Always a drive-thru experience here since this location was not open for dine-in when I went. The mobile order was easy and fast. This place always have a long line for drive thru but it goes by quick. Staff are pleasant and friendly even when they are very busy. I'm happy with my fries and iced coffee orders. This location was drive thru only! We only ordered fries and smoothies. One batch of fries was fresh but the other wasn't. The smoothie also came to us super messy and we had to ask for napkins ourselves. We also had to ask for ketchup ourselves as well. I don't have high expectations for fast food places to begin with, but at the very least if a drink is handed to me all messy, wiping the drink down beforehand should have been a minimum standard of service, but we weren't even provided napkins until we asked for it. read more

Food was consistent as all other Mc Donald's. It was fast friendly service. We chose to go through the drive thru because we were waiting on a prescription to be filled. I had a cheese burger & fries, hubby had a couple Mc Griddles which we're so glad they now have all day breakfast. We also opted to try the orange float and pineapple mango smoothie. Floats came in either coke, Dr Pepper, root beer or orange. Boy that orange one was yummy and my pineapple mango smoothie was delicious. We order coffee drinks. The lady taking our order was pleasant and had a great smile. The lady serving the Sri is was friendly and polite.

I don't live in Whitefish. My daughter does and she recommended this McDonald's to dine at. I figured it's going to be like any other McDonald's right? Nope! My experience is based on my drive thru experience. They took my order so quickly. The people working the drive thru were without a doubt, the friendliest McDonald's employees I have ever encountered. I even decided to use a coupon that I had received from another location in California. They were unfamiliar with it but after a short time, the manager had it straightened out and we left there with a free hash brown with our breakfast that we ordered. I really liked the overall experience with this location and I definitely would stop here again. read more

This McDonald's needs someone from higher up to come evaluate its management immediately before McDonald's is sued for a hostile work environment and for breaking the Americans with disabilities act. I would personally testify if any employee needed my testimony on behalf of the manager in the photo. I am from California and came to Eureka, Montana to visit my Grandmother. On our trip home we stopped at this McDonald's. My fiancé and I decided to come inside to order because the drive thru was backed up and there were 3 cars parked waiting for their orders. When we walked in we walked into HELL! This manager was yelling at her employees as if they were worthless. The lovely lady who took our order had a slight disability and when she wasn't working fast enough (to the managers standards) she screamed "WERE GOING TO BE TALKING ABOUT THIS, YOU BETTER HURRY UP" The cashier was then visibly upset. She also yelled at Kitchen staff while at the front counter. She yelled at them by name and would say "Jesus Christ HURRY UP!!!" She made a complete scene and everyone who was dining in was visibly uncomfortable. Please check your cameras for Nov. 23 11AM and on. I don't know how these employees kept working. Ugh. During this time I need to make decisions about where my money goes. DQ is right Across the street. I really like the nice lady who takes the orders and the money. She is always cheerful and nice. Today I went for a few things, including a chocolate shake for a friend who just had surgery. As you can see, it didn't come exactly chocolate. I asked them to remix it. I was told that their machine "didn't really mix well". I ask if they could maybe try another one. The manager showed up at the window, pushed the employee out of the way saying "let me talk to her" manager said to me "you want another one". No nice or any customer service. She slammed the window shut, reappeared with another shake. I said thank you, they slammed the window shut. It might be worth the time for the owner to realize that every restaurant is on the chopping block right now. The ones that will survive will be the ones that have customer service. Serves me right for buying fast food but here goes- ordered a Big Mac meal which is $4.98 on the menu and an apple pie. Server charged me $9.20 . I had her get a manager to double check. I ordered 6 mcdoubles and only received 4 of them. 2 were just single burgers. I immediately called to let them know if their error and the woman who answered the phone said that she couldn't hear me and put the phone down and didn't come back to the phone.
