This Goodwill is hidden. You'll probably pass it a few times before you realize it's there. That's why I added photos of the front so you can find it faster than I did. It shares a parking lot with a restaurant.It's one of those buildings that is kind of lower than the other ones around it. Plus cars can park in front of it so then it's harder to see. It is big inside. I didn't realize it was one of the discount days so it was busy inside . There was a long line of people finding things . The customer service here wasn't very good at all. I waited in a long line just to find out that they couldn't price my item for me. They should have someone that is able to do that. Now I've just completely wasted my time, and don't want to give them any business .If the item was out I'm not sure how that was my fault that it wasn't priced. read more

I have always enjoyed my experience in this store, but it's gotten a little strange recently with the numerous and exaggerated greetings as you walk in. It's typical to have one associate near the door greet you when you walk in to a store, but when I arrived a few days ago it was multiple associates, simultaneously, from various locations in the store! It was just bizarre and felt weird and off-putting. This kind of approach doesn't ensure loyal customers - if anything, it prevents them wanting to come back. read more

Pretty typical Goodwill, but I had such a bad experience yesterday based on the fact that they are instructing their employees to loudly greet every single person that walks in. Every 5 to 30 seconds having multiple employees yell "hello!!! Welcome!!" to every single person that walks in the store was so annoying for the shoppers. People were literally looking at each other annoyed and I left early because it was seriously so obnoxious. Was told by an employee that apparently a secret shopper was not greeted so now they have to greet every single person. I understand feeling acknowledged, but this was way over the top, was almost like a comical SNL skit. Definitely won't be back because of it. read more

This location has plenty of parking, friendly staff, organized clothes racks and aisles, and sorts well through items. They usually have a decent selection of overflow from Target (Threshold items) and sporting goods like tennis racquets. This Goodwill had a decent assortment of items, but way too much of the stock came from business liquidations and overstock junk, which isn't really what I want to browse in a thrift store. The biggest issue we had was their strange policy about missing price stickers. My husband found an older model Xbox controller that he really wanted, but since it didn't have a price tag, they refused to sell it. Instead, they told us to come back the next day after it had been reprocessed, which wasn't an option since we were only in the area for the day. It was frustrating because they got the item for free and could easily have a system in place to quickly price things like that. Or at the very least, ensure that unpriced items aren't left on the sales floor to disappoint potential customers after they have already spent time shopping and waited in line to check out. Another thing that soured our visit was finding out that this is apparently one of the only Goodwills that doesn't offer a student discount. Such an odd and unnecessary choice when they get all their items for free. While they did have some interesting finds, the overall experience just reinforced my already low opinion of Goodwill. read more

Very large Goodwill that also has an adjacent Goodwill boutique. Lots of brand new Target overstock items, as well as housewares and Halloween items. I always stop in to browse whenever I come down to Lake Forest to see my cousins. Pricing is a bit higher at Goodwill than it is at other thrift stores, but the selection is great, and you'll walk out with some good finds if you have the patience to comb the racks. read more

This is a great Goodwill! Half the store is clothing and I've found some cool stuff - love the more vintage items & pieces that fit cosplay ideas. There's also home decor, purses, shoes, seasonal finds. It's in a shopping center that can get busy but there's lots of parking. Happy thrifting! read more

My second time here and I found few things that I liked and bought them. The items sorted accordingly (clothes were organized according to sizes, home goods, some accessories and knickknacks). The value was absolutely reasonable! The service was good and this store has enough manpower to help the customers compared to other big stores. read more

Worst Customer Service Ever, Avoid Goodwill at All Costs! I have never encountered such incompetent, unhelpful, and downright rude customer service in my life. My recent experience at Goodwill was an absolute nightmare, and I will never shop there again. First, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by simply being there. I asked a simple question about a pricing issue, and the cashier rolled their eyes and sighed like I was bothering them. When I politely requested a manager, I waited 15 minutes just to be met with the same dismissive attitude. The store was a disorganized mess, and when I pointed out that an item was mislabeled, the employee argued with me instead of fixing the problem. No apologies, no effort to resolve the issue,just pure laziness and indifference. And it's still the same guy with the pink shirt and cactus hair, that always has a stupid funny jokes smfd Zero professionalism, zero care for customers.Goodwill claims to be about helping the community, but their horrendous customer service proves otherwise. experience was fine up until checkout. the lady laughed when i asked if they charge for bags, cuz somehow that's a dumb question in 2025? i'm from LA where pretty much everywhere will charge you for bags. i got these 2 absolutely stunning pieces, a dress and a coat, and she just shoved them into the bag. look i don't expect this careful folding job, but it took her so long to carelessly shove them into the bag it would have been easier for her if she just folded them first. as soon as i got to my car i fixed it and gave them the care they deserve. read more

This is the place where you need to spend time sifting through the junk to find something good. Hopefully. I found a pair of alo leggings, but majority of the items here weren't that great. There's a lot from Target but that's the case for all the goodwills in Orange County. Next door is their Boutique which was nice! They had a good selection of everything (mostly women clothing, some men, some purses, some household items) but they are marked up to reflect the higher brand / quality. This isn't really where you'd find a lot of high end brands either. I'd probably skip this location next time I want to thrift. read more

I usually stop by here in the mornings, right when they open. This is the fourth time I've seen the employees going through each piece of clothing, to remove all the clothes that are half off. They stick them in big bins and take them to the back. Every single tag in the bins is the color that is discounted. So shady! I'm over it. Not coming here anymore. Avoid this Goodwill altogether They'll say on the phone that they accept furniture donations. Then after you drive there with a beautiful couch in perfect condition they say No we don't accept furniture donations. When I no asked why they say they do accept them On the phone their answer was " we just say anything to get customers off the phone " Let that be a warning to anyone considering buying or donating to Goodwill. There are a lot of Goodwill stores in the area, but this is one of the largest. Here's a thrifting "secret": you find better stuff in more affluent areas. I wish the clothes were better arranged by size rather than just by color, but I've found some great stuff here. Sometimes they have dressing rooms but they are really busy so there's a wait. Everything with a green tag was half off today, which means I didn't find anything with a green tag. Overheard in line: "What do we need this for, garage stuffing?" Next door they have a boutique with some nicer stuff. Never what I want in my size. read more

First time shopping in this store. Went in for a shirt for work. Signs on certain aisles said 50% off. I pick out a shirt that I need. Wait in line to checkout. While at checkout, I ask why the shirt wasn't 50% off. The cashier was asking "Didn't you read the sign? It's only purple tags." I replied that all it says is 50% off on shirts. He then began to argue so I asked for a manager. Manager came out. She says did you purchase it yet? I said no. She says then, I can't help you. I ask what her name was she says "You are below my pay level and do not need to know what my name is." I reply, "Excuse me?" She then grabs her coffee and proceeds to walk away. I snapped a photo of her. While with the cashier once again, I ask what the return policy is? He then proceeds to page someone named Yvette to the register. Low and behold it's the same woman that was rude previously. I greet her with "Why hello, Yvette. Isn't nice that your employee announced your name to the whole entire store." She looks at her employee and says "Thanks a lot big mouth, now she knows my name." Yvette needs training in customer service!!! Yvette needs to make sure her signs are understandable to EVERYONE, especially FIRST TIME SHOPPERS!!! Went to this Goodwill, came into the store needing to use the restroom before I shopped. In the past you had to ask for someone to unlock the restroom. The security guard/store employee Thomas was sitting right when you walk in. I asked politely can you page someone to unlock the bathroom before I shop. He responded very rudely "We don't have a public restroom, didn't you read the sign on the door. You can go to Ralphs." I understand things change but what struck me was the didn't you read the sign on the door comment. As I left the store I noticed that the sign is not at eye level and if I'm use to being able to use the restroom why would I be reading the sign. Super frustrating and not the best first impression. read more

Happy to have a close Goodwill location both for donating and for thrift shopping! Friendly staff, it's always clean and tidy, and a wonderful shopping experience! Like with any Goodwill location it can be hit and miss, but the more you go the more opportunity you have to find some gems! This place is sort of hidden in a shopping plaza behind Lucille's and next to Ralphs. Be ready for that thrift store smell when you walk in. This store is mostly clothing but they do have a smattering of electronics, dishes, glasses & mugs, games, books and furniture. In the middle of the day on a weekday there were quite a number of customers. Many of the shelves were disorganized or a complete mess. The store is actually two stores. There is a separate entrance for the boutique which has pricier items (designer label clothes, finer furnishings, jewelry, etc.) I am not really a thrift store shopper but brought a friend here who thought it was a decent store with a good variety of offerings. read more
