The team over here is truly amazing. I previously wrote a review a good 4 years ago about all my VWs I would bring in. Now that I have my brought my Audi in for multiple enhancements I have found that Goodspeed Performance only gets better and better. They take the time on ensuring I get the right parts for the results I'm looking for and deliver on their word every time. I've had experiences ranging from a quick intake and tune. All the way to complete build outs of my cars. Each time the end result is amazing and the experience before and during is always great. In the past I had made the mistake of ordering a brake kit from ECS Tuning for my GLI and they sent the wrong pads marked in the right box... Goodspeed was able to get the right pads for me same day and get it all buttoned up. No incident, no problem. They are always willing to work with you on your build in any and all ways that are right for you and your car as the customer. I voiced my opinion here just a few minutes ago, I have since spoken with Good Speed in Scottsdale. We had a at length conversation about my issue. They answered all my questions about the things I said. It does seem I spoke to soon. I won't go into detail because of the complex nature. But for good speed to contract me and truly explain why, says a lot about their company and honesty. About three years ago I came in to get my car aligned. I got my car back and drove it around the block and heard a strange noise. I brought it back to them and had one of their engineers drive around the block with me to listen. He left it off and acted like I was a dumb kid, even though I had had the car for 10 years and noticed sounds like. Within the week I was making a left turn in my back left wheel. Flying into traffic. They denied responsibility. We went to court and split the repair bill. Look at the wheel going into ongoing traffic didn't hurt anyone else. read more

I had recently purchased a Volkswagen GTI and I wanted to get some work done to it. I looked up what the best places were to have work on a VW done and Goodspeed came up. They are the only VW place in town that does APR work (Tuning Company). Knowing this I had a feeling that this place would be awesome. I drive up and pull into their lot where I see all kinds of badass cars parked in the lot. There were WRXs, GTIs, Audi's, BMWs, GTRs. You name the car and it was here and looking badass. I go in the showroom where they take my keys and get to work on my car. The showroom is a place for car lovers. Not only are their performance parts mounted to the walls, but also mounted to the wall is a TV showing the BBC show TOP GEAR. I thought to myself now this place knows what's going on. They respect the good car enthusiast. My car finally finished and I got to enjoy my tuned GTI. Only downside was that the tune caused an issue on my car which is very rare because APR is one of the best tuning companies in the world. This, however, was not Goodspeed's fault, it was APRs. Through thick and thin Jon, the owner, fought for me to get me taken care of. The level of customer service Jon went through was some of the best I have ever seen. Coming from a sales background myself, I was thoroughly impressed. In the end Jon took care of me, even going as far as paying for a rental car for me while my car got fixed. I have my car back now and it is awesome and back to normal. I will continue to do business with Jon at Goodspeed because of my positive experience and I hope if you read this, you will too. read more

Good Speed and Good Service. Took my 2015 WRX in to have the COBB intake installed and tuned. They took great care of my car and the install was flawless. They packed up all my stock parts neatly in the trunk, and made sure I was aware of everything they did. They even found I was missing some clips for my lower spash guard and replaced them for free. I have been in the custom industry since the late 80's. I just purchased a GTI and decided to get it tuned. After some internet research, this shop seemed to be the place to go. Here is my impression.....From their website to their facility, and right down to the staff; Goodspeed is the place to go to get work done. Tanner was very nice and helpful. He sat down with me in the waiting area and went over in detail what the tune entailed, and even discussed further mods and gave pricing. Goodspeed is a first class business! read more

I called Goodspeed today about troubleshooting a possible boost leak in my car. I was asked who performed the work and when I mentioned the shop, I was told that I would most likely not be helped and my car probably wouldnt be touched with a 10 foot pole. I was then put on hold, and then verified that the owner refused to touch any car with any work done from that particular shop, but I could talk to the owner about it if I wanted to. I just moved here recently, and have no affiliation with any tuner or performance shop, and more importantly i understand that every shop makes mistakes, causes problems, and create jobs at competing shops. I find what I was told by Goodspeed to be nothing short of ridiculous. If you have beef with someone or someones shop, take that as an opportunity to gain another customer. Thats what smart businessmen do. I was obviously seeking help for a reason, so to turn a cold shoulder due to past beef and refuse to even look at, let alone work on, a vehicle due to animosity is nothing short of childish bullshit. Places like this need not to operate in the United States of America, and this shop is a shining example of why many people do not want to even bother with modifying their cars. A crappy industry that is only getting worst. Taking my car to Cobb in CA when I go to visit my family; they were more than willing to help where needed. read more

First thing to say...it's the only place I trust and have confidence in. I'm a sport car enthusiast and have been boosting imports since 15 years old. Let's just say I've got 20+ years of automotive experience. Joe and his staff always had an accurate response to questions, never so much as a delay. AND, I've never met a receptionist as knowledgeable as Ally. She knows more than your average to intermediate car guy! I've purchased product here, had the install here, and my ride tuned as well. They've exceeded my expectations time & time again. Car runs like a dream without a hiccup. Removed parts were always returned to me without having to ask, now that's what I call courtesy and honesty. With All previous installs, my car was returned clean on the inside - not so much as a wire sleeve in sight. Not your basic, inexpensive and short cut taking shop for sure. Wish I had more $$$ to spend here. I don't come here with expectations to save money, but one things for sure - my purpose is always served.
