Stay away from this place. A few months ago they couldn't find where my tire was leaking...took my mechanic five minutes to find it and fix. An emissions sensor light came on. They have "fixed" it twice. This time it cost $550 only to have the light come on again 3 days later. I asked for a refund and they refused. Wanted us to "make an appt" bring it in for a THIRD time. Had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, the care taken of my vehicle went above and beyond my exceptions. They offer a free 29 point inspection with everything the pull in. Well worth it in my opinion, they found a few issues with my car that I had not known about. Went ahead and had them fix those issues along with a few other items I wanted done for piece of mind. Worth every penny. Mike the Manager and Jorge the Service Manager are 2 of the best I have ever dealt with. read more

The worst experience I received. I dropped off my car to get service for an oil change and tire rotation to find out the services weren't done. When I picked up my car I notice the tires weren't rotated. I asked why and the manager said I didn't need it. I started to realize the oil wasn't done when the oil light kept lighting up. I decided to go back to the same place to find out why the light is on. One of the techs said it might be my brakes. I decided to go elsewhere to get it service and they showed my how dark the oil was. I will never ever go back nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Horrible service. read more

First time I took it in fir brake pad review. They said they were fine. I asked why the pedal was so low. They said all German cars are like that. That was incorrect! I proceeded to tell them to put 3 tires on. One tire was defective and they refused to honor the warranty. I then took my other car for tires and shock absorbers check. They came back with a $2800 estimate. Again it was filled with pure lies. Took both cars to the local shop in a gas station. They replaced the pads and that car felt new and safe again. They showed me the shocks and rest they did. Shocks were fine! Stay away from this place. The GM Peterson as well as Corp offices are only looking to rip you off old school style!!! read more

This place is now my favorite service center. The service people aren't out to milk you for cash and they genuinely care about your car. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated and the service was performed under an hour. The price was very reasonable. They also have a very clean facility of which was very comfortable to sit in. There is a flat screen and cable television in their lobby. also, if you dont want to wait in their waiting room, they are located around multiple stores/restaurants. 2 hours for an oil change and to put in a screw on the undercarriage. I had an APPOINTMENT in the middle of the day, not at all a busy time. No one else is here. Please don't give these people your business anymore. They're beyond slow and it's a waste of your life. And by the way..if you recommend an air filter, and it's not in stock. Took a tire over to this service center today. My tire had a broken valve stem. One of the guys that worked here took my tire to the back and less than 10 minutes later came back out with it fixed. Not only was it great that they had it fixed so fast, they didn't charge me. Normally this would cost about $20 or $30. When I need new tires in a couple of months, I will definitely be buying them from this Good Year! read more

Before discovering this place, I had been to another tire place because I had a leak in my tire. The other place made a mistake and I had to go back twice to get it "fixed." I was experiencing a shake when I applied the brakes on my 2012 F-150. The guys at Goodyear said my rotors were warped and that it would cost several hundred dollars for a brake job - including replacing the rotors. Then they saw I got the same ones done previously and said they would do the whole job for free because they were still under warranty. I had no idea they were under warranty unless they told me. Very honest and did a good job. Had other positive experiences at this location with my Audi and Acura. Would recommend as long as management does not change again. read more

Called ahead and these folks were kindly able to accommodate me with less than an hour's wait. Conveniently located next to a strip mall with a Starbucks in it, so waiting was relatively painless. Reasonably priced oil change, expectedly also tried to upsell me on a filter change. Overall, staff was courteous and the facilities were fine. I'm pretty frustrated. The guy was super nice and laid back on the phone. He told me he could help me with new tires and to come in that day. He didn't specify a time and said they were open until 6. I got there at 4:25 only to find out he could not help me. He said it was 'impossible' and that I got there too late. Bought tires here a month before so I thought I'd try them for an Oil change and alignment. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. 2 hours turned into 5 hours. When I looked closer at the bill I noticed a "shop supplies" fee of over $13.00. When I asked what shop supplies entailed, I was told, rags, welding equipment etc. and that ALL shops charge similar "fees". I have never been charged a similar "fee". And won't again, I won't be going back and would not recommend anyone else go to this shop. read more

I took my car for a 37,500 mile oil change, and was told by the Cherry Hill NJ Goodyear Auto Service Center that my car model, a Ford Fusion, was due for a transmission fluid exchange at 30,000 miles, so I had them do this at a $149.95 cost. When I returned home, I checked the car's scheduled maintenance guide, and the guide indicates that the transmission fluid does not need to be exchanged until 150,000 miles. It only needs to be replaced at 30,000 miles if the car is used to tow a trailer, a camper, or has a car top carrier. None of these special operating conditions are relevant to my car, and I was never asked if they were. Additionally, the car could have had one more quart of oil added to it during the oil change. The dipstick shows the level barely reaching the minimum requirement. What is most disappointing is that I have been a long time customer, but yet they felt it was fine to be deceitful in their recommendations. Should I have known better? Absolutely! Now that I know, though, I can't go back because the trust is gone. Long story, short, Caveat Emptor at this Goodyear location. read more

I originally went here because they were AAA Approved, but they no longer are (not sure why). The facility is clean, has plenty of bays and parking, and they are open on the weekends. If they don't have the tires you're looking for, you can order them from TireRack.com and have them shipped here for installation (they won't install anything from TireRack except tires). They also take competitors' coupons. I had one particular issue that took them a few hours to fix because they got the wrong parts (from the dealer), but in the end they fixed it. I'm not sure if I would take my brand new car here (I'm just anal about that), but I definitely would not hesitate to take an older car here. read more

Terrible service. Wouldn't change the oil in my van because of its height. Claimed it wouldn't fit on the left. They could've easily rolled underneath it and just drained in the parking lot but refused to do so. Nate, the service manager lied right to my face. Confirmed by George Brodsky store manager. I called last Sunday around 2pm for my Infinity QX56 tire loosing air. The sensor reads on the dash the actual tire pressure. Nate said: bring it in. It should take half hour and as long as it's not the sidewalk, there is no charge. An hour later I get a call that it's the tire sensor in the tire and was $100. They have it in stock and can install today. I call back at 530, knowing they close at 6, Nate tells me the guy working on my truck left and he didn't know how to program the sensor. He would try to resolve and I could come in at 6. I arrive and he informs me that due to the problems, they weren't going to charge me. I gave the tech a $20 tip and left for a dinner engagement. The sensor didn't work. Surprise surprise. I brought it back and Nate had a different sensor installed and told me it was all good. Picked it up and still doesn't work. Called back Tuesday 3x and Nate tells me he needs to pickup a sensor from infinity and would call. No word from Nate. I call in Friday and hear it should be there tomorrow, with a story about his friend works at Infinity would come in and help them program the new sensor. Well you can guess, I bring it in third time and Nate tells me: You need to drive it 25 miles an hour for 10 minutes and it will be fine. Well, same result. I call Nate back and he never calls me back. I call to talk to Store Manager GEORGE, who knows my car, and tells me that they Necer ordered an Infinity part. They do not have the equipment to install the OEM Infinity part. He told me he specifically told Nate that it wouldn't Work. Nate lied to me and the store manager knows. His answer is SORRY! I took my 93 Ford F-150 Pick-up into the Cherry Hill NJ location on Saturday 11/3/18 for a gas leak. I was given a price for repairs on Monday 11/5/18, which I declined. I picked up the truck at on Monday and I had no brakes at all on the truck. The brakes were not an issue when I dropped the truck off. The manager did inform me on Monday, along with the gas leak fix; that the break lines were "dry-rotted". I told him I wasn't concerned with the brakes, they worked fine I just wanted the gas leak issue dealt with 1st. I believe the lines were pulled/disconnected and never refilled/bled. It was an extremely dangerous situation to put a customer in to allow a truck to leave without any brakes. Also I refuse to believe the break fluids all leaked out in the 36 hours the shop had the truck. The brakes had absolutely no issues, NOTHING before I dropped off the truck.Upon talking to the Cherry Hill manager and a customer service rep on the phone its clear you'll do nothing ... I just had a bad experience with this Goodyear store. I dropped in on the weekend to discuss replacing the four tires on my car. The salesman gave me a price and I booked an appointment for Wednesday morning at 7:30 am to have the work done. I emphasized that I needed to get my car to go to work by 10, and he said it would take an hour and a half. We specifically scheduled the first opening of the day to make sure there was no wait. I showed up at the store today, and the person at the counter started writing up the order. He informed me that they had three of the four tires in stock. I questioned this, knowing that on the weekend, they had all four tires and I was told we were good to go. He tried to get me to leave the car with the idea that the delivery truck would be there this morning and would probably have the tire. He said the truck gets in at 9. Obviously, I did not leave my car and will have to take care of this later. Annoying to get up early in the morning for nothing. read more

Have been here three times, once for a hole in my tire and twice for an oil change. For tires, they're great - very reasonable and fast, and I can usually just wait at Starbucks while they do the work. Last time I came for an oil change, they called me and said they had found a leak in my radiator. Had just had the car serviced a month prior by a top auto shop and no leak so didn't love the upsell. Would trust them for the little stuff, save your big repairs for somewhere else. read more

I just bought 4 tired from them and they honored the internet price. They tacked on extra charges of tire disposal, some parts, and $85 for wheel alignment. This last charge was very deceptive as they advertized that you get a "free alignment check" with the installation of the tires. I highly suspect that everyone fails this "inspection" and gets an alignment which they do not disclose the price ahead of time. The bottom line is every time you get new tires ask about t any potential extra charges. read more

Matt is THE MAN. He knows his stuff & I don't leave with other things wrong with my car OR told to fix/replace a bunch of additional things I don't need. I was even able to come in one time cause I heard something which sounded like my breaks rubbing wrong & he said it was some break dust that needed to be cleaned up from my last trip. Cleaned it up & sent me on my way. Most other places would've found "something". I appreciate their honesty & great work ethics! They get the job finished and it's done right the 1st time with quality parts. This place a gem however make an appointment cause they have full schedules & everyone tries to do the "go in super early" to be the 1st ones to get in & out. I think that method is long gone no matter where you go. read more

I took my vehicle in to have my air conditioner fixed. I was told after the had my vehicle for three hours that it would be A thousand dollars to fix it. I said ok let's fix it it's getting hot. They gave me back my car after I paid for it and I drove away and the switch did not work and the air did not blow out of my vents. I took it back to the store and told them what was wrong and they didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was a prior customer and told me it would be another $300.00 to fix it ones this and this. I said I just paid a thousand dollars to have you fix it. They said well we replaced your compressor and something else and a hose but you need this and this to fix it. I told them you should of told me this the first time you fixed it and charged me a thousand dollars to fix and now you expect me to pay three hundred dollars more to get it working properly. I said no way and the told me it would be 137.00 more to for installing a 5$ switch or they would take it out. So I paid the extra 137.00 just to get my vehicle back hoping it would be fixed and it still wasn't blowing out of the vents. To top it off I called Goodyear corporate and talked to some Guy who sounded like he was working from home and assured me he was on my side and would get back to me the next day and I never heard from him. This place is horrible and you should never take your vehicle there unless you want to get scammed. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. Go somewhere else!!!! read more
