Decided to stop by Speedy since it was in the most convenient location for me, and if I had to wait or leave my car then so be it. Front desk service was friendly, was told it would take up to an hour so I decided to wait. Waiting area is small but clean with comfortable chairs and water. I brought my game console to keep myself occupied but they finished inspecting my car within 40 minutes and I was off on my merry way. Definitely will come back for future car inspections.

I…read morescheduled an appointment for 9 AM Saturday Morning and upon getting to the store I was told that my car wouldn't be done until the end of the day. I was a bit shocked and I had no choice but to agree because my car did need the tires and I was already there. The website when I made my appointment said the tires were already in stock and I was good to go (if there is a problem with your reservation they should contact you, otherwise they approve the reservation and you get the email confirmation). Upon arrival I was told they'd have to go to another store to grab the tires. Hence the reason my car wouldn't be done until end of business day. I decided to hit the gym about 10 minutes away and then I walked back to a Starbucks next to the Firestone. My car was already on the lift with the tires taken off. I was extremely impressed, I already had called for a ride back to my house. I thought I'd get a phone call within the next hour which I did, but it was to tell me that they broke one of my TPMS sensors and they replaced it on the house. About 3 hours after that my car was finished. I was extremely happy because my car is driving better. About 20 minutes after I left, my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light comes on. I never had this light on my dashboard besides low tire pressure every once in a blue moon. I decided to do some research and my car isn't a model that can just reset/initialize the calibration. I did check tire pressure and they were all good. I called back to Firestone and they said bring your car back and we can take a look. They realized they did not calibrate and said it would be easy. Their tool was defective and they assured me another Firestone can do it in the area. I've now been to 7 different firestones in the area and have had no luck getting it recalibrated. My frustration is what is giving this 3 stars, not necessarily the location because they did try to fix the problem, but they didn't have a working TPMS calibration tool & none of the firestones around were willing to help. Not one of them were able to help me. Either the shop is short staffed, their TPMS calibration tool hasn't been updated, or their tool is defective. When I went back to my original location the technician took his calibration tool out scanned all 4 sensors on my car and tried the installation. This was all under 5 minutes but other locations are telling me it's going to be 2-3 day turnaround and I can leave my vehicle with them. I have reached out to customer service at Firestone and received a phone call as I am writing this review. The store manager has contacted me and I am hoping this will fix my problem. I will update my review if everything is fixed.

Though late they greeted us good morning, got signed on to their computers quickly and were very efficient in signing us in. They explained that they still have a backlog of work from the July 4th weekend. Surprisingly I only waited for 10 minutes before a technician took the car in. The inspection lasted about 20 minutes, they found something minor (need for power steering fluid to be topped off), definitely met the service I've requested. They offered that they could order the fluid and do the work or to go to parts store. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable/ informative crew.

I arrived today for my 9 AM appointment and waited 10 minutes while the two technicians argued in the bay. Had to go ask twice to at least address the two customers (including me) that were waiting for them. To top it off they wanted $169 just to diagnose the problem with my trunk, when I already told them it's the power lift gate struts. From there could really only be a couple things and a full $169 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. Seems like they don't care about their customers anymore.
