    Birthday tea

We had a wonderful time it was my birthday and the service was amazing I had the tea my friend had the salmon and it was excellent as I said the service was incredible they gave me an extra strawberry shortcake for my birthday and we can't say enough good things about our experience at Bergdorf's Café!

Its located in the basement near the makeup counters. Its a cute little cafe, with lovely decor. The service was good. We spilt a sandwich because the menu was small & we didn't care for much on it. The sandwich was good. The waiter was nice, took pictures of us with the decor.

I had a late lunch here at Goodman's cafe today. My friend and I weren't immediately greeted when we walked in. It took about 7-8 minutes for the host to acknowledge us although he walked past us several times (he was getting other tables situated). When he did finally get around to us, we were seated promptly. I ordered the tea sandwiches, a latte, and the lobster Cobb salad. My friend had the fish pate and eggs Benedict. The Cobb salad was the best item. The pate was good but the tea sandwiches were just ok. The service was a bit slow and the staff could have been more welcoming. But I've come to learn not to expect Southern Hospitality in NY. Still love the city.

Pretty cool decor and fun atmosphere, and is a (pleasantly) shocking change in mood from the rest of BG and is definitely different from the mood you'll get in the other BG restaurant a few floors up. Was a nice place to just grab a quick bite, and could see that this would be a good option to take a break during shopping. Food itself was decent, and the price points are probably pushing it a bit based on the food quality, but not absurd considering everything else. Service was also pretty nice - never felt bothered or neglected, it was just right. TL;DR - Cool vibes. Would recommend maybe for having a few small bites and some drinks, but I wouldn't go expecting a super high quality meal.

One word... AMAZING. This is a must visit if in the NYC area. It is pricey, but very worth it. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff is so helpful, the food is delicious, and the view is beautiful. Love, love, LOVE! I can't wait to go back to NYC just for the lobster Mac and cheese. 100% worth the calories. The dessert we got was a Nutella mousse cake. Very good and very moist. We also got a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was so natural and fresh tasting.

the service was good, but the desert is so so. Haven't tried meals, so give it an a little bit lower than average rating.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

I had a work trip run expectedly long and desperately needed some things to wear, without having…read moretime to go to a physical store. MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.

If I could rate Muji's customer service separately from its products, it would be one star…read more The problem isn't that mistakes happen--it's how Muji handles them. My order arrived with missing items despite paying oversized shipping and waiting days for delivery. Since then, I've been stuck in an endless cycle of apologies with almost no action. After nearly a week of emailing back and forth, I was asked to provide my order details again. Why? The entire email trail already contains everything they need. Instead of reviewing the case history, each representative seems to start from scratch, wasting the customer's time because they can't be bothered to read their own correspondence. Muji has mastered the art of apologizing without actually resolving anything. Every response is filled with sympathy and promises to "look into it," yet there is no urgency whatsoever to fix a mistake that was entirely their responsibility. Once they have your money, you're left waiting while your case sits in limbo. For a company that promotes quality and simplicity, their customer service is anything but. Poor communication, zero ownership, endless delays, and customers forced to repeatedly chase for updates. Paying extra for oversized shipping clearly doesn't translate to better service when something goes wrong. If you're lucky enough to receive your order intact, you'll probably have a good experience. But if there's a problem, don't expect Muji to treat it like a priority. Based on my experience, their customer service is all apologies and no accountability.
