We recently came here to have my 2017 Chevy Silverado lifted we wanted to have it level we paid 1000.00 when we picked it up we could notice the front end was still lower ...we contacted him and months later said he could add a extra inch to the front ...when my husband dropped it off nothing was said about how this might affect the alignment ..all that was said was they needed to cut out bumb stops and to get a alignment after wards....after about a week we could notice severe wear on the inside of tires so took it for alignment but they could only do so much ...they said that they way the lift was put in and no changing of struts of arms had left it at a bad angle and advised to have all that changed out for not only the alignment but also for safety....so now out of 1400.00 that we had payed to have lift done just to have to have to pay to have it redone somewhere else correctly ...or keep driving and and mess up the truck ... definitely would not recommend coming here read more

This place can't even lower GMC Yukon, which is a dime a dozen with nothing special about it. But, I had to take the vehicle back 3 f**king times. Doesn't know what the hell they are doing and can't even align the vehicle after it's lowered. I had to take it to the "professionals"to get it aligned and told me sorry for the inconvenience and sent me a check to cover the cost, which was $69. But guess what, it got declined. Either he didn't have the money or this little nuts**k is so cheap that he needed it back. After spending $1,500, they can't even cover$69? I guess there is no value in customer service with this numbn**s. You want to get screwed then visit here, otherwise go elsewhere. read more

I had a set of towing bags installed on my 2015 F250. They may have under bid the job a bit and took longer than expected. But that's why I'm giving 5 stars. At no point did they try to bait and switch me or ask for more money. They stood behind their quote and delivered a custom install as promised. I will probably use them again if I need anything else. As I read the low ratings I can't help but wonder if those people understand how much goes into custom work. Sometimes a lot of finesse is required as very few products are a direct bolt on application. If it was so easy, the vehicle owner would have done it themselves right? If I had any constructive criticism it would be to please cut off excessively long bolts after they are installed and trim the ends of the zip ties. My experience may have been such that they were trying to get the truck done on a late Friday and not the norm. read more

Horrible place to take you truck you try and ask questions they answer with the fastest no helpful response, I got HID lights for my truck I didn't have them for even one whole day before they gave out. I gave them a call since I live 2 hours from them to tell them my situation. They couldn't make time for me on my only day off I had off they want me to go when it works for them. Not convenient for the client that just spent that much money. They said what was wrong with the lights where because of my truck and just pushed on they bull crap. Of course they didn't do anything wrong there stallion or parts had nothing to do with them not working. My lights always worked fine until I let them do this $180 job that they messed up. Stay away from them there are plenty of better shops to go and support. read more

Went into this establishment and was met with an extremely friendly staff. They were busy but it didn't stop them from acknowledging that I had entered and that they would be right with me. As soon as Oscar started to help, he asked some specific questions about my vehicle and took the time to make sure I was purchasing the correct equipment. I saw the part for cheaper on a social media site and he price matched it immediately with zero hesitations. During our conversation he made small talk and asked what I did for work and upon learning I worked for the fire department he took extra special care of me! The parts he gave me had instructions for installation and he explained that they also offered installation if I needed. He took extremely good care of me and was very thorough. I'm surprised at the high reviews. This is review is only based on the service not actually on Chris. Chris was very attentive, unlike his wife who was in a very bad mood. It's not the clients fault if your pregnant and working. Have a little more courtesy, because at the end the costumer is the one paying. Very short staffed, when you call them the receptionist doesn't care about your concerns. Not coming back, horrible place. If you don't feel comfortable at a place, then you shouldn't waste your money at it. Simple as that. Their are several other places that take into consideration "customer service."
