We needed a home inspector to evaluate a property as soon as possible and after doing research on inspectors in our area, knew Zack was the right guy for the job. He has stellar reviews for a reason. Zack is thorough, patient, and has a keen eye for detail. I reached out by email, asked a ton of questions, and he addressed all my concerns. Phone isn't always the best way to reach him, because he's actively on the job so I would recommend emailing first. I reached out on a Friday and he was available the next day to do the inspection. He was very polite with the home owner which was important to us. He checked the entire place in detail and found problems we (and the home owner) didn't know existed. I requested couple quotes and he replied very speedy and explained in details what is cover. He gave me a honest opinion that I do not need a lead or radon test due to the location and age of the house. Of course, he would still do it if I want it but ended up I did not. He came 10 mins early and started inspecting right away. He is a very detail person and patiently explained to me on how things work and how to maintenance. He spent time to check every single possible spot. He caught there was a leak and I did not notice when I went to the open house. We manage to have the seller to fix the issues. I was a little skeptical at first with hiring Zack because he didn't have any reviews, but am extremely HAPPY that I decided to go with him in spite of the fact. Feeling very overwhelmed with all the finer details of purchasing my first home. I was aware that there are a lot of people that can basically steal your money. I am pleased to share that this was NOT the case with Zack. He is wonderful, funny, and diligent! Zack arrived at the house a few minutes early and started by asking if I had any questions that he could answer or concerns that he should concentrate on.
