He made me feel very comfortable coming down. I couldn't make it down that day as i didn't want to come in before closing time. I came in later that week and was greeted by a gentleman who wasn't Dave and I explained my situation and said that I was told it would be $41. The gentleman then told me that for my car it wouldn't be that price,its a base model mini cooper so that is understandable i suppose. He then told me that he didn't think they could work on my car and they would need to check if they could. That was a red flag right there that my car probably wouldn't be in good hands. He explained that where the oil filter is tough to get too in which i asked if I should go across the way to Import Autohaus and he said yes probably. I wasn't going to write a review but as I pulled away I could hear the guy tell the others, "he wanted an oil change for 41$." Bays echo you know.. The funny thing is that it wasn't about price..I came there to give you money! I was never even offered an alternate price. I called the Jiffy Lube across the street from my business and was told they had no problem doing it on my particular car. I have 4 cars but since I was given an oil change kit i figured i would give you guys a try. Clearly I wasn't considered a valuable customer but i wasn't even given a chance. Guess what I learned that day.. I tried but unfortunately am not important enough to be considered a customer.

They were very friendly and made sure to get all the details of my vehicle to ensure they would have the necessary parts and oil. Upon arrival there was only 1 parking spot available, luckily I drive a small car and could fit into the space. Unsure where I would've gone if that wasn't the case. They took my vehicle back right away and checked me in. I sat in the lounge area. They have a fridge with complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, a couch and couple of chairs and a tv. There was a smaller more private space that was next to this area with a rocking chair and space for kids to play. Nothing fancy but the Wi-Fi worked great for my VPN. They also have pictures and info about each of the employees. This is a nice touch and helped me know who was helping me. I received a text when they completed service and it gave me a link. At the link was a picture of my car and then the report of everything. I mean everything. For the tires it gave me each tires pressure along with a picture of each tire's tread. Picture of the engine. Picture of the fluids and how it compares to what it should look like. A full report with visual confirmation of everything. Very much appreciated. At checkout they explained everything they did and saw. Also explained their comprehensive rewards program that I enrolled in. Fair pricing. Overall I felt respected and that they were fair. Brakes were fine, just dust build up, so no charge and appreciated. However, I was charged $531.95 for the alternator part alone (GM part #20911162), before labor/tax/fees. The same exact part number is available from Amazon ($199.70), GMPartsGiant ($268.81), and GMPartsClub ($318.59) -- all about half off what I paid, even accounting for normal shop markup over retail. Labor ($192) was fair. I wasn't shown itemized part pricing before authorizing the repair. Ask for the exact part number and price breakdown before agreeing to a repair here, or get a second quote. If you don't, expect to pay completely avoidable and unneccesary markups.
