While dining with a friend, I told our server I'd be placing a to-go order halfway through my drink, but he disappeared for over 45 minutes. I eventually had to flag down another server to place my order--an A mushroom burger, a Zeus salad with gyro meat, and a bacon cheeseburger(no cheese) --while also requesting a box and the check for my friend. After waiting another 25 minutes with no updates, we had to ask a third person for the check because my friend's baby was getting restless.Our original server finally returned and casually mentioned he had been on break, never having passed our table off to anyone else. When I asked about my food, he realized the second server never even entered the order into the system. He offered to "rush" the items, but after already waiting nearly 40 minutes for an order that was never started, I wasn't willing to wait another 30 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating to walk away empty-handed after spending 90 minutes dealing with a lack of basic communication and follow-through. So popular that their highly recommended pasta salad is sold out today. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they offer homemade soup.
