I am giving an extra star because the gentleman i had been speaking with on the phone named Dave was EXTREMELY helpful. I purchased a car and it came with oil and an oil filter and i called and spoke with Dave and asked if i could bring it and have the oil changed in my car and he said absolutely. He made me feel very comfortable coming down. I couldn't make it down that day as i didn't want to come in before closing time. I came in later that week and was greeted by a gentleman who wasn't Dave and I explained my situation and said that I was told it would be $41. The gentleman then told me that for my car it wouldn't be that price,its a base model mini cooper so that is understandable i suppose. He then told me that he didn't think they could work on my car and they would need to check if they could. That was a red flag right there that my car probably wouldn't be in good hands. He explained that where the oil filter is tough to get too in which i asked if I should go across the way to Import Autohaus and he said yes probably. I wasn't going to write a review but as I pulled away I could hear the guy tell the others, "he wanted an oil change for 41$." Bays echo you know.. The funny thing is that it wasn't about price..I came there to give you money! I was never even offered an alternate price. I called the Jiffy Lube across the street from my business and was told they had no problem doing it on my particular car. I have 4 cars but since I was given an oil change kit i figured i would give you guys a try. Clearly I wasn't considered a valuable customer but i wasn't even given a chance. $125 oil change for no reason other than its Thanksgiving week! These people charge unreasonable prices compared to other Jiffy Lubes. Will claim your other one does this or that differently. A synthetic oil change shouldn't cost $125 with no other service! Do not go here, you will get screwed! read more

Great customer service but the prices are too high for what it is and they sit by day by day and don't do a dam thing about that horrible swimming pool sized pot hole right in front of their business. The sit and watch and pick their noses while customers slam their oil pans and knock the living crap out of their vehicles and don't do a thing. Jiffy Lube if you say it isn't your "purview" make it so and look out for your many customers. Call the people you pay your rent to and tell them to fix their freakin lot before somebody gets sued or hurt. read more

I came in a few days ago and the manager was working and was super polite and helpful and put some air in my tire and took a look to see why I was losing air he didn't see a problem but he was more than happy to fill it up I came back in today literally 3 days later and some other people are working and Jesus Christ you'd think I was seriously inconveniencing them with this like it's not their job shaking their heads and whining about it seriously dissatisfied with my experience. read more

I had to get my mother's car serviced. Only in town for short time so I couldn't be selective. This Jiffy Lube cost much more than my home Jiffy Lube. Also they didn't have the air filter I needed in stock. Had filter delivered , took a little longer to deliver than promised . Service was ok. read more

New management and the people seem stiff and bossy. Been coming here for 10+ years having my company car serviced...no one knows who I am, how often I visit. They are usually fast and efficient, which is why I started coming here...but starting to wonder if I should start looking somewhere else...anyone else having this concern? read more

This is my 2nd time at Jiffy Lube! The employees are awesome. Kevin was super friendly when he greeted me at my car. He showed me the break area, the coffee and the wifi password if I needed it. Watching the other employees, everyone seemed so friendly. It's great to see happy employees working. I'm leaving knowing my car was serviced properly by a great company that really seems to care about their customers. Thank you Jiffy Lube! Look forward to coming back soon. read more

I can guarantee they will tell you your air filter is dirty and you should have it replaced immediately- even if you had to replace last time you were there! I went to have my oil changed in the afternoon a few days after Christmas, I realize they might be slightly busier because people are still off work, however the wait Time they told me and my actual wait time we're very different. I was told about a half hour start to finish, and I was in there almost an hour. If you have a coupon, I would not suggest letting them know ahead of time, their attitude seems to change when they realize they're not going to make as much money. I have been going to this service center for a few years now and I feel the service is declining. They used to be faster, more efficient, and friendlier. Fair and honest. I brought my Jeep in for an air conditioning check and the guy tested it and said it was just a lose button on my dash. He didn't charge me for anything even though I know they hooked it up to the coolant gauges. Just said to remember him next time we needed something done, which I will. read more

Stopped going here years ago and would rather let my engine seize up than coming here. I clean and change my own engine and cabin air filters thank you very much they aren't dirty and don't need replacement to keep your greasy paws off them. The tipping point was the BOMB my old car was a standard 5 shift. Guy who drive my car into the bay came in to the waiting area half way thru my oil change and said Ma'am your low and need automatic transmission fluid. Red flags red flags red flags. I told him didn't you drive my car in. He said yes. I said Don't you realize it's a standard NOT AUTOMATIC??? He stormed out I stood up watched them finish the oil change and never came back. Beware ladies they will try to oversell unnecessary services come up in needed repairs they to soak you for $$$ if management reads this just because we are women and have boobs doesn't mean we are stupid and can be taken advantage of! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The man who works the front desk, jimmy, is rude. If your company offers coupons don't get nasty because your patrons want to use them. we requested an oil change and a tire rotation, after we sat there and realized this was too quick and asked if they had completed the tire rotation. Jimmy gave us a shocked attitude and said we never asked despite us telling the tech that. I'm so disgusted with the attitude. Also laughed when we stated we can change our own lightbulb. the arrogance and horrible customer service are just astonishing. we will never ever come back here. I'd sooner take my car to Walmart than here. read more
