Do not use this company for a home inspection. They missed crucial details in the home inspection that were discovered during the walkthrouh. They took no ownership or responsibility for their lack of reporting all information necessary for to make an educated decision on purchasing the apartment. Our inspector did a reasonably thorough job and turned around the report quickly. However, we found after we moved in that the shower did not mix hot and cold and some problems with the refrigerator. According to the company, they are not required to check appliances or whether hot and cold gets mixed in faucets. If I had this to do over again, I would research and itemize what is NOT included and try to negotiate that these things be included, find a company that would include them, or just try to do them myself. read more
