I get there, price is still $1400 for a compressor, $2500 for complete replacement as expected. I decline the work and ask to continue with the recharge, he then tells me No, and the reasoning behind is it falls under a OSHA violation. You need to tell me this information before I waste time coming to your shop hoping I'll purchase a $1500-2500 repair instead of wasting my time. I understand business but that is wrong.

When I called out the discrepancy, the attendant claimed Valvoline recommends every 3000 miles. When I showed him the Valvoline website that said my new oil was good for at least 7500 miles (vehicle manufacturers recommend 5000 miles), he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is either incompetence and apathy or a business sanctioned scam to get customers returning unnecessarily. Could be either. Needless to say, steer clear of this business.

They torqued down the oil filter, which you do not have to do at all. Hand tighten is all you need. They also ugga dugga'd my drain plug so tight that other actual shops couldn't get it off nor myself. Save yourself the time and respect and learn a new skill and change your own oil. There needs to be an experienced manager on duty to make sure that a level of professionalism is maintained because the 2 that were working there yesterday did not care to hold conversations about women or anything else not job related. My tire pressure was not checked, and I had to ask to have my service light turned off. All the one guy did was push a radiator flush, cabin filter change, and some other filter change purchase from under the hood. When I asked if 25% or $25 off the best coupon would be to use, he said, "I don't know", then proceeded to tell me what my total was. He did not even bother to calculate the savings for either option. I went with the $25 off. I did not get a thank you for using our establishment or anything. Just a receipt in hand and guided out of the garage and continued conversation that was inappropriate. I will not be visiting this TAKE 5 again. This was my 2nd visit here. My first visit was a good experience. Very professional and accommodating, but this time was ridiculous. A training in how to deal with the public should be mandatory.

My visit here was on February 14, 2026. I hadn't had my car washed in a while, so I went online to look for offers of having the car washed. After looking at the online options, I decided to go with Car Spa, as there was a 3-month special for exterior washes, specifically for the Diamond Wash level. When I got there, I went inside first as I figured I'd have to redeem the online offer first, which was the case. I found out that having an unlimited wash club comes with a 20% discount for detailing and oil change services too. Given that, I decided to go with the Interior Super Clean and Carpet Deep Cleanse. There was another sale going on that weekend, so it ended up being 25% lower even after the 20% unlimited wash club discount. For the unlimited wash club, there is a barcode on the front windshield that is used at the exterior wash entrance. It was a pretty busy day there, but we had several snowstorms recent to that, so that's why I wanted to get the car washed in the first place. The detailing portion of it was a bonus to me as it was something that needed to be done. I had figured that it would take an hour or so to have everything completed. Unfortunately, it was closer to three hours. The significant delay is a big factor as to why I couldn't go all the way to five stars. During that time, I had seen other cars that came in for a wash and detailing after I came in and they were done before mine. It was hard to find someone to ask about what was going on, as they were all out with the various cars out there. I was finally able to find the one I had talked to when I first purchased the detailing and asked about the timing. He noticed and admitted that my car got missed somehow. Once everything was done though, my car battery was dead because the door was left open to note that the car is there for detailing. If it had been done in order, I don't think that would have been an issue in the first place. Overall, this was a good visit, except for the issues noted above. The car was beyond clean on both the inside and outside after that. I would still consider coming here for your car needs. Hopefully this one experience I had was a one-off type of thing.

I honestly wouldn't share any of this info online for fear of them getting too many additional customers - LOL - however, the employees here have been super friendly and highly efficient and deserve recognition. I have no doubt, based on their very apparent high level of care, that should I have any mechanical issues in the future, they will be my first phone call. Update: I unknowingly left my yeti in the waiting area and they called me to let me know they had it stashed safely for me to come grab it. Much appreciated!!!
