We discussed menu items for two dinners and Jason made excellent suggestions for us. We went with his suggestion of a southwest theme for the first night and he prepared chicken enchiladas with authentic guajillo red sauce, blue masa chili rellenos-stuffed with shrimp topped with a mushroom verde cream sauce, refried beans, chips & homemade salsa and finished with a homemade flan for dessert. It was outstanding!!! On the second night, Jason prepared an Asian themed meal and again hit a home run as it was also outstanding!! On top of two great meals he did it at a fantastic price. Jason's attention to details and outstanding performance created a memorable dining experience for us during our stay. We will be back to Sedona and will be contacting Quack Pot Dining again!! When he arrived at our vacation home for the weekend, he was on time and he was prepared, he came with everything he needed. We were enjoying some music and playing bachelorette games while we waited and he danced along with us while in the kitchen cooking.
