    $7.99 Shirts
    Monica H.

When this location first opened I shopped here a few times. I have also donated here a lot as well. On my last and final visit here I was absolutely shocked to see the high prices. The women Blouses and Shirts are listed for $7.99, Sweaters are $5.99. I didn't even bother to look at the pants/jeans. There is a sign that mentioned all tagged items received an additional discount, however no shirts/blouses were tagged. A lot of the shirts I saw were more than gently worn and had stains, holes, or tears on them. The store also didn't seem as clean as it used to be. I did find 2 shirts I liked and took them to the register. The cashier wasn't friendly but she did say hello. I told her the prices were very high for used clothes and that they were comparable to "Walmart prices", she said "I know right". After ringing up my 2 items she told me my total for my 2 shirts was $17.29. After I paid, she handed me a receipt and said "thanks". She just stood there and looked off toward the back of the store. She didn't remove my clothes from the hanger or put them in a bag. She literally just left them on the counter after ringing them up. Once I realized she had no intention on putting my items in a bag, I removed the clothes from the hanger and placed them in a bag myself. My daughter and I just looked at each-other in confusion as we walked out of the store. I won't return to this store again, primarily because of the high prices for used items. I loved shopping here in the past when I was able to pay $1.75 - $3.00 for a shirt. I walked away feeling like I got a bargain in the past. Now I feel it's a complete rip off. Why would I continue to pay $7.99 for a used shirt I could get new from Walmart, Ross, or Marshals? To top it off, there is a large sign at the register that says, there are absolutely no refunds or returns, and all sales are final. This policy has also recently changed as well. The parking lot was pretty empty and there was only myself, my daughter and one other shopper in the store on my visit. Word of the high prices, and poor service at this store must've gotten around.

Was in the area attending a Rough Riders game and wanted to see what kind of thrift stores were in the area. This one was upscale compared to the one I normally shop at. The racks were packed with merchandise, and I had a great time shopping. The store was also incredibly clean. Even though I didn't find anything, I'll definitely come back again when and if I'm ever in the area.

They have been hiking up the prices a lot recently at Goodwill Frisco TX. I am going to other locations and avoiding this one.

I practically live here. It's my sanity. I've scored on dresses to hardware and everything in between.

Items where not up to a goodwill standard. Some items were very foiled or damaged. I expected better quality.

I understand that charities have space limitations, and that sometimes there are certain items they can't handle. That's why smart donors. Look at the website before they waste their time driving over to that charity to make a donation of gently use business or personal goods. I checked before I came to confirm that Goodwill would accept television, printer, business equipment, and other items that I plan to donate. You can understand then, why I was irritated when the worker arrived after I waited for five minutes for her to come told me while standing in front of the sign that says they take televisions they don't accept TVs. When I told her never mind, I would take my thing somewhere else, she told me she'd be happy to take the other things. Like most contributors, it's a concession to take the time to donate things. I'm not interested in driving all over town wasting gas in time to find which of the contributions listed on their website that Goodwill or another charity doesn't feel like accepting today. I bring good things and I spend good valuable time to deliver them to the location. If I'm gonna have this type of trouble, I'm gonna join the million of other Americans, so no longer contribute. I'll just simply set out the trash and somebody drives by and pick it up. If not, I'll let the garbage have it. I won't drive around, begging charity that asks for donations to accept them when I bring them. Not surprisingly, I won't be coming back, but I will be sharing this review with other people so that they can consider whether they want to waste their support on an organization that may or may not value their donations, time, and other contributions.

I have noticed a gradual improvement in the attitudes of employees, to each other and to customers. However, I went yesterday and while shopping saw row after row ofbins being brought out but covered with sheets or blankets, so not open for shopping. They then told all shoppers they were closing from 12-1 so pay for items and leave, or wait in front area til they reopen. Also, if you spend $50 at checkout you would be allowed back in at 12:30. Of course the roundup and exit of shoppers to pay meant a longggg line to checkout. It has always been curious to me that they don't seem to have fundamental retail expertise, nor do they seem to care about their customers at all, and this latest change really reinforces that. Their method of replacing bins is chaotic-the last time I was at the Austin Outlet they had an organized way of doing it, starting at one end and then moving down replacing each row. It was a while back, but seemed to work. Why in the world would you make shoppers leave when they are shopping at your store? i dunno, just felt disrespectful. I don't get there till 10ish, and typically spend more than 2 hours there, so its no longer a fun place for me to shop, so I won't go as often, if at all. Fortunately i live in between the Dallas and Ft Worth store, so I'll just try the Ft Worth store instead.
