Man, look at the spiders in this store! (I kid, it's a Halloween decoration.)

Ouch! There are some pretty bad reviews of this Goodwill. Personally, I've never had a problem with the cashiers or the employees giving me 'attitude'. But I might have just hit them on a good day. It's also worth mentioning that this Goodwill has a fairly well run donations area you can pull up to in your car. Inside, it's a fairly standard GW store. I do agree that the prices for Goodwill have gone up in recent years - I remember hunting for used tee-shirts at three for 10 bucks. Nowadays, it starts at $4.99 and goes up from there!?! Additionally, this store seems to have issues keeping their dressing rooms clean of litter. So I can't give it any more than a 'decent' rating - but again, I don't think that it's one-star worthy either! (Your mileage may vary!)

Pretty trashed. Prices are double and triple fair prices. They are now more about selling dollar store items made in China.

This is a really nice, clean and well organized GW. And they have a lot of designer clothes in excellent condition. Why pay full retail?

It's less than 5000 ft.² inside, but it sure packs a lot of unique finds. Seniors get 20% off on Mondays and teachers get 20% off on Saturdays, veterans and active military get 10% off every day. The prices here are more reasonable than anything you'll find at Goodwill and the selection is better. They also sell furniture and have three fitting rooms. This is definitely a ministry worth donating your items to since they have quite an impact on the local community. Cash, credit/debit, no checks and all sales final. Ten informative photos included to get you through the door.

I can understand they want to get more of "the pie", but they don't understand that resellers also have a lot of costs and how much Ebay takes. And when they raise their prices to Ebay level, they aren't taking into consideration that Ebay has MILLIONS of customers a day many looking for that exact item. They basically pushed me out to focus on garage and estate sales, which hurts them. I used to get lots here every week. They get kudos for their community work, but they don't realize resellers HELP them by purchasing large amounts weekly. But me and others don't think they want our business.

There are some things the store does very well, and some areas that are clearly struggling. First, the space is much larger than the previous location. There is plenty of room for merchandise, and they seem to have many kind volunteers working there. The furniture and home goods section is organized fairly well. However, the shelves are extremely packed with merchandise, which may be related to the pricing. Many items feel overpriced for a community thrift store, which likely slows down how quickly things move off the shelves. The layout is also a bit confusing. It almost feels like two completely separate stores. Furniture and home goods are on one side, while clothing is in a different area. What makes it more unusual is that you cannot pay for clothing on the home goods side, or home goods on the clothing side. You also have to go outside to enter each section. It seems like this setup requires twice as many volunteers and makes the shopping experience less convenient. The pricing on the clothing side is actually very good, but the organization is quite poor. I found high-end men's shirts, such as Brooks Brothers, mixed in with women's clothing. There were several other similar examples of items being misplaced, which made browsing more difficult. I have visited multiple times before writing this review because I hoped that, after the expansion, the shopping experience would improve. Unfortunately, the store actually felt more organized in its old location than it does now.

That in itself told me that one hand knows what the other is doing, and it's obviously really organized. Second, when we went in the thrift store side, it smelled clean. On that side, they were super nice too, and my eBay purchase pick up was super smooth. Purchases that you make their go toward providing food for people who need services from the food pantry. Even the eBay purchases go toward that. I feel better about a purchase if something good comes out of it for somebody else too. That's important to me and my family. I highly recommend this essential part of the community!

Over the past couple of months, however, I have noticed what appears to be a change in management at this location. The current manager is often rude not only to customers but especially to employees. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed him publicly reprimanding employees in front of customers, and when calling for staff members, his tone is frequently aggressive and unnecessarily loud. What makes this particularly unfortunate is that the employees themselves are consistently kind, helpful, efficient, and seem to do an excellent job. They are always quick to assist customers and contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere of the store. It is disappointing to see them treated in a manner that appears disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite these concerns, I still enjoy shopping at this store and would recommend it for its reasonably priced clothing, accessories, and unique finds. My hope is that management will take steps to foster a more respectful and supportive environment for both employees and customers.
