They honored my warranty the job they did was expensive and I think they did a great job on my brakes and calipers

I first went to the new Town Fair Tire in Webster and ended up at Good Year. All I needed was four replacement tires mounted and balanced. Town Fair told me that it was going g to be about $220.00 total where Good Year was a bit more than half of that. Town Fair told me the cost was high based on the fact that I didn't buy the tires there. Regardless of where I bought the tires, the work required is exactly the same. They reek of used car salesmen. Honestly, I was extremely pleased to end up at GoodYear as they looked my car over with a fine tooth comb which was appreciated. Their technicians are trained mechanics rather that just tire changers. I won't be going back to Town Fair. read more

Over-torqued and ruined my wife's lug nuts on a Cherokee; now one won't come off and all others need replaced for distortion. Brought a wrangler in, they did the rear brakes, failed inspection for e-brake. Brought it back in, they fixed the e-brake but failed to secure the tire properly. Half way home, tire was coming loose, limped home, got tire off and lugs were cross-threaded and loose. Brought it back, they promised to fix whatever got damaged, called and said everything was fine as is, all in good shape. There were metal shavings coming out of the drum, obvious cross-threading and issues with lug threads. Too bad I bought the 3-year alignment plan, because I trust them touching my vehicles again. read more

I was driving my kids up to sleep away camp and suddenly our tire pressure dropped 20 psi in one exit. I pulled off and searched for a tire repair nearby and open on a Sunday. My good luck Goodyear in Webster was only 14 miles away. I filled the tire up and prayed to make it the distance. We made it and the staff were incredibly understanding and fit us right in despite being busy. They had us in and out in a half hr and the kids made it to camp in time to pick the best bunks. I was out and about and I noticed I had lost a lot of air in one of my tires the second day in a row. I stopped at Goodyear Auto to have them check/repair it. I had a little wait as there was already people there ahead of me. But, within about an hour and 15 minutes it was done. They explained what the problem was and I asked how much I owed them and they said it was free...a Goodyear policy. Very nice. I've never been here before, but I will be back when I get new tires. read more

I will say that the manager here, Doug, was extremely rude when I spoke to him on the phone. I called to find out if I could make an appointment for layer in the day to get a new tire put on, as I was now on the spare. He told me that they were extremely busy, and I should call back later to see if I could get in. I asked if I could reserve a spot at say 6pm, and pick it up the next day... And again he suggested I call back later. Or, I could drop off the tire do he would have it ready for me later??? Ummm? I need a new tire, put on the car... I have used these guys in the past, and they are OK... Not the quickest. Always go over estimated times. This was really the last straw for me. I don't think I will be using them again. read more

Here's the place I go to for any of my car needs. Just recently I went in because I was hearing a strange squeeking from my car. I went in and in mins they checked out my car, found nothing that would be making the squeeking sound but ended up seeing that two of my tires where about to go. One of the mechanics took my into the shop to show me the tires, what was wrong and explained why they needed to be replaced. So not only did they tell me the problem, they explained it. I always worry being a young woman that mechanics will take full advantage of me, but I feel comfortable at Goodyear in webster. read more

I needed new tires so I took my car to Goodyear. I got a great deal on tires and the customer service was excellent!

Took my car to get brand new tires put on. A week later I have a flat tire, so I called to schedule to get the valve replaced. The guy told me to come in that day and have it fixed. I went in and they told me there was no appointment made and then asked if I even called the right place. Of course I did. They didn't even fix the valve stem, I had to pay another place to fix it for me. Horrible customer service, and the fact that they didn't fix anything. Thanks read more

I made an appointment because I needed an oil change and work two jobs so I don't have a ton of time to wait. I used the online appointment maker and when I arrived at 9 A.M. the guy at the counter had trouble finding my appointment, then found it and said that it would take 6 hours because other people were in front of me. I looked around and saw one guy waiting and one car getting worked on so I didn't understand. He explained that the online system is useless for him because it doesn't communicate appointment times therefore anyone that calls and makes an appointment gets taken care of first. He offered no apology, just blamed his system and made me feel like a jerk by sarcastically saying that I should have called instead, as I walked out the door. On the bright side I went to SpeeDee in Auburn and got seen and taken care of in 15 minutes and there were 6 people waiting. I can only guess who runs their business better. Thankfully I dodged the Goodyear bullet and will not return. Buyer beware, unless you call first! read more

I was on my way to my son's soccer game when I noticed my front tire was flat. We called AAA and had the spare put on and he recommended we go to a nearby garage, and the closest was this Goodyear location. First, we were told we needed to leave the car for the day and pick it up at closing (6pm). A few hours later, we received a call with "bad news and more bad news." We were told that not only could they not find the hole, but that my tire could not be fixed due to damage in the wheel wall. Then, he proceed to tell us that they could not simply replace that one tire, but that it was company policy to require us to purchase 4 brand new tires - to the tune of about $800! Oh, and they marked up the outside of the tire too (literally wrote "Outside" with arrows). We picked up my vehicle and took it to Mid State Auto in Auburn. Not only did they find the hole, they reported there was NO damage to the wheel wall and patched the tire. I am currently driving on it perfectly fine, thanks to Mid State Auto! And it didn't cost us a single penny. Go to a place you know and trust because there are these types of places looking to make you spend your hard-earned money on things you don't need! read more
