I couldn't resist getting a little sweet treat, so I grabbed a brown butter chocolate chunk cookie at the suggestion of a barista. Another delicious choice. Honestly everything was great here. I would definitely frequent this place if I lived closer. The service was friendly and they worked pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My only minor pit was the box that my biscuits and gravy came in. Not really suitable for a hot soupy item.

I have dined at almost every eatery in Cleveland. I challenge you to find a better lunch ANYWHERE! Once you have had any of their soups you are addicted. Homemade with TLC! Whether it is lemon chicken, chili, spilt pea ham, navy bean, chicken tortillia, chicken noodle, tomato basil, lentil, potato, vegetable, and beef it is scrumptious!Their sandwiches are second to none. The fried boloney is delicious. The turkey off the bone is delightful. The beef eater, cajun chicken, and tuna are not to be believed. If you were served this at The Ritz Carlton you'd be completely satisfied. Andrea, Greg, and Ben are all uppers! They truly care about their top notch food. They treat customers like family. Gourmand's makes a sub zero winter day feel like paradise. Their pickles, cookies, bagels, and BREAD are TOP QUALITY. It's like a LAYS POTATO CHIP....I bet you you can't eat there ONCE!
