I was actually getting an oil change at the Valvoline location next-door, and wanted to get my tires rotated. I have a 2021 Ford bronco, and unfortunately, Valvoline lifts couldn't accommodate a truck of my size. But I noticed the goodyear next-door seem to have some open slots in their bays so I walked over to ask if they could potentially accommodate my request. I had a nail in the front right tire and knew that I needed to rotate the spare on until I got the nail removed and the tire fixed. Not only did they rotate the tires for me, but they checked out the tire with the nail in it, and informed me that that Tire was not going to be repairable. So the salesman also pulled an estimate up on how much the tire would cost for me to order, as tires for Ford Broncos are not usually stocked by most tire shops. After giving me the estimate, and taking care of my rotation, they sent me on my way, without any charge. Definitely appreciate the level of service and the value!

I plugged in the year, make and model of my car and it popped up with several different tire options for my car. I picked one of the options, snagged a warranty, a wheel alignment then checked out all within 10 minutes . The website was very easy to use and check out was simple . (Big O and Discount Tire take note !). I used Apple Pay so I didn't even have to give my credit card info . It was a no nonsense transaction and I got a screaming deal compared to those other places. An hour later I was at Goodyear getting new tires installed on my car while I was sitting in their waiting area talking to a guy that travels the country with a chicken named Gladys Kravitz . It was awesome. Goodyear has great pricing on their tires and they're warrantied for 80k miles. The other tire shops were 1/4 that mileage and the pricing was outrageous. I'm stoked !

I've updated my rating for Express Oil as a general company, I can't vouch for the Warner location specifically. I took my vehicle in for ridiculously expensive alignment on my 1999 Expedition, $200, mainly to just get the steering wheel alignment straight after I replaced the pitman arm. The entire steering system has been upgraded with new parts, not modified in any way. Got the car back with steering now off center in other direction and marks all over my wheels and no warranty because they said the steering is modified, complete fiction. Then they wanted spray brake cleaner to remove the marks on the wheels, which anyone with even basic automotive knowledge knows will ruin the finish. Also, they tried to convince me that the steering play is a Ford thing, a mind numbingly stupid inference, they clearly think I don't know anything about cars. Please stay away from Express Oil on Warner and Kyrene, they don't have qualified technicians other than maybe for oil changes, even then I'd be hesitant, based on my conversation with the person in charge. Now I have to take my truck to a real garage to have the alignment fix and pay all over again.

They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it--even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. Alignment software is down. June 19th- I scheduled an appointment online, for 1pm. I walk in to drop the car off and I'm told that there aren't enough techs to complete the job on the 19th, and he for sure knew they could have enough on 6/25 If I rescheduled. june 25th- I arrived for the appointment scheduled a week ago, and I'm told that it has a 50/50 chance of getting done today, and that it will probably have to stay over night. I walked out with my parts and my keys. It shouldn't take 5 visits to handle an alignment.

RUN from Greulich's Automotive Repair!…read more I went in to have my A/C looked at and while the front desk girl and the two guys working were very friendly, the service itself was FAR from honest. After their inspection, they handed me a piece of paper with an $1,100 quote to fix my A/C, claiming two parts needed to be replaced. Something felt off, so I left to get a second opinion -- and THANK GOODNESS I did. Turns out both parts Greulich's wanted to replace are totally fine. The real issue? My air filter was filthy. That's it. I replaced it elsewhere for under $30, and my A/C works perfectly now. Greulich's didn't even offer to replace the filter -- they just tried to push a thousand-dollar repair on me and let me drive away. Mechanics like this should NOT be in business. I will never go back, and I'll be leaving reviews everywhere I can to help others avoid getting ripped off the way I almost was.
