They had a promotion of buy 3, get 1 free but all stores seemed to be out of stock towards the end of the promotion. I came into base off a recommendation from a family member - never again. I was the only customer in lobby and they told me it would take 45 minutes .. I'm good with that! And thankful for them to take me in! Fast forward to an 75 minutes later and I am walking outside to move my legs, check on my car (2:10pm) not a single person working on ANY of the cars in the back??? Enought time for me to start walking around , and I took a video - ??, all cars back there not a single employee ? A few minutes later two workers come out of a back room ???? - no sense of urgency! As if that wasn't enough, while walking around the lot, I found a NAIL just lying there, in the Goodyear parking lot. I brought it inside to show the staff, who didn't seem particularly concerned. And finally, while waiting outside, a staff member actually honked at me to move--as if I was the problem???? Don't know if this is the way these men were raised to treat just women, or all customers - All front desk workers were very nice to me. read more

I came in for an alignment that could not be done at another store and this team aligned everything quickly and within specs. I was absolutely happy with the work and the friendliness of both the guys from the shop and the front desk. I felt comfortable and well informed as well. The price was exactly what I expected. Let's start off with I got my breaks done in May, on Aug 7th and my breaks have been acting up since got them done, I've brought my car up there 2 times since getting them done, just picked my car that has been there since Friday for them to tell they aren't sure what is wrong with my car, than never calling me with update. I have been coming here for years, and I always have excellent prompt service. Staff and manager are so kind and go above in customer service. I even had an accident once and they fixed my car within a couple days and I did not have to rent a car which saved me a few hundred dollars. Frustration doesn't begin to cover how i feel after i left this goodyear. i went in because i had a check engine light. i made an appointment online and went straight here after work. when i walked in to check in for the appointment i made, the representative told me that i will need to reschedule. (i came in 30 minutes early btw) i know stuff happens so i happily rescheduled, wished the representative a good day and went on about my day. i was on the way back the next day but i seemed to be running a little late. i called the store before i was even supposed to be there and without me explaining everything a different representative automatically just told me that i will need to reschedule. i told him that i would be there at 4:40 instead of 4:30 but his reasoning was that the mechanics were about to leave. why be open until 7 if you're mechanics leave at 5? i stood my ground and just asked if someone can quickly scan my engine and figure out why the light was on. i did not need anything fixed at the moment and was fine with just a diagnosis. i came in at 4:41 and left the store at 7:44. 3 whole hours just for them to tell me that they saw a bulb out in the back and that my battery is weak. that's all. i understand the representatives and mechanics get paid to be there but i have responsibilities of my own that i needed to take care of. i drove home in tears of frustration and will never be going back. sorry if i come off rude but this is just unacceptable. read more

Ever since Sal left, the service had really gone downhill. They just straight up lie to your face about times, availability and etas. You make an early morning appointment for an oil change, don't expect to get your car back until late afternoon; that's only after you call them to find out what's going on. If you aren't completely satisfied, they will never find an issue wrong and you will have to keep going back and forth with them. What happened here?? I never had issues before and now it's like they could care less and whoever is at the desk most of the time looks at you like your garbage while dealing with you. It's really just the customer service and the quality. I know it's a chain but it used to feel like my family garage and now I'm taking my business elsewhere....which was never a lot, they probably won't even notice but it sucks just the same. read more

I took my car in for a flat. They could not do anything that day and would have to wait until the 4th of July. I called they said it would be an hour and a half. 2hours later I sent my kids to pick it up. I had gotten covid and did not want to infect anyone. So they arrive and said it would be ready in 20mins. My son was furious after an hour and so I called. The gentleman said he would get right on it. 30mins later my son was still there. I call back and the guy said they were waiting on lug nuts. I asked why I wasn't told that when they first arrived. At the end of the day I was repeatedly lied to about the car. I believe the original guy put us at the end of the line and treated us poorly because I only wanted one tire. The Mgr claims they did not lie but delivered poor customer service. That is an understatement. They did not do anything to give us any discount for treating us so poorly. If the guy shows a discount on the tire itself the sale price is what was quoted. Do not go there! They are a poorly run business. read more

I purchased my tires at this location and have always been pleased with their service. I have a slow leak in my front tire and was first in line this morning to have them check it. The less than helpful associate asked if I had an appointment and when I responded with a no, he said they couldn't fit me in today. A) how long does it take to check for a leak and B) since when has it become by appointment only? Drove 1 minute down the road and am having it fixed by Mavis tire. Will not go back to this location anytime soon! read more

Check prices, do your research and call other places before you let them do any work. Businesses get discounts from part shops. After there markup on part (unnecessary) and discount provided to them by NAPA, they profited 100% what the part would have cost me if I bought myself. read more
