandmother not being in the sun and making sure we were comfortable in where we sat. Overall, this experience was very similar to our first and why we keep coming back. We had the southwest salads, tuna burger, fish and chips, and blistered brussels spouts as an appetizer. The drinks were also amazing. I recommend the seasonal berry refresher with vodka. The hostess escorted us to the patio overlooking the water where we were greeted by our server, Chloe M. While the food quality and drink menu were solid, Chloe was AMAZING!! If you're looking to not be waited on and a nasty sunburn from the non-shaded patio area look no further! We were told by the hostess it would be a 30 minute wait unless we wanted to be seated outside. We took her up on the patio and were seated. We were offered no water or drinks, despite it being 98 degrees outside. We waited for over 15 minutes with no greeting from a waiter/waitress. We finally asked a nearby waiter if we could change to their section, as we hadn't been waited on and their were plenty of empty tables. He agreed happily! The hostess came running out... "who told you you could switch tables?!" We explained the situation and received no apology for the wait. Instead, we were yelled at for their mistakes and poor service. Will NOT be returning to Good Liquid. More like BAD liquid. read more

All the food is good minus the burgers, can't figure out why they always cook them into hockey pucks and wish they'd fix it so they were juicy and less well done. I went here just wanting to have a couple of drinks with my son to celebrate Mothers Day. It was hot so I said can we sit inside? We don't need menus. The place was empty except for a couple sitting at the bar. The hostess then proceeded to tell me the tables including the BAR are for ordering food only and that we'd have to order our own drinks from the bar and sit outside in a chair with no table. I said well that's bullshit as we are paying customers and the place was empty. It's like they don't care about customers even though they are a BREWERY. 4 Stars because the Fries aren't as good as the rest of the food. The fish with the Fish & Chips was excellent. The Chips are OK. The Cold Slaw was maybe the best we've ever had. The Meatball Mac and Cheese was excellent, just the right amount of spice and piping hot. There's an excellent selection of Beers, We tried 4 they were all very good. Rachel is amazing! Best service! We had a few other servers too, can't remember their names, but always a pleasure coming here. The food is good, but can be hit or miss, depending on who's the chef. I have had the same burger and it seemed to fluctuate, based on the way the meat was cooked.
