I can not express how amazing the service is here! This poor man has got to be so sick and tired of myself and my daughter bringing my car back here and me saying "I don't have much, but what can you do to keep us on the road?" And ... he delivers! He shows compassion, care and he never overcharges. When I call and need something he gets us in asap - This last week I needed multiple things done so I could make the trip to Maryland to see my Navy boy and his little family (MAINLY MY GRAND DAUGHTER) but the car has been being an A-HOLE all week! We took our Toyota Prius to him and we were supposed to be going on vacation and the red triangle of death came on and me and my wife felt a pit in both our stomachs. This place is a rip off charged 895.00 and vehicle still had issues and he had vehicle for almost a year! Then wanted extra for diagnostics and he had the vehicle, the Dale or whatever wanted 60.00 more! A crook had to get another mechanic and he replaced the radiator and did a diagnostics test and told me what was needed and was way cheaper ! It's a shame how people try to take advantage of people! And don't do the work on the vehicle that they were paid to do! Beware ....!Really take advantage of females.!!! Best service ever! Had an emergency auto repair situation while traveling from Delaware to Florida- while filling up at a gas station in Suffolk, Virginia. My battery light came on on my Kia soul. This was an indication that my alternator was bad. I called G&T auto at 8:45 am. The owner not only fit me in he assured me, he would make sure he would get me back on the road or the work would be free! Within 3 1/2 hours I was back on the road. He not only sent his son to pick up the part; he was gracious & allowed me to use his office to plug in my travel cooler and devices.
