We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!! The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired. We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project. Anthony and Josh were so nice, so helpful and so patient with our crazy bathroom set up! I highly recommend their work !!

I have had to call and schedule and be attentive to making things happen on my end - but they're a small team and local, I'm totally fine with that when they do good work for a fair price. Chance and his team have always been friendly and respectful and definitely know what they're doing. Just get linked in with Stormy the scheduler, give them a few calls if there's no answer or leave a message, and she's always helpful to communicate and get scheduled. However, they are now demanding $2,200 for the replacement. They even threatened to involve the Sheriff if the payment wasn't made. I am willing to pay a reasonable cost for the replacement, but not to be overcharged. There are no detailed costs mentioned for the work, and I haven't been able to get clarification from Victoria despite multiple attempts.

Pretty much "oh well, you're stuck". Also the telltale line crappy customer service uses (from a manager of all people): "What do you want us to do about it?" /boggle Really? SInce they took the pilot assembly with them, they're right - I'm stuck. Bottom line, I should one star myself for just not doing it myself. I doubt the assembly needed replacing, but we'll never know because I don't have positive control over the part anymore. I had a car mechanic and an older Suburban. If they didn't have the part, they contacted nearby parts stores and other mechanics and bought the part from them. I guess they can't bring themselves to look around...or even call the manufacturer and get on their case for failing to deliver on the promised time. Just..."Oh well".

Danny quickly solved the problem by putting in extra effort to dig around the box and found a faulty valve that apparently everyone else was too lazy to dig up. Instead of up-charging to do a bunch of unnecessary gimmicks or sell us a new system, he replaced the i expensive valve and was on his way. It's such a relief to have our water working properly again, and to know there is a skilled, honest plumbing company. I will definitely use them in the future.
