My husband decided he'd drive out to this location because they were offering a special for an oil change. Didn't turn out to be a deal because they had to add 1.5 Qts more. So much for the special deal! However, the real problem was asking them to rotate our tires. On the way home after the first attempt to balance the tires, the car shimmied like it was going to take off! So, we had to make an appointment to bring it back. Had a 9:00am appointment for three days later and they balanced the tires and we drove off at 10am. But wait!! The car still shimmied!!! What did they do? So we drove back and waited an extra 2.5 hours to have them put the tires back where they were and rebalance! Oh BTW, we'd asked them to check for any leaks when we first arrived. A light was coming on and we were told "no leaks," probably just the cold weather. Ok. But then on our second visit to them that same day, my husband was shown where one of the tires was splitting due to age. WHT DIDN'T THEY FIND THAT when we asked about leaks? While the front desk guy is pleasant and accommodating, I'm not sure about the guys doing the actual work. We spent three and a half hours waiting for the guys to do a job they seem to be doing all day long. Won't go back - that's for sure! read more

I am giving three stars for the promptness and general care taken to fix a flat. I don't want one employee's rudeness reflect on the entire establishment, however, it's mind boggling the owner would allow complete disrespect and permit his business to be compromised. I noticed this man behind the counter being borderline harassing to every person that walked in. This location services a large elderly cliente, and I was ready to knock his block off the way he spoke to nice, polite people like sweet grandparents! I expressed my disgust to him and another man behind the counter had to apologize for him...that's how irresponsible he was of his own ill behavior. If you must bring your car in, just avoid the rude man at all costs. Don't have his name but you don't need it. You will recognize his rudeness the minute he opens his mouth. read more

These guys impressed me from the time I walked in, to the time I left! And I am not easily impressed! It's Sunday, the day before a holiday. MLK day. Most everyone else was closed both today and tomorrow. I've got a Honda CRV that was leaking oil. Time was of the essence. I spent an hour disappointingly reviewing the top three Honda dealers along with several other repair shops, trying to decide where I would eventually end up taking my car. Even the reviews I saw on Firestone weren't overwhelmingly good, but at least they were OPEN. I wasn't expecting much, and was prepared to be dissapointed. I called and they told me they could look at my car in 1/2 an hour. From the time I arrived, to the time I left, I was impressed. I watched and listened to them wait on 6 other customers after me. I didn't hear any BS or unnecessary sales pitches, just good, honest, and solid advice. Everybody I saw got treated like family. My hats off to this establishment. I could not have asked for a better experience. And by the way, the oil leak was due to the Honda dealership not correctly installing my oil filter. Dealers really are the worst!!! THANK YOU!!! I order tires and make an appointment online, including prepaying for them. I get up early and show up on time and they have no idea where my tires are or who I am. Wasted a Saturday morning. Ended up going across the street to Firestone who had them in stock. Goodyear has gone so far downhill in service. read more

Most recently on Christmas Eve. They were closing at 4:00 p.m. and he fit me in before closing! I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. read more

Made an appointment for an oil change online and received an email with the price. Went in for the service and the final bill was 10 bucks more than what the email said and this was after a supposed disabled veteran discount. When questioned about it Jim raised his voice and got yelled at in exchange. When I reported him to corporate he claimed to the person of color at corporate that I was hurling racial slurs at him. He is white, as am I... only he is a liar. Been a customer forever but since I also witnessed him charge another disabled man with an oxygen tank $280 bucks for a battery that was $70 at a competitor and installed free, I won't be returning. I had my car towed in the day after Christmas because it wouldn't start. Jumper cables wouldn't work and the battery was still good. I was told by AAA that I needed a starter. AAA wanted to tow me to one of the shops they recommend. I said no, I've been using this Goodyear for 10 years, and have always been satisfied with their work. Richy was the Service Manager and Danny worked on my car. The battery terminals were corroded. They could have sold me a new starter but they just cleaned the battery and put on a new terminal end. If they had said I needed a new starter I wouldn't have known the difference. They stand behind their work and have always given me excellent service. I have always found them to be honest, fair, and trustworthy. Thanks guys! read more

I've been a customer of Goodyear for many years. I always purchase road hazard. Had a slow leak in tire needed fixing had to drive 35 minutes to a corporate store, the manager Jim was very short with me for whatever reason. Did seem very concerned with Covid and I get it but directing me around and shouting at me was unnecessary. It's been 2 hours for a simple leak in tire. I won't be back even if I have to find a local tire company where I live. Mainly because of Jim he's just plain rude. I hope Goodyear knows how he represents the brand. read more

My tire pressure light came on and I pulled into this location to get it checked out. As I pulled up a fellow cam right over and checked the air pressure on all 4 tires and the light went off. He said keep an eye on it and see if the light comes on again. There was no charge. Ten days later the light came on, I went back, and the mechanic, Paul, found a nail in the tire. He told me there would be NO CHARGE to fix the tire with a patch, and they could do it right now. Once it was up on the lift he found two more small nails in a rear tire. He was able to gently remove them because they were not deep and checked again to make sure there was no air leakage, there, too! I was in and out within 20 minutes! If I have any further problems, I will definitely consider taking my car to this location. Customer service is alive & well at Goodyear! read more

I called several tire stores thinking I might need a new rim since mine was a little bent and it had been slowly losing air. Paul was the only one I spoke to that said bring it in and there is no charge for checking or fixing tires! Low and behold there was a nail which he was able to fix! Saved me a ton of money! I have been bringing my cars here for years. I brought my 2005 Mercedes c280 in because it was making a loud noise. The new service manager came out to look at my car. He asked me to start the car, which I did. The car started, and the serpentine belt broke immediately afterwards. The manager looked at me and told me that he won't work on this car. He told me he didn't have the tools or the qualified mechanics to work on it. (Even though they have worked on this car several times in the past). I let him know that this car has been here several times in the past, and for him to look it up in the computer. The manager then told me that he did not care, and told me to take the car somewhere else and walked away. I am now sitting in my car, waiting for a tow truck to arrive. For what it's worth, I'm taking my car to the Goodyear service center at 4358 state road 7. The manager there was appalled at my treatment here, and is towing the car for free. I will never bring my cars here again, and I have been using this establishment for the last 15 years! read more

I have been taking my car to this location for the past three years and even when there are issues, I've never had a problem until this last time. The only reason I didn't give one star is bc some staff members are actually customer oriented. The service manager Sherri is great, Cory is very helpful and so is Richy, but watch out for Mike. I had new tires, alignment and an oil change done. I get my car back and notice the gear shift is broken and my seat is set all the way back. I went to see Cory and he was very helpful and explained a mechanic would check it out in the morning, he even called his boss who said that they would pay for a rental car while they fixed the issue. Next morning I get a call "there's no way we broke your car" he even said that I must have done it while in the parking lot when I picked it up. I took it to another mechanic who said not only is it possible they broke my car, it's highly likely. Thanks a lot for the customer appreciation, I wish I could take my service back and not give you a dime. read more
