I would not trust Goodyear for anything. Not this specific location but, if they allow it at one they allow it at others. So much for Goodyear's good reputation. Our local service center screwed up. They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up). read more

Goodyear So, today I woke up to an almost flat tire. After church went to Walmart, where I bought them. Come to find out ALL 4 Tires were completely worn out on the inside. About a month ago I came here for a rebalance & rotation, why didn't they tell me my tires were doing that!? I'd have them aligned. So, I suspect they did something to my alignment, come on! ALL 4 tires, one was worn to the steel belt. I will never go here again or get Goodyear tires ever again!! read more

Five stars is not enough for this place. Was traveling out of state and had issues with my vehicle. They took care of diagnosing my vehicle even though they were busy. Found it was OK to continue my trip. They have fantastic customer service. Dealer (Nissan) told me he could check my car out in 4 weeks! I may consider different brand next time. read more

A headlight burnt out, so we went to the store and bought a new one, intending to replace it ourselves. As it turns out, there was a single bolt that had to be removed to access the light case, and since we didn't have the appropriate ratchet size to do it, we thought we'd bring it in. Big mistake. To Goodyear's credit, they were able to get us in with a few hours notice (although we all knew this task would only take a few minutes). When we arrived, they promptly took the car back, and I actually watched through the window as they replaced the bulb. There was one gentleman doing the unscrewing and another one standing by holding the bulb at the ready. It took 7 minutes, including bringing the car in and out of the garage ( I only noted the time because I was laughing to myself about how silly it was that we didn't do this on our own). We finished the experience with a bill for $42. Since we were checking out with a different guy, we thought maybe he didn't realize how short the job was or that we'd brought our own bulb. Nope. He told us that any headlight change was always charged for 24 minutes (.4 hours x $99/hr), regardless of how long it actually takes, excluding parts. He explained the "flat rate policy" (and pretty condescendingly, I might add--"No, I need to explain this to you or else you won't understand") and said that this is their standard because if something goes wrong or takes longer than usual, they need to be able to account for that time. He also pointed out that two skilled technicians were required for this job (?) and made a comment about us not being able to do it ourselves. Our expectation was that this might cost around $10 (you know, like 7 minutes x $99/hr). Perhaps this billing structure is the company wide standard, but I find it completely unacceptable. At any other job that is paid an hourly rate, the pay is based on how many hours are worked, not how many hours the work might have taken. I have taken my Kia Soul there for a few years, for tires, oil changes, and a brake repair. They are a great crew of guys, always accommodating, pleasant and professional. Yes, it seems a bit pricey, but comparable to other places, and I know I can trust them. read more

Purchased 4 Goodyear tires with road hazard from another Goodyear store in October 2018. Was in the Corning area and had a severe puncture. Changed the tire with spare and took the flat to the Goodyear store for repair. The tire was destroyed and needed to be replaced. The Corning store would NOT honor the other Goodyear store warranty. Had to pay for the tire out of pocket. Maybe Walmart would be a better choice. Asked for the store manager to call me when he returned from days off....he never called. Think twice before dealing with Goodyear stores. Even Sears may be a better choice. read more

I am from out of state, and stopped in at 5:30 PM with very low pressure in one tire. They rose to the occasion, looked at the tire and found nothing after adding air. I asked if they could take the tire off and check it, and they did so. A small nail was found. Ryan had his team remove the nail, plug the tire, and had me set in 20 minutes I expected to be charged quite a bit - not being a regular customer. They patched the tire for FREE. I offered to pay, and they said no. I was extremely impressed with prompt service. Unbeatable. Great Team. Great work. read more
