    What the hell...

Wow, what a store! It's huge, really clean (none of that thrift store "old lady" smell when you walk through the door), the clothing is meticulously organized according to size and color, and the prices are amazing. I walked out with a pair of brand new Banana Republic pants for $5, a $3 teapot to add to my dorky collection, and two almost new paperbacks for 99c a piece. Oh, and If you're into kitschy 70s lamps and glass/tableware, this place is definitely worth a visit. I saw a lady leave with a couple of solid wood night stands for $9 a pop, and another guy snapped up a 10 speed mountain bike for $25. Amazing! I'll be a regular here for sure. Update 2.8.09: This Goodwill absolutely rocks! Today I paid $5 each for 2 brand new shirts (Nautica and Banana Republic), an almost new shirt (Tommy Hilfiger), a brand new hoodie (Old Navy), and $7 for a pair of barely worn Eddie Bauer jeans. I'm absolutely no label whore, but who can say no to that? I honestly do not not know how a thrift store could be any better (well, for people like me, anyway)!

Best Goodwill in the Denver Metro! Clean, super organized, great selections. They take so much pride in this store.

The prices are way too high. You can shop a Walmart for new items cheaper than Goodwill. They could sale more items if they lower prices.

The thrift store for those who can afford not to "thrift"…read more I have put off writing this review because I appreciate the mission, enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff has been (mostly) friendly. The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

I like to consider myself a thrift store connoisseur but I had no idea this place existed, what…read morerock have I been living under?? I went to Yelp and it clearly showed me the way so per usual, thanks Yelp! There seems to be some construction going on with the car dealership they share a lot with so the parking situation was a bit of a hot mess, even on a Wednesday morning. But the sales and prices clearly made up for that, I was greeted by volunteers telling me the specials of the day which included a color tag and then women's tops. I found some great brands because it is so well organized and the prices were reasonable. I just loved this place and had such a great time exploring the racks. I even plan on bringing my donations here next time it's for a donation run! Support local thrift stores and visit here.

Educate yourself on the rules and general etiquette of how to shop "the bins". Don't be "that guy"…read morethat gets pulled out of rotation because you are not following the rules. Bins are rotated approximately every 30 min. Grab your cart out in the parking lot in your way in, there's never any in the store. Leave your cart against the wall. You are never permitted to have a cart in the aisle at this location. Overall, this location has decent stuff and runs a tight ship which I appreciate. Leave the kids at home, they are not allowed near the bins. Of course there's always someone that doesn't control their kiddos and it creates an unsafe environment. Bring gloves and be careful digging in the bins. Broken glass is common.

I have been coming to these bins for close to 12 years now. I absolutely love seeing the young teens and college kids in now and seeing that they appreciate a sustainable wardrobe. Whether they are buying for themselves or reselling, it is so cool to see it so busy and popular now. As a teacher finding toys and books has been a lifeline for me there. My 3 star rating is because they are back to allowing children. As a preschool teacher my eyes and ears are always alert to children crying or lost- and it is almost every time I go that I see something that makes me cringe. The last being a child about three years old trying to hush its crying infant sister while the mom was across the store shopping. Parents set up whole play areas on the floor while they spend hours shopping. I truly wish they either changed it to no kids or your kid has to be on you or with you the entire time. There is so much potential danger that it makes it not so fun to shop and watch happen. You can't leave a child on the floor against the wall in any store so I'm not sure how parents think it's OK to do at the bins. To end on a happy note, so happy to see that books are just $.25. The less in the landfill and on bookshelves the better.
