Honestly, I am disgusted by the guest service provided to me and my partner today. So much so, I am writing this while I am in-store.If this is how it's going to be, let me know and I will never come back or refer you to any of my friends. We walk in and we're standing at the bakery case waiting to purchase a cake. The two girls working have their backs turned to us. Finally after a couple minutes, one girl seems to finish her Burger King after looking at us twice with her mouth full saying nothing about us standing there and the one on the computer was clueless. Finally, one turn around and said "Do you need something from the case." There are plenty of pet places in the area, I am able to take my business if this is how we're treated. Their own baked treats come in such a great variety, and reasonably priced, and popular with my sister's dog. I was getting prepared for my first puppy, and the employee Nicole was so very helpful. She walked me through al the options for foods they had and the benefits of each and the differences. She gave me samples of several foods as well as some supplies for my puppy. We happened to spot this place while walking around Rice Village weeks ago and we've now been back multiple times! Once you walk in, you smell a yummy aroma of baked goods - they looked good enough for even humans! They have a variety of treats from cakes, cookies, bones to packaged treats. There's also a little section in back with dog gear like leashes, toys and harnesses. We've went back to get our pup some biscuit and jerky treats - he loves them! We've now tried different varieties of the biscuits and pup seems to like them all - great for training! We celebrated Nellie's 12th birthday yesterday with a doggy cake from Three Dog Bakery. The cake looked so good that even I was very tempted to try it! When I picked up the cake the woman behind the counter kindly explained the right amount of serving to give Nellie. I'm glad she did because I had planned on giving Nellie the entire cake and that probably would've ended badly for the household. I've never seen such a tasty looking dog cake before and it's big enough for 4+ dogs (1 serving for Nellie who is a 12 yr old lab is 1/4 of the cake). My pup loved her birthday treats! Such a great value and variety!! I was worried this place would cost me a decent amount, but everything is quite inexpensive! I got a cake slice for $4.00, as well as a party hat and candle (everything for less than $10). They also have two perks: 1) Treat of the Month, where if you go there every month you can take home a sample of a new treat for your pup and 2) a punch card; for every $5 you spend you get a punch, and when you get enough punches you get a $5 credit in the store. So many cookies, cupcakes, cakes (some can be customized!!), treats, dog food, and chews to choose from! Checked out the store with friend and my pup last week after seeing their anniversary promotion online. The staff didn't bat a single eye towards us as we browsed the shop, but they immediately became chatty towards the customers who came in after us.
