I was totally ripped off and to add insult to injury, they tried to sell me new wipers [there was nothing wrong with the current ones] and worse told me that I needed a new battery. My battery was only six weeks old. I went back to my mechanic and wasted his time because the battery was totally fine. I have been a customer for at least 15 years but no more. read more

I had to have my car towed there to have a blown tire replaced. Today's cars often do not come with a spare. They were great. I like honesty and integrity and as such, they get a 5 star review. The staff was great, and as I said, the honesty was most important to me. In the end, I had to order my tire from Tire Rack since they didn't have my tire in stock and it would take too long to get. The tire was a challenge to get off the rim. In my 75 years, I have never seen a tire create such an issue but it did. Mounting the tire was almost as difficult. When it came time to pay they wanted $43. I refused to pay $43 and demanded that they charge me at least $100. Given the difficulty even $100 was probably unfair. They never had anyone ask to pay more, but to pay less was patently unfair. I hate when things are unfair in either direction. For this, they deserve 5-stars, and I rarely give a 5-star review to anyone. read more

I needed two new front tires because mine were getting bald. I went on the website and took ordered two. It allowed me to make an appointment just an hour later at 4pm on a Friday. I arrived on time and since I was already in the system they brought my car in immediately and started working. Fast turnaround and they didn't try to sell me any other products or services. The mechanic and front desk attendant were both friendly and helpful. They have a nice lounge that I found to be clean, cool and comfortable. Deserving of 5 Stars especially since late in the day on Good Friday and they were still giving 100% effort. read more

Overall, I had a good experience in terms of customer service -- the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I'm giving 3 stars because of a frustrating issue that impacted my purchase decision. I originally came in planning to go with the Discount tier, but ended up choosing the Kingdom tier after the front desk rep convinced me there was a $180 Goodyear rebate available. That rebate was a big part of why I agreed to the higher tier. Unfortunately, after the purchase, I found out that the rebate does not apply -- which felt misleading and left me paying significantly more than I would have otherwise. I wish I had been given accurate information upfront so I could've made the best choice for my budget. If you visit, double-check any rebate or promo details before committing. Still, the service itself was good -- just disappointed in how this part was handled. read more

I would like to start by saying, the gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. I did not catch his name but he was working the morning of July 28, 2024. A young man with long braids down his back. Very kind and helpful. That's where the compliments end. I went in at 10:30 am to have my tire patched. I was told there was one customer ahead of me. I left tire kingdom at 12:45 pm. It took over two hours to patch a tire. This is WILD. I have had this done many times in the past and it's never taken more than 5 minutes. Of course, because this is a corporate tire place, they did an entire inspection (that I did not need, want, or request). They tried to sell me new filters, as these places do. I was in a pinch today, but I would never go to a tire kingdom again after today. I normally go to Value Tire and Alignment off Funston street but they were closed today. I cannot recommend them enough. They are quick, honest, and do not try to sell you things you don't need. read more

Came here for a new set of rear tires for my E46 M3. I brought the tires with my myself, all they needed to do was remove the old, mount the new. This job took extremely long and when the young employee reversed my car out of the garage to park on side of curb for me to pickup -- he hit the curb with my rims and scratched the living hell out of them. Manager and employees did not want to take accountability. These guys are inexperienced and corrupt. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have been coming to this Tire Kingdom for ten years and always had a great experience up until now. They were always straight forward on pricing. In the past I would go to the website, choose my services, book an appointment and when I checked out it was always the price from the website. This week I got hosed, and I don't mean the difference of the various taxes and fees, that's fine, I mean the rep literally told me that they no longer honor the prices THAT ARE ON THE WEBSITE TODAY! I pulled up the page showing $83 for an oil change and they still charged me $132 for it. And I had booked my appointment through the website showing $83. How ridiculous is that. My poor 15 year old 4Runner is running on it's last legs. I didn't want to spend any money on this car until I absolutely have to because I know I will be getting rid of it soon. But when the breaks of the car starting to fail, it's becoming a safety hazard. Since my plan is to get a new car by the end of the year, it seems like a good idea to fix the breaks for now. We drove in the store around 9am Sunday morning and the place seems pretty quiet. I told the guy in the store about the car. He drove the car out for a test drive and told me I need to replace the break pads and the replace the rotary in all 4 wheels. The final damage will be costing me more than the value of my 4Runner. So I asked him what do I absolutely have to do so it's safe to drive, since I only plan on keeping it for just 6 more months or so. Instead of trying to up sell me, he went over the list and told me the things I need to do. Apparently the rear breaks are not as bad as the front wheels. So I ended up just doing the front breaks. I had a coupon for the break jobs, but since he heard about my situation, he managed to take another $20.00 off just to help me out. In the end, I really appreciate his service and professionalism. The break job was done nicely the car is safe to drive again...until end of the year I hope. The store had been remodeled since the last time I was here and it looked really nice. Even the staff was nice and helpful, I wish I will not be seeing him again anytime soon! read more

When was the first one in the morning to arrive to change a tire and I was told that there were people that had appointments then they gave me the appointment for 5 PM I arrived at 5 PM and they told me that they still working on cars and I have to wait 45 minutes to be seen. This is a great location and the employees are all kind and seem pretty darn trustworthy. I sometimes avoid chain type mechanics, but have had nothing but good experiences here. While it is a tire kingdom, the shop seemed to have a more mom and pop vibe. Have had 2 great experiences here. I just discovered you could write reviews of non-restaurants and was thinking of businesses who've treated me well. This was one of them. Also, another amazing thing, I was contacted shortly after my visit that an employee of this location had tested positive for Covid and they wanted to inform me just in case I may have been feeling under the weather. I don't any businesses that do this for not only their employees, but also their customers. That absolutely, blew me out of the water. I live with an elderly individual, so I can't tell you how much I appreciated this information. Not so scared of this for myself as a young, in-shape person, but my family? I want to make sure I do what I can to protect them and am so glad Tire Kingdom wanted to reach out to protect me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that use of contact tracing. Super cool of the company as a whole to hold themselves accountable like that. I blew a tire during the storm last week and went to Tire Kingdom Sunday morning to get it fixed changed. Brandon helped me out right away and was helpful & professional. He took the tire off, told me I could leave, and then called me within the hour to let me know it couldn't be repaired. He explained my options & answered all of my questions. They ended up ordering a tire for me and I went in this morning to get it installed. Had a 9:30am appointment but I was 15 minutes late. The manager took me right away and they were working on my car instantly. I brought my laptop to work and the Wi-Fi was excellent! The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I was on the road by 10:10am and it was a great experience! Will definitely be returning to this location! read more

Tire Kingdom has been my go to place for tires since my kids were driving, and for my wife and I particularly when we have an unexpected blow out or flat tire when you need a quick, reliable, tire change. Normally if I needed a quick tire change, Tire Kingdom is so hassle free and does not have the hassles of the service department of any of the dealerships we have used, no matter what make of car. I always call ahead, though, just to make sure they have my tires in stock, so it is advisable to know the size of the tire that fits your Model and Year of the car. I usually like to go right from work, or first thing in the morning when they open. If I get in during those times, I usually do not wait more than 45 minutes to an hour, depending on what I want them to do extra, like a rebalance, or small services that I may have procrastinated about, as simple as putting in Wiper Fluid. When I get there, they have me on record by giving them my telephone number and keep a history of every car I have ever brought in. This makes it convenient especially to get in and out quick and more importantly, they know the last time they changed a tire and will catch a One Year Warranty that may cover it the repair if it is the same tire. Whether I am on the phone with a service representative or in the shop, everyone has treated me with courtesy. I wait in their waiting room with a TV and the service rep will always update me on the progress and how soon the car will be ready. Prices are so reasonable, and actually, really surprised how in expensive the tires are especially when I have compared a couple times with my dealership. Unless I need major work that is above what Tire Kingdom can handle, I just call, come in and get the new tire changed and am out within an hour. read more

Showed up and the customer service guy told me they don't have the tires, he stated only one guy working, and this is not tire kingdom's fault? I was baffled, He said that the Tire Kingdom website is not Tire Kingdom???? go complain to them. He was augmentative and dismissive. To defuse the situation I stated that I see he is very stressed and overworked, he agreed and apologized, he seems like a good guy just in a corner. I purchased four (4) tires for my Mitsubishi and it was time to rotate my tires. The only thing they did was put the back in the front and the front in the back. They didn't check if I had enough air in the tires, since I decided to not do any other work there they probably thought I was not an important customer. This is the only and last time I buy tire from Tire Kingdom with they operate that way in other of their franchises. read more

BEWARE!! I took my truck here to get a mail removed from the tire. After a couple hours I get a call saying they removed the mail and put a patch. When I get home, I see the same nail in the same tire! Not even worth going back to argue, plenty of other great auto shops in the area. Just avoid this one. read more

I live East Hollywood. I have many places to get an oil change. You guys are located right next to a jiffy lube, but I usually like this place. The construction going on in front is a hassle. I do think this place has changed am not sure if I'll be back. Guys work on your customer service skills. I came in the attendant was leaving a courtesy message for someone, took less then a minute. Then greated me and ask what needed. I told him oil change. he started typing something in the computer. I thought it was my order. No one else but me was in the waiting area. The phones were not ringing eather. I stood there for some time looking around ignored before I peeked at the computer screen to see what he was doing . he was working on someone else order. With me standing waiting on him for over 5 min awkwardly. He had not asked my name or car model no information at all. Am standing in front of him. Bad customer service... I came across this Tire Kingdom in the middle of an impending urgent sitiuation... Sure I had heard that questionable sound my tires were making for a bit longer than I should have. I had a car savy friend of mine check the car out to tell me just how bad the situation was. Apparently, the sound was coming from the tires- I was in need of a balance and rotation; possibly new tires. Not the best news, but obviously not as bank breaking as it could have been. I put this off until one of my tires was losing air every 2 days. So now along with balance and rotation I could need a new tire... I originally drove to a tire place a bit closer to me - but even though I had called for a quote and the hours posted on the door said it should've already been open, no one was there. So... The next place was here at Tire Kingdom, and perhaps it was just meant to be. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. I was told there was a bit of a wait so I should hold off before going in - and their quote was $20 cheaper than the first one I got. I was at Walgreens and bought a book for the wait and then drove to TK. When I arrived, I spoke to the same person who had answered the phone. He was just as friendly in person. And true to what he had said, as soon as I got there my car was taken immediately. The consensus was that the tire could be repaired, but I would need new tires sooner than later. Repair, balance, and rotation took a little over an hour. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, equipped with a television. This is the second time I went to Tire Kingdom located at 2401Stirling Rd Hollywood, FL 33312 The first time we took our 2012 Smart Car in and met Brandon who helped us get a new set of tires on the Smart Car. For those of you who don't know the Smart car's front tires are smaller than the rear tires. Brandon asked,"If we would want the tires all the same size?" We didn't even know that was a possibility. We said yes! So they did a great job replacing all four tires. I was really impressed with Brandon's knowledge, and exceptional customer service with being so young. It was great to not have to go to the dealership! My second visit I brought my 2008 Chevy Colorado Truck in. I got a free diagnosis from Auto Zone that said I needed a fuel pump. I met the General Manager, Christian D. Silva., and showed him my paperwork and codes from Auto Zone. He said he would also check just to make sure and give the truck a complete check out. It was confirmed about the fuel pump and needed fuel system tune up. Every item that was needed Christian told me the price and then gave me a huge discount on every item and also labor. I was very grateful! I was again so glad I didn't need to take the truck to the dealership and the service I received was outstanding. When Christian gave me his card and I saw that he was the General Manager and he looked just a few years older than Brandon. I said,"You must be doing something right to be a GM at your age" I am so glad I found Tire Kingdom, right down the street from my home. This place has become ghetto garbage, filled with immature young workers that don't preserve the professionalism and ethics of what a tire kingdom business should be and lack of proper management, it used to be a great place to come. I took my car in for brakes and to check my air conditioner, their price for brakes was higher than the dealer and they told me the hose leading to the condenser had a leak but they didn't know how to fix it. I then took my car to Pep Boys and it wasn't the hose but the condenser had to be replaced and their was no leak!
