I got my second lobe piercing on both of my ears from Good Vibrations 2. My mom had my first lobe piercings done when I was a baby, so I was a total newbie to what getting a piercing was like and I was a little nervous. Junior was gentle and patient with me. He told me it would be simple and gave me information on aftercare. The piercings were done with a disposable gun, but I believe a needle was also an option. I was in and out super fast and it was almost painless. I can't believe how nervous I was for something so easy! Super nice staff here. I felt the pricing was fair- $70 for both lobes with jewelry. I have severe "buyer's remorse" over the tattoo I got at Good Vibrations two weeks ago. Before I start, Lauren at the front was lovely - she's awesome! It was my first tattoo and I was pretty excited, but it doesn't look at all like I had anticipated. I blame myself for not backing off - the artist did tell me it wouldn't be as fine/thin as I was hoping. That I understand and don't blame the artists in any way. However, it's crooked and I have pretty good blowout - both outside of my control. Two weeks in and I'm already looking at removal places. Hugely disappointed. So yes, we are those parents that allowed our 17-year-old son to get a tattoo. However, we decided that we would rather take him than have him go somewhere that wasn't well researched or where he didn't properly learn how to care for it. So, we did it while we were in Orlando on vacation... in fact, we kind of made it a family event. My husband and our daughter and I were all there when he got his tattoo. We were amazed at how well Jarvis was able to replicate the tattoo that our son wanted... and about 4 hours later (one hour for Jarvis to draw it, and three hours for the actual tattoo itself), it became a reality. We followed the care instructions precisely, and are very pleased with how it turned out. We highly recommend. NOTE: If you are under 18, you do need to bring in a signed and notarized release form that shows parental consent. read more

Last year, while visiting Orlando, Holly did my daughter's first tattoo for her sweet 16 present and she absolutely loved it. This year, on a return trip, my daughter insisted that Holly does her next 2 tattoos as a high school graduation gift! On our last day in Orlando, Holly came in on her day off just to do my daughter's tattoos! I LOVE them! My daughter LOVES them! Absolutely satisfied with the service we got from there not just from Holly, but from every employee we have encountered there. I live in WISCONSIN and a big part of the reason we came to visit Orlando was this shop. So, if you're in the area, and you want a tattoo, this, in my opinion, is the place to go. They also do walk ins, as I have witnessed myself and they do piercings of you're into that, and have a lot of awesome and cool looking jewelry for your piercing wants. They totally follow health guidelines and protocols to the FULLEST! They listen to what your vision is and will do everything they can to follow it. Mind you... my daughter waited a FULL YEAR for this. All of their artists are incredibly talented and skilled and licensed. All of their equipment is sterile and you can tell how serious they are about that! So, awesome shop! Awesome staff! Awesome service! Totally worth the trip every time!!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Can't leave a picture because of their rules but if I could, trust me, I would. Go in to their shop and see for yourself! Note: because my daughter is under 18, I did have to get a notarized waiver for her to get the tattoo and that was easy. Grabbing the form was as easy as coming in to get it, getting it notarized was easy, I went to the UPS store and paid $10. I just got my first tattoo and it was an amazing experience!! My tattoo artist was Peter and he did an amazing job at keeping me calm during the entire process. I got my first tattoo on my ribcage and that's the most painful spot to get one but Peter kept checking on me and making sure I was okay. The location was very appealing and clean and I loved the surf vibe from the decorations. I definitely will come back here when I visit Florida again! Before arriving to Good Vibrations Ink 2, I called to get an idea of what the cost would be for a small tattoo. I understand that a definite price can not be given over the phone. I attempted to make an appointment online but it does not allow you if you want a "small" tattoo. I spoke with someone on the phone around 3pm and they stated I would need to come in to get a quote. So I arrived around 5pm and the door was locked, I called no answer, called again and was asked if I was looking to get a tattoo or piercing. When I said tattoo, the woman immediately said there was no availability today and I should check the other shop and hung up. I called the other shop (Good Vibrations Ink), no answer. When I arrived at the other shop it was closed. Mind you, online it says the shops close at 11pm. I thought it was very unprofessional for no one to greet me at the door to verbally tell me that or to even try to set an appointment. I drove 30 min to get a quote with the intent of possibly getting a tattoo that day being aware that they close at 11pm. I admired their work online and was looking forward to better service, but I will not be returning. I'd rather get my FIRST tattoo elsewhere. read more
