Gorrilla does not respond to warranty requests and does not back their product. After several follow-ups by email, with no response I called and spoke to Lexi. Lexi tried to assist, but she could not. Lexi spoke to the owner about the inefficient turnaround, which caused a hole in the bed that had only a snag month ago when reported. The owner refused to replace the $310 indestructible memory foam dog bed. He told me to send it back for a full refund, farewell, knowing this wasn't possible. UPS $450 & FEDEX $350.00. I spoke with Lexie who told me to file a claim on the site and send in pictures, which I'd already done. After getting no response, I finally filed with the BBB. Gorilla only agreed to replace the cover, which is just stupid...what dog gets through the cover and sats, "Hmmm...the foam isn't covered under the 'warranty'...better stop here." Info about the 'chew-proof' warranty is touted in large print all over the site, with no mention of not replacing the foam anywhere you might reasonably read it. Super shady. After a few back-and-forths with the BBB, they quickly shipped the cover before I could protest the lack of foam replacement; what's the point of an empty cover? Please do not buy this product. My GSD puppy was able to chew thru the Crate Pad in less than 4 hours. It is my fault that I trusted the great reviews on the site assuming they were true. But let me clear that. After I put in a claim for refund as this was way OFF from the claim they made, I was told If I remove the negetive reviews from Google or Yelp and do not post it anywhere in future they will give me full refund. I will never agree to that ofcourse as I would have to have more customers cheated. This product is not only horrible but dangerous as your Fur Family Member may ingest foam and or velcro and or hooks and may pose life threatening issues. So far My GSD has not shown such signs except Throwing up a couple of times. When I contacted you about returning the items you eventually sent me a label and told me on the phone that you would wave the restocking fee. I returned 4 unopened beds $771. They were returned immediately and you received them the next day according to tracking. A few weeks later I contacted you several times by email to see what was taking so long to get a refund and you never responded to my emails. I called Capital One and they DID contact you. You told them you had NO record of the return. Then I posted reviews and contacted you again by email. You responded and were polite and said you would check into it. A refund was issued a few weeks later and a retocking fee of $154.36 was charged to my account. These beds were unopened in their original packing. Our cane Corso managed to chew through the crate mat in about 3 weeks. Attempted to file a warranty claim with no response. A week later I sent a respectful follow up, as sometimes things get missed. The 120-day warranty is misleading: apparently it only applies once to the cover and the pad only "if it shrinks." It will not cover chewing damages done to the pad. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I bought three of the Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Beds for my two puppies and older Border Collie. The puppies are chewing everything apart. We decided to purchase three of these beds from Gorilla and had their names embroidered on them. Within three days of giving the beds to the dogs, the puppies chewed through two of them. I made several calls and sent several emails to Gorilla and finally got through to someone who instructed me to make a claim. After going to the website and making the claim, they had sent me 2 new covers, no names on them and no pads. My puppies had destroyed the pads and covers. I have been trying now for the last month to get ahold of someone at Gorilla. I have left several messages and no one returns my phone calls!
