This place has the high end treasures. I was able to pick up some pretty cool vintage clothes, some kitchen things and a ton of books! It is high traffic and I have never been in when it wasn't buzzing with customers. Just a tip, parking is impossible. I work in Fillmore once per week and visiting this Goodwill is the highlight of my lunch break. I've noticed Goodwill in general is getting crazy with their pricing these days but this store seems to be more reasonable. I've been pretty lucky finding some gems here! My exact fit of Lucky Brand jeans TWICE, cute dresses, shoes, practically new kitchen items and even a mini tent for my cat! They seem to get unique items that the other stores don't and it's not insanely busy. It is well organized and the staff is really nice... especially Maria! Great little location, found a brand new Samsonite suitcase for $15. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Line goes quick.

Great store. Customer service people always very nice. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes I find some good stuff and sometimes walk out with nothing. Two things I wish they would do... They used to have a few shopping carts until one day they were all gone. I have no idea why they took them out of the store, but I wish they would bring them back as it does make shopping easier because the little baskets sometimes just aren't enough. I also really wish that they would put in a couple of dressing rooms. read more

Horrible horrible manager. Was accused of stealing while trying to purchase $40 worth of merchandise & told to leave in the middle of paying. Asked her name (short old Asian woman with thick black glasses) I offered to show my bag when security guard Muhammad started grabbing at me. They found nothing in my bag & was still told I was not allowed to ever come back. This manager needs to be fired. read more

I stopped in here the other night to check out their Halloween stuff. They had minimal costumes available, but had their standard selection of women's, men's and kid's clothes. I wanted to note, this store doesn't seem to get the "good" stuff sent to them by the main warehouse(s). They don't tend to have fancy dresses (which is usually what I'm browsing for in the dress section). Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. When I was there, they were making arrangements to hold a piece of merchandise longer than their standard 1 hour for someone who had a long way to drive to pickup. I'm still a fan, but I don't expect to see high-end pricey dresses/gowns here. I did see some full length, real fur coats here once. That was pretty impressive, but that's a rare sort of sight here. read more

I will never donate anything to this store or any other that has similar collection bins. You are instructed to remove items from boxes or bags and dump them into large bins. I recently donated glassware, collectible dishes, glass cookware, electronics, books, and other items. If I had removed the breakables from the boxes I had them in they would have been damaged and broken. The lack of concern for breakable items reflects negatively on the store and Goodwill in general. Prior to the bins being installed, a store worker would take the items inside the rear of the building to sort. At least then you knew your donations would receive some level of care. read more

Love this store! I've found so many awesome things here at great prices. I like donating things every once in a while and they give you a 25% off coupon that you can use on any one item. I always use it on my higher price item so that I can save more money :) The only thing I don't understand about all the Goodwill stores is why they always sell the clearance stuff that Target donates to them for a higher price than Target was selling the stuff for. Shame on them for that. read more

If I could give 0 star reviews this place would get one. After going to 5 locations of Goodwill none of them took my coffee table. They all said it was too big. I mean who declines a donation. The Goodwill wouldn't take anything. I wasted 3 hours trying to donate my coffee table to all the Goodwills in my area but none would accept. The guy working there was not helpful at all. read more

This is probably the best Goodwill I've ever been. They have great quality kitchen things and are all so cheap. Kinda feels like the price is lower than other Goodwills. I found very good quality mason jars, each was $.49. It's not a huge store, but definitely enjoyable. The cashier and other people who work there were so nice and polite. OMG I LOVE this store!!! Customer service is amazing. Expect more at this store. Everything is color coordinated. (Clothing) I love STAFF, constant variety of inventory, and so happy I found this store when moving to Fillmore. It's completely changed my view of thrift stores forever. read more

This is hands down my favorite store. Most of my wardrobe has been procured here for incredible prices. Brands I've purchased include: Banana Republic, Guess, Planet Blue, Kimchi and Blue, Max Studio, BCBG Girls, Chinese Laundry, Anthropologie, 7 for All Mankind, Express, Ann Taylor etc. An associate told me that the clothes are driven over from Thousand Oaks area. The store also gets new Target clearance items, and although you do have to sift through some duds, I've gotten GREAT deals on household items, clothes, and accessories. They have sales every other Wednesday, and the staff is great. Seriously, people, isn't it a great feeling when you get a compliment on your outfit and know that you only spent $15 from head to toe? read more

A much better Good Will, they do keep their prices reasonable. I like the employees and the manager was super nice too. Its a good store to dig through and find some treats, some Target left over too. Wish this one was near me though, the Goodwills in the Antelope Valley are a rip off! read more

I would like to thank the Goodwill store in Fillmore California for supporting me as a teacher in Santa Paula Schools. I can find so many books, games and projects that will work in my third grade classroom at great prices. Charmain is always so kind and welcoming at the store and she works hard all the time. Debra is kind and supporting at the store. She even cares enough to enforce the rules when kids/infants don't have shoes on as she is concerned for the safety of the store and it's customers. She encourages people to put things back appropriately as well. Many stores look a mess as customers let kids run and throw items on the floor. She keeps Fillmore store safe and cared for. She even allowed an employee to translate for me with a customer who was having car trouble outside the store so I might help. The manager as assisted me as well and is very helpful. read more

Prices are usually reasonable, I come here when I need to quick outfit. They don't have that great of a selection though. I would say this is one of the smaller goodwills around. read more
