TLDR: I really liked the people and the service. I recommend! To start, I was able to make an appointment within a week of calling. They were very friendly and made sure to get all the details of my vehicle to ensure they would have the necessary parts and oil. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and work while I waited and was told yes. I arrived a tad earlier than my appointment (like 15 minutes). Upon arrival there was only 1 parking spot available, luckily I drive a small car and could fit into the space. Unsure where I would've gone if that wasn't the case. They took my vehicle back right away and checked me in. I sat in the lounge area. They have a fridge with complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, a couch and couple of chairs and a tv. There was a smaller more private space that was next to this area with a rocking chair and space for kids to play. Nothing fancy but the Wi-Fi worked great for my VPN. They also have pictures and info about each of the employees. This is a nice touch and helped me know who was helping me. I received a text when they completed service and it gave me a link. At the link was a picture of my car and then the report of everything. I mean everything. For the tires it gave me each tires pressure along with a picture of each tire's tread. Picture of the engine. Picture of the fluids and how it compares to what it should look like. A full report with visual confirmation of everything. Very much appreciated. At checkout they explained everything they did and saw. Also explained their comprehensive rewards program that I enrolled in. Fair pricing. Overall I felt respected and that they were fair. Really against my better judgement my two daughters went to Titan even after last time and I took my car there for something simple and got this crazy estimate, was told I would get a credit for a diagnostic which never did, charged one $541 to replace a fuse, now my youngest ask for an oil change and 4 tire rotation which again found close to $6000.00 ? Really replace one tire stud 325.00 come and then the front desk rude to her, typical talking down to her because she is 19 years old, they wanted to replace battery($317.00) didn't know taking terminal cables involved so much labor, replace tie rods,spark plugs and tune up $425,00 really??? Not sure when they changed but every time I have taken a car there it gets worse... Don't know but trying to soak customers for thousands every time is not good business, used to be good and I have 4 cars and spent thousands over the last 15 years but I think now the girls learned the lesson as well. Took my classic car here for some routine stuff. They ended up talking me into a bunch of repairs that I did not intend to make. A few days into having my car they call me to let me know that they damaged the fenders and tried to blame it on the car, pretty sure they put it on the lift and dropped it to loosen bolts up. A trick alot of auto repair shops do without the customer knowing it. Then they blamed it on the paint job...amazing how nothing was there fault, I took my car to them with no damage and left with damage they caused and I was stuck dealing with it. The owner told me to take him to court if I wanted them to pay for it. I wouldn't bring your car to this place unless you want to overpay and risk damage that they won't take responsibility for. read more

It is nice to see Titan open here in the West Chesterfield/Moseley area. Very convenient to anyone in Brandermill, Woodlake, FoxCreek, Foxcroft, Summer Lake, and Magnolia Green. Clean and professional shop! Free wifi, cable TV, and an Xbox 360 for the kids (or the kid in you). I had an oil change and state inspection done on my 2007 Ford Expedition. At the end of the service, the shop owner asked me back into the work area and explained what they did. He also asked me about the service history on my vehicle since I had not been here before, and he made some recommendations for future service. There was zero pressure for me to do anything, just helpful recommendations of things to consider and to check for in my past service history. They also gave me a complimentary Aquapel glass treatment, which is supposed to work like Rain-X. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works! I brought in my 2018 VW golf for an oil change and tire rotation and used a coupon that I won via a raffle. I was surprised when I was told they didn't have the oil in stock for my car and they had to go out and order it. Then, while looking at the coupon, I overheard one of the men say under his breath to check if the coupon was valid which really made me feel uncomfortable- like I was stealing or trying to pull a fast one. All I know is if they are issuing coupons they should make them more than xerox looking copies with a signature. Based on the simplistic look of it, I had a feeling they were going to have issues with it and they did. The coupon said oil change and tire rotation but in the end, I paid more than I would have paid for the same service elsewhere. I am not complaining about the service, but they are the most expensive oil change I have had by a long shot - even with the discount coupon!Also they rotated the tires but 2 were low on air as soon as we left. Again, I'm sure they rotated the tire but I think they should have done an air pressure check? Perhaps? In all they do what they say but imo they are very very expensive. read more

I do not like taking my commercial vehicle to the shop, but this was a pleasant experience. Very convenient location, and friendly staff. They were quick to diagnose the problem and have it repaired. Happy to of found this place. The other shop I have been using will promise the vehicle back by afternoon, and end up keeping it for two or three days. The only thing I didn't like was that they left my vehicle doors unlocked, but didn't see that as worthy of a reduction in rating. read more

I recently had a state inspection and an oil change performed. I had an appointment set for 10:00 AM, and the work completed until after 11:40 AM. During the inspection, they claimed that a headlight bulb was out, that was working earlier that morning. They told me that it would need to be replaced to pass inspection, but they did not tell me the cost at that time. I was charged $24 for the bulb and $48 for the labor to install the bulb. So, $72 for a single headlight bulb. I feel like this is outrageous, and when I explained that to the company, they said they take all complaints seriously, and they deeply care about how their customers feel about their service. Recently had tires done here. The people are super friendly, service was good, the prices were reasonable. What is best is that they actually use technology. Exchanged several emails and also received the bill via email. Such a nice change to get quotes via email in a timely matter. This place is in walking distance of my house. I have been using Firestone but their prices are inflated. I hope this place turns out to be as good as my first impression, we will be using them for all vehicle work from this point on. Update: I can't remember if it was like this in the beginning, but the hours are now incompatible with me. They close at noon on Saturday and are closed Sunday. So we can no longer drop off a vehicle on a Saturday morning, go out, and then pick it up later in the day. I missed that they closed at noon the first time and ended up with no vehicle until Monday after work. Unfortunately, it means we now go elsewhere. read more

I bought tires elsewhere a couple years ago for my Kia Soul , it cost me over $900 just for the tires! I just had four bf Goodrich tires put on, with road warranty, oil changed, and inspection done... All for $750!! They have several loaner cars that are available to drive, and if you decide to hang while your ride is serviced, you'll see that their customer lounge is well equiped, with complimentary coffee/tea and water, a laptop work center with wifi, (from where I am typing this review), an xbox gaming section complete with flat screen TV & been bags, and a super plush waiting room with cable TV.
