This larger format Goodwill store is very well laid out and easy to navigate. The aisles are wider than normal and it does not have that rummaged look. 75% of the floor is given over the clothing and all the shoes are located in one spot. All the hardwares, media, toys, etc. are located in the back left part of the store. It appears the "pickens" here are above average compared to your average Goodwill and it is more organized. They have seven dressing rooms, however, four of them are used for storage and only two were open. There are multistall bathrooms here and you don't need a key. One thing I did not see was a collectors/boutique case of higher end items. Definitely one of the better Goodwills that I have visited as the photos below reveal. read more

We came for some Halloween ideas and trying to be nice but if you invite Halloween Headquarters you really need more then one small section of to the side. There were some fun things but very limited and nothing must have. Staff was friendly though. Just seems the Halloween part gets worse every year. read more

I feel like this Goodwill ripped me off. I was shopping yesterday with my young daughter. The sign says white tags 50 % off. I found a kids shark costume with a white tag. After I paid I realized they didn't discount it and they said because Halloween items don't count. There is no sign on the sign that says there are exclusions. They manager said they can only refund me but on a gift card. She was uncaring how it's misleading. She said they were supposed to remove all the Halloween stuff but missed that one. I visited the store today, looking for props for a theater production that I'm working on. I was really disappointed in several things about the store. The first thing I noticed was that there were a lot of items in the store that were really beat up and should not have been set out to sell. If I was a person shopping at Goodwill because of my financial status I wouldn't want to be looking at things that were high priced and beat up. I've always been a fan of Goodwill and shop there a lot for my theater shows- but again - today- I was thoroughly disappointed in the quality of some of the items and the prices they were asking for them. Secondly, the woman who was checking people out was extremely rude and unfriendly. Regardless of what job you have, you should do it full out with a good attitude, and this was not happening. I waited in line for at least twenty minutes behind six people. When I got to the front, she accused me of cutting in line! she was not friendly and as I walked away, she told the person after me that she was sorry that he had to wait and thanked him for his patience - insinuating I had cut. It is my belief that if you do your best work and have a good attitude ( in a job that maybe you don't love) that you will be given the opportunity to get a better job in the future. If you learn to be a kind and considerate person during that time and grow your people skills, that'll open up more doors for you. You won't be able to leave where you are until you stop acting like you should stay there. Goodwill needs to do a better job training their employees on EQ and being people centric. read more

I've seen employees came out from the back and on to the showroom floor that weren't wearing masks on two separate occasions. The employees running the cash register have very poor customer service as well. I am always the one who start the conversation with a "how's it going" or "crazy weather we've been having". If I don't say anything, the whole transaction would be in awkward silence, other than when they tell me the total price of my purchase. I understand not everyday is going to be the best day ever and we may have stuff going on, but customer service is a huge part of what brings people back. Especially when things stores are a dime a dozen. read more

The prices at this Goodwill have gotten ridiculous. Every time I go, I end up saying out loud "Are you kidding me, Goodwill?" when I look at a price tag -- and usually, several customers in earshot will agree with me. Whoever is in charge of pricing at this location needs to tap it back. read more

Just because theres a lot and its a thrift store does not mean you are getting a good deal. Shoes wetr falling apart there were baskets of clothes blocking most of the clothes because nobody was putting them away. And the customer service here was a joke. We decided not to try on clothes since they dont have any a/c and all 4 of us were super sweaty. We go to check out and stand in line a few mins and then get told ahe is about to leave go to the other line. We wait there for awhile then that same lady told us to go to a 3rd lane where we were finally seen. She then announced she would be back from her break soon. Wtf if I pulled that when I worked at target I would have been fired. This place looks nice at a glance but its trashy and over priced. read more

Im usually love my second hand shopping experiences. I must say this location has some of the rudest cashiers and dont give a shit management i have ever experienced. This has happened on numerous occasions and has really left a memorable bad impression, i will never recommend ( will actually discourage) shopping at this location to everyone i meet. I will still get my great bargains and finds at other locations , where im treated like a customer instead of an annoyance-- you would think that treating people like they matter would better serve the community in which they try to help--- sham on the rude cashier that is always there and the lack of empathy for bad service from the management. read more

I was so excited to visit a Goodwill store that was close to me, i ended up at this Goodwill store. I found it was so comfortable to shop. The store was very clean, nice friendly staff, good products and the prices was awesome. I will like to say a special thanks to Richard George & Micheal Robinson who took the time to help me with a warmth confort attitude. They answered all my questions and showed me items I had required. and even offer to assist calling another stores for an item they didn't have. This Goodwill is absolutely the cleanest, nicest and most organized I have ever shopped at. The store is relatively new and its HUGE! The quality of the merchandise is best I've seen at a Goodwill. Felt more like I was shopping at a high-end retailer than a thrift store. They have a new section at the front of the store where higher end clothing and unique items are displayed. Its awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful and its obvious that they love working there. I asked for assistance finding something and the employee went out of their way to help me find exactly what I wanted. I met the Manager, who thanked me for shopping at his store and invited me back. Very professional and obviously was proud of the store. Goodwill has hit the mark with this store and we will be repeat customers every week. The prices are the same as other Goodwills in town and of course are a great deal. If you haven't shopped this store yet, you should! read more
